UX/UI Design Foundations

While having a busy schedule as a graduate student and working part-time, enrolling in Avocademy was the best decision I have made for transitioning into a UX design career. The curriculum is self-paced so it's so easy to work around your schedule and you learn so much in the process. The unlimited one-on-one mentoring, UX resources, activities, and feedback that were offered gave me confidence in my skills and I feel like I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. Maca also offers job assistance and is always sharing real, hands-on UX design projects that students can be a part of. Highly recommend this course for anyone looking to make the switch into UX! 

For my little experience as a designer, working with Maca was extremely helpful in learning the basic principles of UX/UI Design and having her by my side every step of the way was very reassuring. This program allowed me to get right into practicing these design principles and create a project from beginning to end while also developing my first portfolio. It was a great first step into becoming a full-fledged designer that was both affordable and flexible to work with. 

I was looking for something flexible enough for my schedule but where I would still get a deep understanding of topics. Maca’s mentoring sessions made me accountable and she always tailored them specifically to what I needed more help with.
