Udacity

 The videos are very informative and have good lengths. The solutions provided are always helpful to complete the assignments and projects.
I much prefer doing my work locally in my IDE (PyCharm). However, this has been difficult because installing psycopg2 (a PostgreSQL package) was laborious. Using the Udacity online workspace, while I appreciate all that was built into it, just lacks easy navigation and code-completion, which an IDE has for a heavy project like project 1.
The Knowledge center had lots of useful information. I just had to be willing to take the time to use it, but its search functions are well built.
The curriculum structure is great. I think it's encouraging.
I like the habit of 30 days of Udacity. Though I don't read all emails/messages from the social media staff member, I read at least half of them, which is uplifting that humans are behind the scenes cheering us all on. 
I liked the Slack channel that was in my Data Science Nanodegree in 2018. I use the chat channel and it is quite good, but still tricky to navigate regularly.
The integration with Facebook is a great idea!  Read less

It's for sure taught me a ton about the nature of supervised learning and all the things that go along with it. It's really cool to be able to understand all these things about machine learning that I never really knew before. I'll admit, when I started this program, I didn't really have a lot of motivation. I mean, I wanted to do it cause ML is kind of a big deal now, but I wasn't super motivated to get through the harder content. But now, just with the simpler explanations and easy going environment, I've for sure found motivation even just in that! And I can use this for what I'm doing at work, so that's a huge bonus.  Read less

The course helped me on how to implement a marketing plan and make a comprehensive development for my own project that I am working on in the near future, God willing I recommend this course to the category of small-sized project owners in particular and before embarking on the project implementation phase even before creating a name for the project and designing its own brand because most of the gaps in the project will be discovered early and very easily Read less

 An excellent program; I highly recommend it. This program gives a great overview on sql and data modeling for web , some coverage of databases, and using SQLACHEMY, API and Access mangement ,it provides learners with the concepts and skills necessary for developing web application,Lectures are clear and well organized. There are activities for students to go deeper into the topics and quizzes that helped them to check the main concepts, in addition to real projects that learner practice to complete and submit them in specific time to be reviewed by professional Reviewer.  Read less

i am Mafdy magdy, a musician and an android developer from Egypt, in 2018 i applied for having a free google Android Developer scholarship from Udacity, i took an android developer job straight after graduation and i had little experience, it was very hard trying to learn and progress my career in android development, i got an email that i have been accepted in a challenge scholarship, i was among 10000 students and the goal was to finish the course content and be active and helpful with other students, after 3 months i received an email that i am being offered the scholarship for free, it was one of my happiest days, for 6 months a lot had to be done, finishing the course on time and submitting a lot of projects to be approved, but during that time, the Slack community with the mentors and students was the best i have ever seen, the experience was so much needed, the amount of information and experience there was a lot, i learned a lot from the questions of the other students and from the responses of the mentors, also i had my private mentor which was very helpful when running into trouble, he also helped a lot to advance my career i asked him a lot about android development and he was happy to answer, Udacity is an experience which i can't recommend enough, their android course material is perfect and updated regularly with the latest in android development, students and mentors are there to help and motivate you, in the end i have learned a lot and that helped me in my current job and my personal music related projects. I've just passed the data analysis challenger track and currently taking the data analysis professional track. The methods they use especially all the quizez, practices and projects on every step gives you a deep understanding of the content. The instructors are great. It's been a very educating experience. I enjoyed this Nano-degree experience This is a wonderful program that has given me new skills that are applicable in the marketplace. Now, I can use these projects in my profile. The first instructor was dull and boring at first, but once I decided on a fun topic and got into my project, I started gaining motivation and I'm now truly excited about this course! Also knowing there is a new instructor next was oddly motivating. It's pretty  basic overall seeing as I'm a college graduate, but the accountability of project deadlines and peer chat for help from other students are great assets in this course. I recommend this course for students who want to make sure UX Design is right for them. The price is right of you get the free month :)  Read less
