I have completed DSML from MIT IDSS. 
I was a beginner at Data Science and Machine Learning in January 2024.
At the time, there was a lot of mystery surrounding this whole field. I never thought that it would be a career option for me.
The program has demystified these topics to an unbelievable extent.
I now have the confidence that I can apply the learning to solving problems that I never thought I would.
There have been many favorable forces - the wonderfully curated study material by MIT Faculty, the guided case studies that followed each study material.
Weekly Mentor Learning Sessions that further illustrated the concepts taught in the prior week.
My Program coordinator provided invaluable support and timely reminders about Homework assignments that kept me adhered to the course and road ahead.
I must shout out a big "Thank you, Jasper".
I recommend this program to anyone who wishes to learn about Data Science and Machine Learning.

My experience with Great Learning - MIT has been  without a doubt the best of the best. Everyone I have met in the student body and ALL of the professors and program director has been more than helpful to me along my path. The kindness and support we get is above and beyond any university I have attended. My employer loves how fast I have advanced and I was also promoted with the knowledge I have acquired so far. I am going back for more once I finish this and will keep going as technology is ever changing. Now that I have found this excellent source for knowledge I will never stray!!!!! Anyone that needs to learn code or improve their analytics skills, I highly encourage you. Ritin is awesome program director. I am in the advisory board for a state university and this program really challenges any others. Cannot be conquered!!! They rule in Tech!!!!!!! 

I came into this program as a beginner. After having just completed this program, I can say this isn't a program that one can coast by simply attending weekend classes. For a beginner, it will take a lot of time commitment and efforts on a regular basis, however the learning is worth it.. For me personally, it gave me comfort about AI topics and being more hands on. The course was well-paced with clear mentoring and deadlines. The course is primarily delivered by esteemed professors from MIT, supported by mentoring sessions with industry practitioners who provide practical insights into real-world applications of the topics. A special shoutout to program manager Jasper Gill, who was incredibly easy to communicate with and resolved any questions promptly, keeping us informed about upcoming deadlines and course-related communications.Overall, I highly recommend Great Learning in collaboration with MIT and look forward to taking more courses with them.

As someone in a managerial position, I wanted to take a data science class that has a good balance of theories and practice and the great learning curriculum was great. I appreciated solid curriculum and planning. Weekend expert sessions were great as students had chances to ask questions and go through practical examples together. Workload is just about right for someone working long hours during week days.

It was very rewarding coming to the end of the course. A new perspective on machine learning and AI has open to me. Even though I already had a bit of experience on those fields, i certainly did learn a lot of new things. I appreciate the way the course driven. It takes into account both colleagues with near to zero experience, and colleagues with a bit of knowledge on that area. I also value that there is a lot of content that i could take one i finished my experience. I would specially recommend this course to those who have little experience with machine learning and data science, and want to get deep into this topics.

The course was a great refresh in data sciences and went deeper into the Machine learning concepts. It was very well put together to serve both the engineering and non-engineering community. The organization and support from the program management team made it stress free to complete the course in the middle of my busy work schedule. Huge shoutout to the program manager Jasper Gill for you promptness, support and thoughtful responses through the duration of the program

I am a beginner in the topic, and wasn't sure how the program will be structured and delivered. However I am pleasantly surprised by how well the course contents were structured to cater to both absolute beginners as well as experienced professionals in Python/Statistics and advanced topics like DataScience and ML. The contents were of very high quality and very well researched along with external references that can satiate the more curious minds. Initially I thought 12 weeks was a very tight schedule given the complexity of the topic, but the course was very well paced with clear course mentoring and deadlines. The course is mostly delivered by esteemed professors from MIT, and is supported by mentoring sessions from industry practitioners with practical experience to give us a flavor of how the topics will be applied in real world production systems. The contents delivered by MIT faculty is pre-recorded but were so well organized with elaborate detail that I didn't find a need to approach any of the faculty nor program office to clarify questions. We had weekly mentoring sessions wherein the faculty from Great Learning would do detailed code walk-through on real life projects and explain in detail the internals of models and techniques implemented to build and analyse real-life case studies from scratch. The program has a Hackathon towards the end which is a culmination of all the learnings in the course which is a very fun way to consolidate all the content. Additionally, applicants had access to an active chat room where we could post questions on contents or any technical difficulty and will be promptly clarified by the program managers. Applicants are provided access to utilize resume building help as well as career mentoring sessions through their Excelerate program.  Big shoutout to the program manager Jasper Gill who was super easy to communicate and resolve any questions any time of the day without any delay. He was on top of communicating upcoming deadlines and any course related communication. Overall would highly recommend Great Learning in collaboration with MIT and would surely look forward to do more with them.

 I recently completed an online data science course. It was highly informative with well-structured content. The staff was exceptionally supportive and responsive, making the learning process smooth and enjoyable. 

The lecturers include Dr. Abhinanda Sarkar who has previously taught at MIT and another with extensive experience in the field of data analysis. Both of them deliver excellent lectures.The course design is very logical. The course is divided into six modules, each lasting two weeks. Additionally, some industry professionals with work experience also give lectures every week, so the course is very high-quality. There are a large number of practice problems and videos, and the explanations for assignments are very detailed. I think the lectures are excellent. I strongly recommend this course to anyone aspiring to become a data scientist. You will gain tremendous benefits and make significant progress, which will greatly assist in your career advancement.

I just finished the Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions program delivered by Great Learning based on MIT material. The program has excellent content that skilled trainers greatly deliver. The training has excellent use cases delivered step by step so the student can understand the methods executed.

Great course and great faculty. Online course provided a clear schedule for working professionals, and projects were well thought out. Found the lecturer to be very helpful, and mentored courses to be very informative. 

Instruction from MIT faculty is amazing and great for understanding the concepts, and the guidance from industry professionals was an excellent way to be introduced to industry standard practices for implementing them to solve real world problems. Furthermore, the GreatLearning staff and administration are super helpful, supportive, and want to see you succeed. My program manager, Jasper, was very understanding when I had a computer problem that prevented me from submitting a project, he helped me to both solve the issue and get my project evaluated so I wouldn’t fall behind.

Overall, the course experience was very pleasant. The course covered a lot of topics from basic python programming to advanced machine learning. As a result, it had lot of content and was fast paced. But weekly mentor sessions, various case studies and project work, were very useful in learning and understanding these concepts. Special Thanks to Jasper, our program manager, he was in touch with all of us throughout the course and was providing help and guidance wherever it was needed.
