Dibimbing has opened the way for me to be able to pivot my career more realistically. Experienced and helpful mentors make the process of understanding learning material feel easier even though we learn it from scratch. The presence of CM in each class which can create a comfortable and unified class atmosphere also makes the sense of ownership of the bootcamp even tigther. Dibimbing class schedule on weekends is very suitable for me who is busy on weekdays. Apart from that, the Final Project facility which allows each student to implement their knowledge into real projects creates a significant escalation in both our hard skills and soft skills.

Yang saya suka dari dibimbing, kelas diatur oleh 2-3 Class Manager (CM) yang sangat sangat mengayomi dan menyenangkan. Gunanya apa? 1. Membantu kita selalu ingat tugas/project apa yang sedang berlangsung dan mendekati deadline pengumpulan2. Membantu kita lebih memahami materi karena para CM selalu memastikan seluruh student memanfaatkan kesempatan bertanya semaksimal mungkin.3. Belajar jadi lebih asik, bonding antar student jadi kuat sekali karena para CM selalu berusaha mengakrabkan3. Selalu ada perbaikan kualitas CM dikarenakan adanya monthly feedback dari para student.Selain itu, saya juga suka beberapa hal berikut:1. Mentor yang berpengalaman, dan tetap membimbing kita selama beberpa minggu. Dari mulai kelas teori, praktik, hingga penilaian tugas dengan feedback yang sangat detail.2. Tidak melulu belajar hehe. Setelah beberapa pertemuan, dibimbing kerapkali mengadakan Team Activity. Isinya acara asik-asikan aja, penghargaan lucu2 seperti student ternanya, termisterius, terambis, dll. Ice breaking juga kerapkali diadakan saat kelas.3. Adanya serangkaian program penyaluran kerja, yang kegiatannya berupa update CV, LinkedIn, dan Portofolio serta latihan interview. Hal tersebut tentu sangat membantu.Overall, belajar di Dibimbing itu asik. Kangen belajar di sini lagi hehe.
