SheCodes is a technical skill training provider for women offering online, hands-on coding workshops and a self-paced Professional Developer Bootcamp. The workshops and bootcamp are flexible and designed to fit around a student’s schedule, moving away from traditional, rigid learning methods. The bootcamp curriculum covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, OOP, AI, and more. The workshops cover how to effectively communicate with developers, how to become a front end developer, advanced Python skills, and how to break into tech. Students learn through bite-size lessons followed by practical challenges to reinforce their learning. Each week, professional developers review homework assignments. At the end of each workshop, students will build real-life projects like websites and web applications to add to their professional portfolio and impress future employers.
All of SheCodes workshops are beginner-friendly and self-paced. Women of any age are welcome to enroll. There are various packages that students can purchase depending on their coding needs and existing skill level.
At SheCodes, students have access to an online community of 200,000 women technologists. Students who complete the Professional Developer Bootcamp will receive a Verified Diploma upon graduation.

I love the principle of weekly assignments as it encouraged the students to set time to learn better and build our own capacities. I never thought that, one day i will think like this. Even though I usually skip any advertisement whenever possible, I naturally stayed on to watch the entire ad of SheCodes’ and immediately signed up for a free workshop to learn more about it. I was intensely fascinated and inspired by how Matt Delac, the founder of SheCodes made coding fun and exciting. Here I am just done with SheCodes Basics now. I had never been this focused on one thing in my life and was surprised how quickly the first three weeks went by. I find Matt’s teaching authentic and comprehensive and myself lucky to be able to learn coding from him. I have already learned so much in the first course and am looking forward to see how I can progress from here. My coding journey so far has been educational and productive, thanks to Matt and SheCodes support team who is there to assist learners like me promptly.
