 I have never done an online training program before and I was happy to be involved in this program. Our instructor, DJ, did a very good job. I thought that content for the fundamentals class was fine for an introduction. I would like to continue on the coding journey with additonal courses. 

I just finished the course of HTML, CSS and javaScript and I think it is an excellent and affordable way to get prepared for the Web Development fundamentals and if you want to take the Front End Web or Full Stack Web + Mobile Development courses offered by Nucamp it will be a great and solid base for it.

I love the course structure, and its flexibility, I was able to keep my day job, and have my classes online during the week, and attend to a live online workshop only on Saturday.The price for the course is a lot cheaper than others bootcamp. I am very happy that I joined the NuCamp coding bootcamp.

Great for any beginners,  I do suggest learning a little bit about HTML, CSS and Javascript before beginning so that you are more prepared. I really liked the pricing compared to other bootcamps and the content. The instructors were great and very helpful! We really learned alot for a beginners course and they were very helpful through the whole course. It was also fun working with other people in the class and helping eachother learn!

My biggest reason for choosing Nucamp was because of its flexibility, the weekend class is what sold me.

Nucamp is an excellent way to learn coding.  There is total flexibility during the week on when you learn the material, and the required Saturday sessions keep you on track by having a deadline, which is why I chose Nucamp over other online go-at-your-own-pace courses.  As someone with no prior coding experience, the 4 week Web Development course was appropriately challenging but very doable.  Each lesson has video instructions and demonstration, downloadable slides, and links to many outside references for each topic.  The instructors are very helpful and responsive as well. 

I throughly enjoyed my NuCamp experience.  I've learned a lot. And I do think I learned so much because my instructor was sooo good. If you get Juan, you'll be in good hands. He is very knowledgeable and very patient. Would recommend. Looking forward to the full stack.  This was exactly the course I needed to determine if I'd like coding and Juan helped me feel like everyone can understand it.

Very thorough! Challenging but in an excellent way. Miles ahead of any free online fundamental courses I took, and I took a lot of them.

Very interested in learning coding and breaking into web development. I've had no previous experience in coding and found the Nucamp Fundamentals class to be very helpful. It is a lot of information, so be sure to have time to set aside daily. However, material is very easy to understand and my instructor was frequently available, patient and always willing to help. Definitely recommend this course!

I chose Nucamp due to it being a local bootcamp and it's price was unbeatable at the time. The instructor did his job very well and I am very satisfied with the course and the knowledge I've gained!

Very good boot camp, consistent. Learn a lot in a month, would take me more time to do that by myself. 

The NuCamp Boot Camp titled "Web Development Fundamentals" was a very positive experience for me. I already had some background in HTML and CSS going into the course, but had had several years since I had last used the concepts. The course gave me a very helpful refresher course on those two building blocks as well as introducing me to JavaScript in a way that was easy to digest. The ability to reach out to the instructor 1on1 at any point throughout the course via Slack was super helpful as was the availability of my classmates to bounce ideas off of. Perhaps the most invaluable part of this course was the flexibility. As a graveyard shift worker, being able to not only keep my job while completing a boot camp but completing it on my schedule was crucial. The 9 am workshops were a bit difficult on Saturdays for my schedule, so I would recommend that for future boot camps NuCamp offer an afternoon workshop option, but other than that I have no complaints. I look forward to continuing my coding journey with NuCamp in the Full Stack bootcamp!

I chose Nucamp for its affordability and social mission! I like the hybrid approach to learning as well. Unfortunately, due to COVID19 we were not able to participate in an in-person class, but it is definitely convenient that a full-time remote option is also available! 

This course was a good experience to find out I am serious about being a Software Developer. There are somethings I find interesting like using other peoples material. Overall my instructor was great and i did learn a lot of new stuff.   

I signed up for the HTML/CSS and Javascript boot camp and loved it.  It was a great experience and worth the money.  The instructor was knowledgeable and it was a great group.  Great experience and a great value.  

I liked it because it was affordable as well as close to where I live. It also worked around my schedule (I work full time). 

I just completed the 4-week web development fundamentals class with Nucamp.  I'm exploring making a switch in my late 40's from accounting to programming.  As a student with almost no programming experience, I found the camp to be  a great introduction that was certainly challenging.  The format being online during the week with a 4 hour Saturday in person class worked very well for me.  During the week I could learn content at my own pace with plenty of resources available if I needed help - Slack channel, instructor available.  Todd Sparrow was our instructor for this class in Knoxville.  He has a passion for programming - especially teaching others.  He was fantastic working with a wide range of ability levels in our class.  I had difficulties in some projects.  He patiently worked with me to help me discover issues in my coding - not giving me answers but making suggestions of tools (console log, debugger, targeted test code, etc) where I might be able to self-discover answers.  Other students were clearly much quicker in completing projects.  Todd was able to quickly suggest additional challenges for them to try to build into their projects.  One of these was to add a option to have the computer play the color guessing game instead of just the user.    My son and I took this class and look forward to completing one of the advanced bootcamps.  We hope there are enough students for the next session as the online/in-person bootcamp is a must for us.

The reason I chose Nucamp was because it is reasonable and on-the-subject. Unlike other bootcamps, Nucamp teaches exactly what you need to know at the level you are. They don't overwhelm you with too much material. I am a beginner and what I got from the course made a strong foundation for me. I found my way now. The instructors we had, Raj and Matt, were wonderful. They helped us greatly through the end of the course. Always available and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Glad I did not fall for any other bootcamp and chose Nucamp. I'll see in the next course guys! :)
