While Growth Tribe offers a structured approach to its courses, I found the overall experience to be less than satisfactory. Here are my main concerns:

Value for Money: I invested 1000 euros expecting a premium service, but the course did not live up to its price tag. The service level was significantly lower than anticipated.

Customer Service: The responsiveness and efficiency of the customer service team were disappointing. Despite raising an issue and following up after three days, I received no response. This lack of communication is concerning, especially when participants are investing both time and money into the course.

Feedback Mechanism: It's disheartening to see that after paying a substantial amount for the course, participants are mandated to fill out feedback forms. This feels more like using the participants as a source of insight gathering rather than genuinely seeking feedback. Even more affordable platforms like Udemy don't impose such requirements.

Course Progress and Certification: There seems to be a technical glitch where, despite completing the course, my progress is shown as only 70%. This has hindered me from receiving my certificate. It's frustrating to think that I might have to go through the entire process again due to an error on Growth Tribe's end.

Transition from Classroom to Online: I've heard that Growth Tribe's in-person classes were highly beneficial for students, offering a rich and interactive learning experience. However, it seems that the transition to online courses hasn't been smooth. The quality, engagement, and overall delivery of the online courses do not match the reputation of their classroom sessions. This disparity is evident in the numerous challenges I faced during my online course.

Overall Experience: This experience has deterred me from enrolling in any more courses from Growth Tribe. Instead, I find myself advocating for platforms like CXL. It's essential for course providers to understand that they're catering to a global audience, and the service level should reflect that. The current standard feels more localized to Dutch service levels, which might not resonate with international participants.
