    Dear Kevin,

Thank you for your candid feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with Nucamp did not meet your expectations.

Our curriculum is designed to offer an in-depth and interactive learning experience, far surpassing standard online video content. We pride ourselves on providing live workshops, real-world projects, and a personalized classroom and instructor-led environment to support our students' learning journeys.

Regarding your concerns about our refund policy, we understand and empathize with the challenges that can arise during one's educational path. Our refund policy is set by law by the state government, and necessitates payment for the portion of the bootcamp utilized. It is in place to maintain fairness for all our students and sustain our educational offerings' quality. This policy covers the resources and support provided from the moment of enrolment.

We acknowledge that you have reached out to us directly regarding this matter. After careful consideration, we adhered to our established policy, which is applied consistently to all our students. We take such decisions seriously, ensuring that they align with our commitment to fairness and the sustainability of our programs.

We truly regret that this has led to a negative impression, and we are sorry we could not reach a different conclusion in your case. We are committed to learning from every student's experience, and your feedback is invaluable in this process.

If we can offer any further assistance or any additional concerns you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

    Warm regards,
    Nucamp Student Administration.
