Pros: Affordable, positive workshop experience, great instructors, helpful community slack channel, part-timeCons: Curriculum doesn't go in-depth enough to teach you necessary fundamentals so supplementary resources are a must, especially if you don't have a coding background. More exercises during the week would've been helpful aswell.

The main reasons I chose NuCamp was the affordability and the community I can interact with.  Being able to have an instructor answer my questions and peers to connect with is very important to me.  The Web Fundamentals Bootcamp gave me the start I needed and answered my curiosity about Web Development. This is not a walk in the park. Time and dedication is vital. You must input the time to study everyday. If you're willing to put the time and effort, this bootcamp can be for you. 

First of all i was looking for a bootcamp that affordable and online. Most of the bootcamps offer online courses nowadays but their prices are skyrocketed. When i came across with Nucamp, what i thought was, is it a scam or real?I gave it a chance and it is real. I took my very first course under of Web Development Fundamentals.Instructors are very nice and full of experience. They are willing to teach in every possible way.

The four week Web Development Fundamentals bootcamp was an ideal way for me to refresh and update my web development skills. I stopped developing web sites about a decade ago and wanted to get back into it, but I found that going the self-taught route this time around was just too complicated as there are just too many resources out there to stumble through. I also ran into a lot of information that was outdated or showed bad practices. The Nucamp fundamentals course was perfect for providing both structure and community while teaching me what I need to know about the basics of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to save time learning the basics of modern web development and to gain a support network of other learners and the developers who do an excellent job of teaching the bootcamps. 

I chose NuCamp over the many coding boot camp options for a few reasons. The first being the price. In comparison with similar boot camps, NuCamp offered the most flexibility with payment at an incredibly reasonable price. The second reason was the time commitment. In person or online classes took place once a week, Saturday, for four hours. With a program like this, it was easy to work to do the work online and get help online. It was also easy to make time for the instruction and 'homework' time. The online reviews for NuCamp were positive and given my current circumstances, I was confident in making the choice to take on this boot camp. 

I chose Nucamp because of the affordability combined with the great reviews of the courses offered. It was important to me that, even though I would not be paying top dollar, I was still going to receive all the education I would need to gain a career in web development. I did ALOT of research in order to make sure it was a good investment, including watching a lot of interviews with its founder Ludo Fourrage. Now that I have completed the Web Development Fundamentals course, I can say with full certainty I made the right choice. I have already registered for the Full Stack Web + Mobile Development course, and I am so excited to get started. 

The Web Fundamentals course was well paced, with plenty of code examples to illustrate the concepts being taught, yet not so much information that the average student would feel overwhelmed. I was quite pleased with both the scope and quality of additional study resources included with each instructional block, and the instructors were very encouraging in both their feedback and their suggestions for self-directed explorations into deeper learning on the covered topics. All in all, a starting course with very good value.

Nucamp is an online bootcamp that works great for those who are working full-time jobs and/or find it hard to dedicate themselves to a full-time bootcamp while being one of the most affordable among others. Students are expected to go through the lessons, materials, exercises, and quizzes during the weekdays, and attend a live workshop class with your instructor and other peers to review the materials learned and then work on an assignment that covers what you learned that week.Personally, I started with the Web Development Fundamentals course to learn the basics as these are truly the fundamentals when it comes to any type of web development. You can try to learn on your own with other free resources, but if you are looking for something more structured while having peers and instructors keeping you accountable, then going through a bootcamp is definitely a viable option.

NuCamps 4 week program is great for anyone wanting to get their feet wet in the world of Web Developing. It's exactly what I was looking for. They cover a lot of ground in a very short time. 

I was nervous about starting the Web Development Fundamentals boot camp. I’m glad I took the leap. This program has absolutely changed the trajectory of my life. Our Professor Vince, has given me the confidence that I absolutely made the right decision.

 I liked how they use projects you complete in order to test the skills. It is so much better to learn through example than through strait instruction. Communication with the instructor was pretty good and I would recommend it to anybody that is thinking about a bootcamp. 

I think that this was deep for a 4-week course, which is exactly what I was looking for. It provided me with a great foundation and something that I can at least build fundamental webpages. It also gave me the ability to reach code and be able to decipher some of it, which is super important when it comes to learning a language. Phil H. was an awesome instructor and someone that really knew his stuff. He helped us and guided us the whole time while also giving us ways to find the answer when we were really struggling (and couldn't find the answer ourselves). Thank you for the experience!

Enrolling in the introductory bootcamp for web development at Nucamp was one of the best decisions I have ever made.  I got a chance to learn 3 coding languages within a month's time and practice using them to create all kinds of interesting projects.  I think it will be an excellent precursor to pursing full stack develpment training at Nucamp.  I could not believe how much I learned in such a short period of time.  Everyone at Nucamp was very friendly, professional and supportive and the classes were small with excellent, highly-knowledgeable  instructional support during live workshops online and throughout each week of coursework.  The coursework was well planned so that it was very easy to follow.  I highly recommend Nucamp's bootcamp to anyone who is interested in learning to code for web development!

Nucamp is a great bootcamp to start no matter what your prior knowledge & skill level is in web development. The videos, content, instructors, & fellow students will help get you where you want to be!!

Nucamp did a wonderful job introducing me to HTML/CSS/JavaScript. I feel well prepared to go onwards with my web development education after this bootcamp.

Nucamp Bootcamp is one of the best boot camps. My experience passing through the fundamental class was exciting. The 4 weeks were really intensive, and there are many practice questions and intensive workshops. I would, however, recommend that as a beginner, it's good to practice with Freecodecamp and W3School free resources to get familiar with few concepts and have an idea of the courses because it would go a long way to make your learning easier. It's a bit more advanced than a total beginner course, especially JavaScript.
