Hi Tim, We are truly sorry to hear that this program didn’t meet your expectations. We’re committed to helping you build the skills you need to take your career to the next level, and all our programs undergo thorough review for content quality and rigor. The Next Tech tool is also consistently updated when changes occur to code bases and when exercises need to be updated. However, success in this program does rely heavily on the learner’s ability to be self-directed, research on their own, and reach out when they need help. If you’d like to discuss your experience further and provide additional feedback, you may contact mit@emeritus.org. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for all future learners in our program.  Thank you, Erin Rosenblatt VP of Professional Certificates, Emeritus

Hi Kimberly, we’re sorry to hear that the program did not meet your learning expectations. Our records indicate that you withdrew from the program very early before sharing your concerns regarding coding support or NextTech, so we’d like to address both. The NextTech concern is part of a larger software issue we’ve experienced and not the course content. We are working with the company to troubleshoot these difficulties and have been posting regular updates for students to set accurate expectations that reflect the issues. With regard to coding support, program participants do have access to coders. Our learning facilitators are developers in their careers and highly experienced professionals who are available to answer questions anytime via Q+A boards, email, and office hours. If you have additional questions or feedback that you’d like to share, please contact mit@emeritus.org.  Thank you, Erin Rosenblatt VP of Professional Certificates, Emeritus
