I had a lot of doubts about joining the program since I already come from a tech background, but I don’t regret it at all!!!! It has been so refreshing to follow the classes — they are very dynamic and make even complex topics feel easy to understand. I’m really happy I took the chance to apply, and SheCodes is truly becoming a big support for me during this time.

This is a great course if you want an introduction to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Personally, I had to do a lot of Googling and extra research alongside the course to fully grasp some of the concepts, but I actually really enjoyed that because it helped me learn even more. The lessons are clear and easy to follow, and I feel SO much more confident creating my own small projects now :)

I started this course with absolutely no coding experience - just an interest in working remotely, using my basic graphic design skills and an interest in tech! The lessons are really well formatted and easy to follow, I take notes and screenshots throughout and make sure I do the challenges and homework promptly to ensure the best outcomes. Really chuffed - everyone should do this if they are interested.

The beginner-friendly course features structured, practical lessons that simplify learning and challenges. The site's resources are also very useful, and I am looking forward to moving onto the next course.

Highly recommend SheCodes! The course was very well structured -- it makes sense to learn HTML first, and it leads really well to CSS and Javascript. The lessons/videos were very well made, and the challenges/homeworks/projects really reinforce your understanding. The interactive portion was especially nice -- there are real teachers grading your homeworks, allowing you to update your solution based on feedback.

I’ve officially taken my first steps into the world of coding through the SheCodes Basics workshop — and I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just completed my very first coding project! This hands-on experience introduced me to the building blocks of front-end development:• HTML for structure• CSS for styling and layout• JavaScript for interactivity• VS Code as my development environmentFrom writing my first tag to debugging JavaScript functions, I’ve learned how these technologies work together to bring websites to life. The project challenged me to think creatively and logically — and gave me a real sense of accomplishment seeing my code come to life in the browser.This is just the beginning. I’m excited to keep building, experimenting, and growing my skills in front-end development, with a long-term goal of blending my analytical background with creative coding and design.

I really enjoyed SheCodes basics. Matt was also such good teacher that even with no IT background it was still easy and enjoyable experience for me. The delac foundation of shecodes is a great foundation which helped woman like me who couldn't afford the fees and still gave a chance to pursue their dreams.

I knew nothing about coding, but ever since I started with SheCodes everything makes sense and it is the best decision I have ever made in my life. Everything is so easy to understand and I was able to follow through with all the home-works and projects because every lesson I watched Matt would explain perfectly and in a much simpler way. 

This course has been absolutely exciting! I loved how it was easy to learn the concepts, although some of the work we had to complete was challenging but exciting nonetheless. Anyone can learn coding. I urge everyone to give it a try! ☺️
