Do what I did and go all-in on <Academia de Código_> ! The push I needed to kickstart my developer career!
(I know it kinda sounds like a paid ad campaign, but it truly is what I feel... if you're still skeptical, just talk to me on LinkedIn if you want to!)

If you want to learn programming, and you don't want to spend 3 or 4 years in a bachelor degree, the bootcamp it's the way to go, but if you expect to get a job afterwards just avoid it!

Soon as you complete the course, you are just a number in their record, barely will get any contact or support, the major reason I joined the course was due to the rocket placement which it's nearly non-existing... In my class only half of the students got hired at the end, which goes against their claim that over 90% of the people get hired after the bootcamp...

If you want to Change yout life for the best. You have to do the bootcamp.
You meet incredible people, you learn alot, just by doing the bootcamp the expetations for you to get a job go up like a 1000%, but even before you end the bootcamp they already looking for companys for you to work, but not any companys, only they best ones. They the best teachers you Will find anywhere, they offered you the best experience of learning. 
For them teaching os not enough, they teach you and they show you diferent ways of thinking in solutions, and they teach to learn by youtself, that is the best thing that any academy show teach, and they do it with Excelence.

Attending <Academia de Código_> was one of the best and most life-changing experiences I had in life. The course is very thorough - it's not for the faint-hearted. You put in the work, and get back the job. It's a 14-weeks intensive course, but I had my first job offer at one of the Big Four by week 13! That's why it's so respectable.

Everyone is so nice, intelligent and funny! It feels like you get into a best-selling sci-fi movie from day one.

It's hard! Sure... But if you don't understand something, the <Master Coders> will guide you through to that light-bulb in no time! And the best part of it all is that they never leave you afterwards. It's your home for life.

All the experience was incredible!
I'm from an utterly different area and so many times I thought I would fail, but every instructor always had a friend word to cheer me up.
I assume that it was really difficult. I'd never been in a bootcamp before and I had no idea about how intense it is, but I did it!
Now I am employed and discovered that my empoyeer admitted a lot of graduated students from Academia de Código - what proves the excellence.
Yes, I was terrified, but now I am really happy!

They don’t only teach you how to code but also how to solve problems and how to think towards programming, since programming is not only writting some lines of code, but also know how the language works, how everything should be structured, why was the language created, you will learned all that and more. All the tools around that programming language that you’ll need to properly develop. 

I’m not going to lie, it’s 3 month and a half of non stop, it’s tiring and exhausting, but it’s totally worth it. Also they help you after in the job hunting which is really helpful. 

This bootcamp has been an amazing experience, from the start while applying we could see the support from the team if you had any trouble throughout the process!
The workshop is amazing, the process is very thorough selecting the best people in both soft skills and learning capability. 
I had never written a line of code before and now I no longer feel a stranger in this world, they taught me how to code in 14 weeks and how to learn new things by myself!
Would I do it all over again? Yes without question!

Before joining the Bootcamp, I was a making a living in the last 12 years as a photographer, I’ve created world-known projects and published in amazing magazines all around the globe, such as NY Times, National Geographic Traveller, Lonely Planet && Condé Nast.

After joining the Bootcamp and becoming a software developer has been a new adventure and I'm loving it! I really needed a new challenge. Looking back it's incredible to see the changes that my life took. I couldn't imagine that I would be doing games with graphical interface in Java, after just four weeks of coding.

The environment is incredible, full of energy and it feels like home, love my A/C fam!

As a human with no prior background in programming, I found this to be the most challenging event of my life. I really believed it would be somehow easy since I did fairly well at university, but boy, I learned to not overestimate myself.

We learned a lot, and I mean a lot of great tools and went through many topics. Intensive and Imersive are really the words for it. Can't say that you will have the time to understand all of it, but the basics you will always stick with, and later on it will be helpful. Besides, you're going to meet people exactly on the same boat as you, and those feelings will make your class to really look like a family!

It was an amazing, super challenging and highly productive experience.

In addition to all technical skills acquired, we are constantly challenged to work our soft skills. The teaching method allows us to improve our resilience, communication  and above all our self-taught skills.

Throughout the bootcamp we are oriented on how we should look for a job and in fact i was surprised with the  number of contacts received from companies when bootcamp ended.

All of this is provided due to the effort and dedication of all the incredible staff of the <Academia de Código_>  that provide a wonderfull enviroment to the students in particular the teachers who make a perfect management of student's different learning rhythms.

 

 

An experience that I totally recommend to those who want to change their professional career.

For the past few years, I'd been feeling unfulfilled with my job, and that prompted me to turn my life around and start a new, more challenging career.

When I finally felt ready to take that step I found <Academia de Código_>, and the journey in which I embarked was by no means a small step, rather a huge leap forward.

Through the course of 14 weeks I, along with my awesome 19 colleagues, grew both as individuals as well as Software Developers, as we tackled the everyday challenges and learned to take great pride in our work. Sometimes small, sometimes gargantuan, the increments in which both our technical and soft skills improved on a daily basis were always noticeable.

As we fostered friendships, 14 weeks felt both like a single week as well as 52 - a duality that makes sense only to the lucky ones that experienced firsthand the bootcamp that changed my life.

I've always had the desire to improve my IT knowledge. Programming was something i've always seen as a way to solve problems, but beside having done some programming side projects, I've always felt that my knowledge lacked the structure that would allow me to embrace bigger projects with a professional overview. Academia de Código gave me this background.  It was a very immersive experience, in a very demanding and personally challenging environment. The team is super skilled, the method is effective and the results speech for themselves.
Since I truly love learning, this was a very rewarding experience. I would do it again! No doubts about it!
