My time in the Manual QA boot camp was great. The instructors were very knowledgeable and were very helpful with providing advice and guidance throughout the entire course. I would definitely recommend this course. Keep up the great job! 

I came across Careerist in 2019 but I did not join the bootcamp then. Then in 2021, I came across a Careerist ad on Facebook and joined right away. The trainers all work in the industry (many different courses are offered) so they share real life experiences. The classes are live and the live classes are recorded and available for all students, especially those who cannot join a live class and those who want to review the material later. Internship then follows after completing the course in order to gain first hand experience in the chosen career field. Finally, a mentor is assigned to every student, interview prep, LinkedIn prep and resume prep is provided. All the mentors are very knowledgeable in one's field of study. Tips on how to maximize chances of landing an interview for job seekers is provided. Job applicants can opt to use Job Application Services, if they prefer to pay for the course over time after landing a job. Continuous dedicated support is provided by a team that answers all the questions that job applicants may have as they interview for positions. This support is still available even after landing a job. The training provided is so good that when I landed a job after the training, the recruiter bumped my pay in the very first interview that I had with her. I later discovered that that was the top pay for the position. I recommend Careerist to anyone looking for training that is provided by a dedicated team that wants you to succeed and one that walks with you, hand in hand, until you land a job and after. Careerist changed my life. 

One of my friend recommended Careerist to me.  I took a Manual QA course with them. One of the best decision I made. I wish I had found this earlier. Careerist provides you with a good starting base knowledge to get into the software testing field. Instructors were very experienced, during the classes they always made sure all was well explained.  Mentor was very helpful throughout the whole process of the job search which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Careerist to someone who is considering a career change in short time and wants to get into software development and testing. 

Careerist is an apt place to develop and achieve your career. They’re great in QA training. I received a best quality training and true practical hands on experience which helped me to excel in my job. The mentors are very knowledgeable and guided me through resume building and passing the interview. Now I am working as a SQA in a well established company. 

I was able to enroll in the Manual QA program during a special Black Friday sale.  All of the teachers are experienced QA's who are friendly and pleasant.  This course is the perfect bridge into the tech industry, especially for those without a technological background.  No coding experience is required.  Furthermore, the course includes an internship and externship.  They teach you everything you need to know and the supplemental materials are extremely helpful.

I learned a lot during my course with Careerist. I learned everything I need to know to land a Manual QA job. They provided a lot of great resources and linked me with a phenomenal mentor. Hanna Olefirenko was very supportive and made sure I knew how to present myself during interviews. She provided me a lot of great practice during the mock interview and great feedback. I feel well prepared for a career in tech!

I did the Manual QA course with Careerist at the end of 2022 I found that all of the course materials were done well and easy to understand. I found that the instructors were very knowledgeable and knew how to simplify concepts so that anyone would understand them. following the course I felt that both the internship and mentor ship were very helpful.

Careerist is a great reputable online boot camp, that offers hands on training, the instructors are great, informative and most of all they want to see you succeed . Overall I think that the course curriculum is easy to follow, convenient for those of us who have busy schedules. So many great things to say about Careerist, all of the instructors were personable, if you had questions, they got answered very quickly, which is an A+ for me as far as customer service . After doing extensive research, between other bootcamps, if I had to choose all over again it would be hands down Careerist.

I enrolled to Careerist on June of 2022. I completed the course, internship and followed my mentor's guidance to land a job. It took me a little bit longer than what I had expected in the beginning. I came in thinking I would be employed in less than one month, it took me until March of 2023 to get hired. However I must admit that I was not applying to many jobs, in fact I'd go weeks without submitting a single application. However I'd still have recruiters reach out to me consistently and I finally landed a contract gig at Apple (Did not expect this AT ALL). If you're thinking about joining Careerist, I definitely recommend it, however dont join if you think you'll get a job in 2 weeks, while it is possible, it is highly unlikely. Best of luck and don't give up.

I've decided to switch careers from the restaurant industry to the tech field. I feel like this course is very informative as well as simple and easy to understand for someone who doesn't understand IT. After the classes are finished they put you through and internship program where you get hands-on experience with a team. The internship teaches almost everything you need to know about manual QA, they teach you how to use TestRail, JIRA and other tech methods required to test applications. Also they have a great in house build-in job search application which I personally find helpful because job search can be stressful and time consuming. There JAS application searches job for you and also makes it easier to fill out application with auto fill feature. Overall I would suggest this course to anyone who is new to the tech field and want to switch up careers. 

The course was very well organized and an online access made it so flexible and easy to combine with the my schedule. They also provided a recording for every lesson and you can always go back to it. Lessons are very structured and information is easy to follow. Instructors were great, very knowledgeable and always open to questions. They provide a huge support though the job searching journey and mentor you on every step. Highly recommend this course! 

I have attended their Manual QA course and I can say that from beginning to finish they do a great job. They are always there to help and are very informative. I am happy that I have taken that course and now looking for a job of course they are helping me during my job search too. 

The teachers are very helpful and have great attitude. We had classes 3 times a week in the evening, then internship for 3.5 weeks and mentorship till you are ready for a job search. My friend recommended me this course and I am so glad that I took it . Exited to find my new job ! 

I have finished the course work, and internships. Staff are pleasant, helpful, and don’t make you feel like your dumb. I love the the class is recorded so that you can always go back to it. I hate that my class was so big though it was over 100 ppl. The internship was ok. I wish I had more problem solving situations but I did learn a lot and meant great people. I am now at the mentor stage and soon onto my new job.

When I first heard about Careerist, I knew this was the career path for me. Not being current on tech, I had my husband, who teaches Computer Science at a college level, review the Careerist website. He told me that it would be a good opportunity and experience. After signing up, I found that being able to watch the lessons on your own schedule & pace was so helpful, not to mention being able to go back and rewatch them to fill in any blanks. This has been an easy course that is completed within a short amount of time, which fits my needs very well. Once the training has been completed, you jump right in to the internship, one internal, one external.  The hands-on experience with real companies and daily stand-up meetings has been practical experience that boosted my confidence greatly in my ability to be successful in a job from the start. I received great instruction and feedback from the Leads on test cases and bug reports, which helped me improve the quality of my work quickly.It would help if the instructors would read the questions from the chat messages very clearly. You can only get the gist of what the question is and fully understanding the answer if they do that, as you can't see the chat in the lesson replays. It would have been good to get hands-on experience with other aspects of manual QA like API and ChromeDev Tools. I am very much looking forward to working with my mentor and the job preparation and search process in a week or so.

This Manual QA program was well organized and you will graduate feeling well prepared for role as a QA analyst. I would highly recommend! The instructors are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and focus on your success.

Careerist was a game changer for me!  I made the decision that I wanted to change careers after 20 years into IT from healthcare administration.  After doing some research, I came upon Careerist and enrolled in their QA Engineer program.  I completed the course and internship and then began working with my mentor on my resume and interview prep.  The interview prep was top notch as it truly prepared me for the interview process.  I landed my first job in IT within 3 months making over 90K my first year with a company that is truly amazing.  I am now working on becoming a QA Automation Engineer.  The skies the limit!
