Big Blue Data Academy offers a data science bootcamp that can be completed part-time (24 weeks) or full-time (12 weeks). The part-time bootcamp is offered live online, and the full-time Data Science bootcamp is offered either in person or live online. All bootcamp sizes are limited to 20 students.
The data science bootcamp curriculum covers Git, Bash Shell, big data, cloud computing, machine learning, deep learning, visualizations, and interactive dashboards. Bootcamp students will also learn data retrieval, APIs, databases, and web scraping. Students will work on a real-world business project alongside a Big Blue Data Academy partner company for the final four weeks of the bootcamp. This project will be presented to prospective employers at the conclusion of the Data Science bootcamp on career day.
Big Blue Data Academy is open to undergraduates, Bachelor, Master or PhD graduates, and professionals. Applicants should be proficient in math and statistics and have a basic knowledge of Python programming. Applicants should be prepared for an interview with an admissions rep to discuss their technical background and career goals. Forty hours of pre-bootcamp preparation work is required for all accepted students.
Big Blue Data Academy provides career support including workshops on crafting an effective CV and LinkedIn profile, mock technical interviews, and access to career opportunities posted by Big Blue Data Academy collaborators. Lifelong career advice and support as well as access to the Slack community portal are also provided.
Course content is given in English. Greek is used in course instruction. Tuition may be paid in an installment plan. A discount is available for paying tuition fully in advance.

One of the things I appreciated most about the bootcamp was the hands-on nature of the learning. We worked on real-world projects and applied the concepts we were learning to actual data sets, which helped me understand the material much better than just reading about it or watching lectures.
The support from the staff was also top-notch. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, there was always someone available to assist me. The small class size also made it easy to get individualized attention.
During the final month of the bootcamp, I had the opportunity to work on a data science project with a real company. This was an amazing opportunity to put my newly acquired skills to the test and see how they would be applied in a professional setting. It was a great way to get a taste of what it would be like to work in the data science field.
Overall, I would highly recommend this data science bootcamp to anyone looking to gain practical skills in this field. Excellent experience
It was an excellent experience. A very well structured program to walk you through all the different sections of Machine Learning. Well structured, up to date and venturing into detail. Based on the 75%-25% discipline most time is spent on hands on assignments which really helps with the assimilation of knowledge. Great to begin your Analytics journey
My employer decided to enroll me after he himself has taken the course and I believe it was a great decision. I found the Saturday labs extremely fun and interesting but also demanding, and honestly they enhanced my understanding on the course's curriculum.
