Great jump-start I had with Academia de Código. I had zero acknowledge of programming and in 14 weeks I'm ready for the job market. Intensive course where I've practised a lot and learned a lot of tools for my life. Keep going guys, I've loved this 14 weeks and got great friends. Abrassessss!

I saw myself stuck in dead end jobs, my life seamed doomed and all hopes were gone. Then I saw a post about the Academy and decided to jump right into it. Oh boy, let me tell you something, it's not an easy ride, you'll fail and fall, you won't have time, they are not joking when they say it's an immersive and intense bootcamp. And yet, this was the best time of my life. They also told us on the 1st day that we would get out with a new family, all I could think was 'hell no', get used to it, they are always right! Always had everyone by my side, pulling me up when I thought I couldn't get up, helping me all the time, putting a smile on my face and making me believe in myself. I step out the academy with my pocket full of skills and my heart full of love. It's much more than just a course, a bootcamp, it's learning to learn, it's a home. To you reading, go for it, join this amazing family.

It was a pleasure to be part of this bootcamp! We learned a lot of things, but the most important thing we had experienced was this family! A lot of people that we didn't know and today we are like a real family!

About the bootcamp it self, it teach us how to be focused on a task. How? Leaving us out of our confort zone. Yes, this was a very challenging 14 weeks that maked us stronger than ever.

It was a very exhausting and intensive experience that pays off in the end! Usually people arrive without knowing what they are really getting into. I can tell you, that you are getting into one of the best life and teaching experiences. Not only do they teach you how to code, you make valuable connections and learn life lessons/skills that will help you along your journey. 5*

I was afraid about <A/C_> when I first heard of it. The more I looked, the more I got convinced it was the thing to do, but once I got there all my expectations were exceeded. Expecting it to be some boring classes like every other classes I had taken, it is the polar opposite. You learn by having fun, when you make a question the answer is not immediate, you're pushed to think for yourself and find it. Apply your new learned skills in small projects every week, and then learn to work as a team with bigger creative projects and a final 24 hour hackathon, which will be unforgettable.

Didnt know where I was headed professionaly until I found <Academia de Código_>, it was 14 weeks of learning, fun and becoming a part of a family! At <Academia de Código_> things are done different, but are made up so you learn how to program and face the world head on!! I'll rate them 11 out 5... cus 5 stars ain't enough!!!

One of the best decisions I ever took!

I was in a really difficult time and choose this bootcamp as a last shot to start a new career. Some of the reasons that made me choose Academia de Código were (i) the application that already made me learn and feeling that would be possible for me to be a developer if get into it, (ii) the availability of computers on their part, which meant that I did not need to invest in something so expensive at that time and (iii) the financing options. But honestly, I did not know how I would pay when I finished. After an immersive and enriching experience, I was looked for by several companies and I went through a unique process in my life that was to choose where I wanted to work. I have won many friends and today I see how right was my choice.

About a couple years ago I threw myself head-first into some kind of crazy idea that consisted in letting go of a steady job of seven years and moving inland without earning any kind of money or having any time for myself during three and a half months to learn how to code in <Academia de Código_>'s bootcamp without any guarantee that I'd have a job in the end. Incredibly it was one of the best decisions in my life and at the same time one of the hardest things I ever did. After a huge breakdown, of suffering a lot looking at a blank screen while it seemed like everyone's fingers around me danced away over their keyboards writing endless lines of code, of several nights leaving the Academia at one in the morning only to return at nine thirty to attend the lectures, of being twenty four hours without sleeping in a Hackathon, of spending less time with my wife in those three and a half months than when we were three hundred kilometers apart, I now got a job in the area, live 5 minutes away from my place of employement and everyday I use my head and learn a little more. And the best thing about all this? This is only the beginning of an awesome, long ride. Thanks to the Academia and everyone in it for the amazing opportunity and making me believe that <Igor>"Só acaba quando termina".</Igor> Onwards and upwards!

I applied to <Academia de Código_> on a whim. I had no career prospects, no finished college degree and honestly very little faith in myself left after a couple of years at a dead-end job.
That all changed once I met this group of unbelievable people, after all, learning how to code in 14 weeks is no easy task, but they somehow made it the best 14 weeks of my life. 
The classes are challenging and fast-paced, but no one gets left behind or judged, you learn how to code but you also learn how to think logically and how to express your ideas and solve problems in the best way possible. 
I started working on a job that I love, and despite my initial doubts, that I'm very good at, one week after finishing the bootcamp. 

<Academia de Código_> is more than just another coding bootcamp, it's a place you'll call home forever.

Have you ever felt that the world was against you? That you got no control on your life whatsoever? Maybe, even when you chose to do something meaningful with your life, that path never felt like the right one. Somehow something more was missing, am I right? I wonder why, some people, ask too many rhetorical questions about you on course reviews and never go straight to the point… Well, you are not alone on questioning yourself if you should take this course or not. I have been on that position myself, but fate already brought you here so, you really should consider to, at least, apply to this course, a decision you will not regret. Why?

On this course you will learn that stop learning is not an option. Every day you have to arrive on time or you will be invited to dance in front of your new and for life friends. The more you think “I got this”, the more mistakes will happen, and from those, serendipitously, you will start to see how things come together and how the Force of coding ignites from you. Of course, the lectures will be guided by highly trained professionals at spotting bad code from long distances, perceiving “WTF is that concept” faces from their peripheral vision, and to indulge you to get to know 10 friends of theirs: curiosity and empathy.They will show you the idiosyncrasy of solving problems that you never thought of and they will help you understand how to tackle them, whenever you need them to do so.

Do not deceive yourself into thinking that you have no talent, that you do not know anything about how to code, that you are no good at math, that you are worthless. You are reading this because the world needed you to be, as you are now, considering taking this course. If you are really willing to make a change for you and your life, if you imagine yourself battling to bring out the best of you, rebuilding anew the way you perceive and take action, you should give yourself a chance and apply to this course. We never know, but you might be the one who will make a life changing impact on someone. As they did for me, they will give you all the necessary tools to fearlessly overcome the obstacles ahead, with the embodied hope that anyone should hope for:

This is like a big familly in which you learn everything you need to become a very decent full stack junior web developer. In this bootcamp I did not only learned how to code, but also made great friends. The lectures are awesome and very well structured, mixing exercises and theory in a very ballanced way. I would recomend this to anyone who has a desire to change career or lifestyle, because it has definetly changed mine.

This is an amazing, immersive and engaging learning experience. You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the industry's most dedicated and supportive people.  It is definitely challenging and will take you out of your comfort zone, but you will get all the fundamental knowledge to pursue a new career and an excellent base to start from.
