Human Resources Course

The Human Resource course instructed by Madeline Mann was outstanding. It gave great and valuable insight to several HR conecepts and left me feeling knowledgable and prepared about my next steps. This course not only educated me, it equipped me. It equipped me with the tools I needed to be successful. You can tell CourseCareers truly values it's students. 10/10 experience!

I was so excited to start my HR training with Course Careers because I had finally found an affordable training that teaches me everything I need to know as a beginner, AND helps with job prep and job search! My instructor is fantastic and her social media has helped with even more information outside of the course. I’ve been telling everyone that is career searching to check out Course Careers, they won’t regret it. 

I was vey impressed with the level of training in the Human Resources course. It was very interesting and I fairly enjoyed it. However I was disappointed when I found out after I completed the course, that it is not a aPHR (Associate Professional Human Resources) certification. I am new to this field, so either I overlooked this when looking over their website or it was not mentioned in the details. Like I said, it was a good introduction for a newbie, however now I have to pay an additional cost to get an aPHR Certification, with the same curriculum. So, just be aware if you’re on a budget and would rather pay for Certification instead. 

The Human Resources Course Careers course gave me the confidence to make a career transition from Customer Success to Human Resources. The course confirmed that my existing interests and skillset will be an asset in HR, provided a formula for empathetic and people-centered problem solving, and gave a comprehensive overview of the main HR functions so I can speak to each during interviews and hit the ground running on Day 1 of my new role. They also set me up to succeed as I now begin my job search!

 The CourseCareers HR class offers a comprehensive introduction to Human Resources, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications to equip students with a robust foundation in the field. The course covers key HR topics such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance, delivered through a well-organized curriculum that builds progressively. While the course materials are generally well-structured, there is room for improvement in updating some visual content and incorporating more interactive elements to increase engagement. The support from CourseCareers is strong, with responsive instructors and useful feedback, although occasional delays in response times could be addressed for a smoother experience. Career preparation is a standout feature, with valuable resources on resume building, job search strategies, and interview tips that are especially beneficial for those new to the HR field. Overall, the CourseCareers HR class is a valuable investment for aspiring HR professionals, offering a solid grounding in both theory and practice and preparing students effectively for entry into the HR job market. 

This program helped me see hope in my future. The courses are easy to follow and very concise. Education can never be taken away from you,making it a permenant investment. I found this via YouTube and the teacher was the one who helped me find her. She made me feel so confident and excited for the next steps in my life. I did not feel so lost when I found out the teacher experienced the same emotions and actions as me. This has made the program even more beneficial, knowing that this woman truly cares for the future.

My experience with CourseCareers has been outstanding. I can truly say that I've learned a great deal about becoming a more effective HR Manager, including the advantages and disadvantages of the entire process.

I’ve been taking the Human Resources course through CourseCareers for about a month now and have already expanded my knowledge with the in depth course material, discord group, and helpful videos that will hopefully land me a good entry level job to get my career started.
