Risk Register The Risk Register is a document that lists all identified risks along with their characteristics.
To define project scope in manageable components. The WBS decomposes the total scope of work into smaller, more manageable parts to improve planning and oversight.
Initiating. The project charter is developed during the Initiating process group to formally authorize the existence of a project.
The CAPM certification is valid for three years. To maintain your certification, you must earn 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs) during that time and report them to PMI for renewal.
The CAPM exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions, and you have 3 hours to complete it. The exam covers topics like project management fundamentals, predictive and adaptive life cycles, project roles, and tools and techniques.
To qualify for the CAPM exam, you must have either: A high school diploma (or global equivalent), and 23 hours of project management education completed before the exam.
