I'm Alina, and before my maternity leave, I was a lawyer in the civil service. I was never satisfied with this job, but I also needed to find other suitable options as a professional. While on maternity leave, I was constantly thinking about what I would do afterward. And one day, I came across a GoIT's ad for a free demo course to try myself in a creative IT profession. I was really interested because I have always loved drawing and am a creative person. I took the demo course and got really excited. I wanted to take the entire course to get a profession. I took care of my child during the day, and in the evening, when my husband was at home, I listened to lectures and did my homework. Sometimes, it seemed that I was doing much worse than others, but this only motivated me to improve. After the course, I started sending resumes to companies because I was sure I wanted to work for a company. Still, most of my responses were either not responded to or rejected by employers due to lack of experience. So I decided to gain this experience, so now I'm working as a freelancer. I'm gradually developing my Instagram, telling people what I do and what projects I've had, and thus I get orders. At the moment, I like what I do, and I want to be better and improve my skills. And over time, I will be able to get into a fabulous IT company. I am grateful to the GoIT school for the knowledge they gave me and the impetus to change my life, and I can finally say that I love my job! Read less

I signed up for CourseCareers' Information Technology course last month. While I was initially skeptical that I would learn enough to get an IT help desk job, I got a job interview before I even took the final exam and finished the course! Josh, the teacher, really knows his stuff. He went really deep in all of the topics without losing me. Plus, the course's Discord community is extremely helpful. There is always someone to help you with a lab if you get stuck. If Josh isn't available, someone else is sure to help you within a short time. 

I would highly recommend the IT course at CourseCareers for those people who want to get into tech but am not outgoing enough for tech sales or want more of a hands on experience in technology.  Read less

My experience completing the tech sales certification at CourseCareers was absolutely fantastic. I got to dive deep into the world of B2B tech sales, improving skills like cold calling, crafting persuasive cold emails, and building detailed buyer personas. 

The program also introduced me to the latest sales tools and software. What really stood out was the incredible support from the coaches, combined with clear and thorough training. And let's not forget the incredible community of students on Discord. 

I graduated just a little over a week ago and got my resume and Linkedin together (there's an entire section in the course for this). I absolutely love CourseCareers. I’m taking the Tech Sales bootcamp and I’ve learned a lot already. I love that it’s designed to help you get a job and there isn’t any useless fluff to make you feel like you’re learning something. The information is explained very clearly and I also like that it’s made to help you think on your own not just copy and paste or memorize answers. As someone who paid for a college degree, this is 10 times more valuable, extremely less expensive and much faster to complete and apply. I learned more in a week of going through the bootcamp material and talking to the CourseCareers coaches than I did in the first 2 years of my college experience. The course content is nothing short of exceptional. It covers both theoretical fundamentals and practical real-world applications, ensuring students are well-prepared to tackle the role outside of the school setting. Additionally, CourseCareers frequently updates its content to keep up with industry trends and best practices. They also have coaching for things like the exam and interview prep past graduation. I went through the CourseCareers Information Technology course in about a month, and during that time I got a solid understanding of what a Help Desk position entails. My favorite part was the hands-on labs where we worked with a variety of technologies. The video explanations are simple enough to follow, and despite having no previous knowledge of IT, I did not feel lost or confused. Unlike other courses out there, this IT course provides practical and useful information on how to apply for jobs, how to prepare for potential interviews, and how to keep track of it all. This course helped me break into tech and hopefully into a role at the help desk. The instructor, Josh Madakor, was amazing! and sad now that it's over, but I learned a lot of useful things and overall, it was a 10/10 course. Not only the instructor was great the way everything was put together was simple and easy to use.
