I joined HyperionDev as a non-technical founder with the goal of truly understanding how full-stack applications work, not just following tutorials. I enrolled in the Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp, and I am pleased with my decision to choose HyperionDev. As someone from a non-technical background, I found the bootcamp quite challenging, but it is definitely worth it if you persevere. The syllabus is well-structured, progressing from foundational concepts to intermediate and more complex projects. The mentors are always ready to assist and provide deeper insights in areas that may be difficult to grasp.Please note that the course material is provided in PDF format rather than video, but this is not a drawback. The material is comprehensive, easy to follow, and supported by examples. Personally, I found that some of the examples in Level 3 would have been clearer with video explanations, as the concepts were somewhat tricky. However, after consulting with the mentors, I was able to get back on track. The graduation program was an added bonus that pleasantly surprised me; it is thorough and well-designed. I highly recommend HyperionDev to anyone looking to kickstart their career in tech.

The web development boot camp was a good experience for me as it introduced me to the world of programming. The instructions were very clear in most cases but the program is quite challenging and requires dedication and lots of research but the support was great. In general, I am happy with the boot camp and the support I received from the team. Considering many of the students are new to coding, an introductory videos for each task to explain general concepts students can follow will be beneficial and will save lots of time. However, the student support team was very helpful. Alex was always there to answer questions that I had. I am happy to have been part of this boot camp and looking forward to using my newly learnt skills in HTML, python and NodeJS to make a change.

Hyperion dev has provided me with a great experience overall. From the course content that takes a step by step approach in guiding me from one stack/technology to another to the mentors that do their best to help in all situations where I was stuck and the reviewers who explain the problems they find in my code, apon submission, which makes it easier for me to fix. I would just like to say I enjoyed doing this course. It gave me the confidence and skills that I needed to get into the industry. I was not sure what to expect because everything was communicated remotely but I was quite impressed with the entire process. This was my first time taking a course in this format and it far exceeded my expectations. HyperionDev Full Stack development is incomparable to any other online learning experience I have been exposed to so far. The course materials is solid and covers alot of current and relavent development technologies. The project structure is well planned and well placed to suite me working a full time job.The support structure and instructors are attentive, knowledgeable and always eager to help solve any problem. I recommend this course withbthe fullest of confidence.

Recently graduated from the Online Full Stack Web Development course. After completing the course, I feel that I've learned an incredible amount and am fluent in HTML, Javascript, and CSS as well as React.
Overall, there were a few problems with the course. The way that it works is you have access to folders containing PDFs which you read and complete tasks, for which you need to do additional research which is fine. There are also some video lectures, which are helpful during the first section (basics) but as you progress through the course there are fewer of them and they become less useful / out of date. I found that the course PDFs were often out of date and missing key steps for how to create the apps that they required to pass the course. All they need to do is update the course materials, which is what we pay for. This caused a lot of stress and is unacceptable for a course for which you pay thousands of UK £'s. 
One word of warning is that the time frame they give you for earlier tasks are very reasonable, but towards the end they become near impossible. The final suggested time frame occurs AFTER the end of support, which is concerning. This seriously needs reviewing because from the discord forum it looks like this happened to a few people, and some has to pay to get extension to their support. Hyperion need to review this. My advice is get two weeks ahead of this timeline before you get into the last month - you'll need it.I did have calls with Mentors on a couple of occasions and they were useful in talking you through how to complete tasks. One mentor even took my task away and sent it back to me a day later with suggestions which was very helpful.On two occasions I requested help through the ticketing system (once because the course materials mentioned additional reading which hadn't been provided, and once because one of my tasks was reviewed incorrectly) and received no help at all. I just gave up asking for help via the ticketing system.I didn't do the course with University accreditation but I would be interested to hear if the level of support was better if you did the University accredited version of the course. I suspect if not, then universities might distance themselves from Hyperion.Overall, it didn't meet expectations and is overpriced considering the level of support given.

My overall experience with HyperionDev's fullstack web development bootcamp was deeply disappointing. The absence of adequate student support, coupled with lecture notes that lacked depth and originality, created significant obstacles in my educational journey. I strongly advise potential students to explore other reputable alternatives that offer a more comprehensive and supportive learning environment.Additionally, it is worth noting that HyperionDev's refund policy is something to be mindful of before committing to their bootcamp. Without careful consideration of this policy, students may find themselves bound to the program for the duration of the course, even if they encounter serious issues or decide that it does not align with their learning goals.

As a current student at Hyperion Dev doing the online fullstack web development, I must say my experience of the program has been  exceptional from the well structured course material and brilliant student support. This bootcamp is definitely worth it!

Very poor course material (PDFs in a dropbox) - Unprepared lecturers and sketchy connections - Very time consuming "Build Your Brand" task where you are asked to source recruiter and hiring manager contacts for HyperionDev - Mentors only available after 1-2 weeks so not help when stuck - Even if you finish all tasks perfectly, you will not get a certificate of completion UNLESS YOU YOURSELF secure an interview. - You will only be eligible for a possible university co-certification if you also secure a job (by yourself of course) by a set deadline. - Skills taught are VERY basic.

Do not fall for the fake reviews about Hyperion dev. Do proper research before signing up to this terrible bootcamp. You will waste a lot of money like I did, which I am deeply regretting now. If you want to see real reviews then just search them on reddit and you will really get the gist of it. It seems like they have payed people to write good reviews about them and that they block, silence or threaten anyone who writes negative reviews about them. Go and check out Trust pilot and you will see that they have flagged a lot of reviews.. God forbid anyone says anything bad about them or exposes the truth about them.. There is a massive lack of staff it seems so response rate is very slow and support seems non-existent when it is urgent. I have waited up to three weeks to get responses from the student support department, to the point where I had to tag the staff on a Discord group chat to get their attention. The course content somehow seems incomplete as most tasks (especially the capstone projects) do not relate to what has been learned in the 'pdfs'. Also shocking that it is a supposed tech company but they don't even have a proper student dashboard where one can obtain the course material. They basically give you a Dropbox link where you can download pdf files which are highly superficial level. You can teach yourself more from the internet (and for free), and you will get more knowledge than what you can ever get in their incomplete 'pdf' course work. They boast that you will be career ready after taking their bootcamps and almost promise that you will get a job after completing it but most of the student job success is because they hire past students the be teachers and mentors for the next year.

Course materials were really poor. The data visualisation examples could have been used as examples of what not to do. I work in this field and it felt like the materials were written by someone with no experience in it at all Concepts were introducedin the compulsory tasks that were missing from the notes and example code. Some element of self-directed learning is fine, but it felt like they had just forgotten to mention them. Some of the sample code just didn't run, and mentors were unable to work out why Some of the tasks could not possibly give the required output, and again mentors could not explain why.
