TrueCoders has a well-designed curriculum with good instructors. In my class, Whit did a great job of not only teaching but also guiding the students who came from a broad level of prior competence. Not only did I learn a lot during the classes about C#, SQL, and full-stack development, but I now have much in the way of resources and projects to use as reference going forward. The class was offered online and that all went well - better than I could have imagined.

Michael was a great instructor. He went over every bit of material thoroughly and was there when anyone had questions ready to help. The course was quick and in your face but also laid back. Would definitely refer anyone to take this class.

I was really unsatisfied with my current job and was interested in pursuing programming. I quit my job in Oct 2020 and started classes two weeks later. Soooo glad I did. Michael was the best instructor for us beginners in this class, very patient, and understands the material he is teaching so well, that he is able to write and draw out the concepts for us to follow along with. All the staff her has great attitudes and are all helpful. My classmates were great as well. Denise, the director of job placement, was also fantastic and was there with us every step of the way when searching for a new job. There were some things that we brought up in the class I wish we spent more time on, but the course is only 9-10 weeks so I understand it's not feasible to teach it all in that amount of time. I at least know what to continuing studying!

TrueCoders has opened up my world in software/web development. I am glad I joined this program and I am looking forward to learning and advancing more in my software/web development journey and finally landing a dev job soon.

I'm graduating from the course soon and have some interviews for entry-level roles scheduled, so I can say from the other side that if you stick with it, you'll have what you need to get started on a new path (and for much, MUCH less than it costs to attend most other boot camps--I'd thought about doing a boot camp for years, but the idea of taking out a big loan always stopped me. The price for this course made a difference to me, so it'll probably come into play for others, too.)

This course teaches many valuable skills in coding. It starts by teach baseline fundamentals of the langue's and step by step instruction. They move forward teaching you skills to continue improving thru guided and self-learning. The teacher was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the topics in an excellent manner suitable to all students. through out the course they provided career placement training twice weekly, this is very useful to me trying to make a change in career fields. Help was always just a few clicks away.

After attending TrueCoders online for the past 9 weeks, I am fully convinced that they are the best at what they do - C#/ASP.NET Stack BootCamp, covering a lot of technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Git/GitHub, Azure Deployment and many more using multiple resources made available to all students. Michael, our Instructor, was highly knowledgeable and patient with every student to ensure we all understood each lesson before moving to the next. They also had TA's on standby for one-on-one assistance whenever we needed such. Group work/project was encouraged to give us teamwork experience with a simulation of a real-life work environment.Be warned, however, that this Bootcamp is not for the faint-hearted. You must be ready to put in the works to get the desired outcome at the end of the 9-weeks. From my personal experience, I suggest an additional 4-6 hours of study outside of the classroom per day, for you to be job-ready by the end of the program. Just make sure you do your pre-Bootcamp study/assignments before the start of class, this gives you a soft-landing into the curriculum they use.The most important skill been taught by this BootCamp is teaching students "how to learn, gain confidence in what they know, conduct productive research for what they don't know, and how to apply it to their projects and get the desired results". Having this skill gave me the confidence to take upon any project, a programming concept or feature needed for a project or a new programming language, and be able to learn it within the shortest possible time.Despite all the qualities mentioned above, they are the most affordable BootCamp in the class of such a curriculum and standard of delivery, with flexible payment options.I also like the Job Placement sessions with Denise which gave us a lot of strategies and tips to prepare for job interviews/placement. She did a professional review of all student's resumes/portfolios and sent us some open positions to apply for based on qualifications and helped connect us to various recruiters on LinkedIn. I currently have some interviews lined up and will be back to post updates on how they go.

The pros are that you are taught how to code in C# in a down-to-earth manner. There are lessons that take you from ground-zero up to being able to handle databases and APIs. The instructor makes sure that any and all questions are answered, and the environment is such that one-on-one is universally available, so you never have to feel uncomfortable about asking for help. But besides this, there is plenty of material covered for the more advanced students to get practiced in the more in-depth topics. Also the career-prep dedication is top-notch. My job search before attending TrueCoders was frustrating to say the least, in not finding appropriate openings and not getting any replies. But before the end of the course I had already found a prospective position that I was excited about and was in touch with the hiring team. One more pro is the value and time commitment. This is one of the shorter bootcamps, which I believe to be a better approach than the longer ones. This leads to a con, that a longer bootcamp would provide more in-depth content (but being out of the workforce for a longer time)

Overall I had a great experience at TrueCoders. The price was extremely competitive and the course is very beginner friendly. I would recommend to someone who has zero experience and is anticipating learning to code to be a challenge. I would have liked to see more challenging course ware as the curriculum developed but there wasn't. The course is billed as nine weeks but in reality is only 7 weeks as the last two weeks you are focused on your projects which can be as difficult or easy as you choose.

At first I was very hesitant in enrolling to an online boot-camp but I'm glad I did. The support from the Instructors, HR and Admin is great. 1 on 1 session with tutor. Always helping if you get behind or stuck. The team is not rushing for the end of the class but they take time to make sure you are really understanding the concepts. I'd highly recommend this School and I would happily re-join this boot-camp if there are new programs which would enhance my skills.

Coming to TrueCoders I’ve learned that you will have a wonderful learning experience. Teachers that help you along the way even if you’re stuck on an assignment. I recommend everyone to come and learn about coding here. You will never feel dumb but will be pushed to learn more and obtain new skills daily.

I have been to multiple bootcamps to learn programming and I can say with certainty that TrueCoders is my favorite because of the teacher and the learning environment. Micheal Doyle is a great teacher because he is able to explain challenging concepts simply. In addition, Micheal encourages students to collaborate and help others. This in turn creates an atmosphere that is suited for learning and growth.

Good content. Many avenues to get help. Backend and Frontend. Strong teachings on self-learning, techniques to further your skillset. For sure, if you decide to take a course, have time for it, the 9-week course moves fast.

TrueCoders was worth going through. We learned a lot of different and helpful concepts and they were always there to help whether it was job information or one on one time. It was definitely worth doing because my knowledge has expanded, and everyone there cares about you. But there are several things I would change with how they go about this. Also, PLEASE take what I say from the perspective of someone that has a difficult time in school (slow learner), new to coding, and has difficulty with creativity.1. The 1 on 1 time (after class) is only 15 minutes, which is difficult to understand a concept you're struggling with in that amount of time. It can rush the teacher and the student and sometimes I felt just as lost coming out of it.2. After learning one (sometimes two) concepts a day, we would only be given one exercise per concept to put what we learned into practice. I feel there should be more daily exercises from the beginning that would help us learn how to navigate through all the variations that can happen with each concept. We did have weekly challenges after several weeks of class that did this to a degree, but I think having challenges start from the beginning will be more helpful... so that if someone doesn't understand a concept early on, then it can be fixed sooner rather than later.3. I felt lost on how to come up with new code on my own to practice my skills and concepts that I learned. Often, I felt that the best way I could do this was by finding Youtube videos and spending a lot of time outside of class trying to figure it out on my own. I understand that a lot of learning is trial and error and looking things up for yourself, especially in a 9-week program, but I did pay a lot of money for someone to teach me how to code, and I often felt they would lean on the fact that I can look stuff up for myself and self-teach. Not to say this isn't a good thing for some students, just not for me.Overall, I would give TrueCoders 3 1/2 stars, because this is a place that does care about you and will do a lot for you if you ask, and you do learn important things to help you with code and job hunting. However, I felt like I could have been trained better and less stressed if the above was fixed in some way.

I was enrolled set to start another coding bootcamp, and having to withdraw. The setback was a blessing in disguise as I found this bootcamp. Everything was 5-star from the instructors to the director. It is truly ran in excellence and lives up to the TrueCoders name. Even if you have never written a line of code in your life, you can be successful here. All of this for the $3595. Great Bargain!!!!!

After taking this class I have become comfortable with coding. And my prospects for software development jobs have shot up high. This course will take you from a newbie to a junior software developer in no time. It is worth a try and your investment.

This is where you come to code if you don't know how to code. I kept trying to watch videos and do all the free programs online, but I needed a person by my side to say - "Here is where your error is, and here is how you fix it." I found that at TrueCoders. From day 1, they are step-by-step - from downloading the correct programs onto your computer to making projects that you case showcase to a future employer; how to get hired; where to apply; what to say at the interview. This is the school for those looking for a new skill to step into a new career. The teachers are so patient and knowledgeable. Then there is the price. Go ahead and compare. You won't find a better deal with live teachers. Are you still reading this? Sign up. Get started. You speak to real people on the phone. They are kind.
