SheCodes Basics

SheCodes is an amazing project that gives opportunities to women all over the world. The course was very well-crafted and accessible, I would definitely recommend everyone to take it.

This was an excellent experience, when they said she codes basics, they were serious. This was challenging at times but more than all funny and I have the opportunity to practice with all the challenges and homework. However, you should find some resources on your own as there are very few external resources.

SheCodes is amazing! It's a great chance for me to get acquainted with the coding and to learn so many things. it's very dynamic course and at the same time very interesting one.

SheCodes Basic course gives you a good overview of HTML, CSS, and Javascript - just enough so to grab your interest to pursue it in more advanced courses (or I guess also to let you know it's not really your thing...which is equally important). I liked the pace and was able to balance this with other demands throughout the week. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quick intro! Already enrolled in the other more advanced courses and very excited.

I never thought I could learn how to code. I had always assumed that it was "too difficult" for me. As someone with ADHD, I just never thought I could succeed at something like coding. This workshop was not only fun, but super informative! I love that it is self paced, but it still gives you flexible deadlines which really motivated me to complete things in a timely manner. I like that you can complete your assignments/challenges and watch the videos when ever you like, as long as your homework is turned in on time. Overall, I felt that this was a great workshop for beginners (like myself) and I really feel like I have learned so much! I am so excited to continue learning through SheCodes! I would 100% recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested in coding.

I did a lot of online courses to learn JAVASCRIPT and the SheCodes introduction Javascript course (from SheCodes Basics) is the only one that made me feel confident afterwards. Everything Matt said just clicked, it is very well made, very digest, the fact that you don't learn too much in one go before practising is the key. To understand something to the point where you don't feel scare to do it again by yourself is what this course gives you. I started with SheCodes Basics just to see if this was for me and after the 3 weeks I upgraded to SheCodes Pro. So I’m continuing my journey and I am so happy, we’ll have to do a weather app project and just the process is different from tutorials you find online. I wished I found it sooner!
