 Excellent course to learn data science and artificial intelligence.Professor Natesh Pillai is a genius and his way of teaching is extraordinary.

I am very happy that I decided to enroll in this program, and even happier that I was accepted into it. It had great content with excellent professionals who guided us throughout the whole process, from whom I learned a lot in a very short period of time.

I participated in the contest between Correlation One and the Colombian government to learn the latest techniques in the area of data science. The contents of the course are excellent, the teachers who teach the program are the first level, and you have a lot of fun learning and practicing together with teachers and fellow students. It is incredible what Correlation One has done in the area of data science education.

 DSA4 gave me the tools, necessary to advance in my career, although it is true that before taking the course I had a basic knowledge of data science, at the end of the course it filled me with knowledge, not only theoretical but also practical, since that is one of the wonders of DS4A, you are always practicing and continually learning. 

Correlation One has excellent teachers willing to share all the things they know and to help you apply the acquired knowledge in different fields. It's a great school strongly recommended to those who want to learn programing from zero without dramas. 

I really appreciate it, so let me thank for such a wonderful learning process that gave me a lot of knowledge and experience to be able to address any Data Science project. 

I had the opportunity to take the course on-campus in Bogotá in 2019, and it was an amazing and incredible experience. Not only was Professor Pillai a blast, but also the environment and the lessons were on par with what was advertised. Even though I had a pretty solid knowledge of data science before going in the program, I was able to learn a lot and the assignments were very challenging. Being able to work in a group project with other students was a great opportunity to really implement all the lessons we were taught while also get good hands-on experience in a end-to-end data science workflow. In the end I was able to build long-lasting friendships, learn a ton of new concepts, hone my skills and had a blast doing it.

It is an excellent training, they train from the basics and the tools used are very adequate. The teachers and assistants are very friendly and always motivate you. I loved it and everything I learned I began to apply in my work.

The DS4A course was an amazing experience, Natesh and the TAs were extremely good mentors and helped me learn a lot about how to apply Data Science in real use cases and how to deploy my models in a correct way. It is definitely one of the best Machine Learning and Data Analysis courses I have taken and would very much recommend it to anyone that has the opportunity to take it.

This is a great option if you want to learn data science that is applicable to a lot of different fields.

Disclaimer: Some months after I graduated with honours in 2019, I applied to be a teaching assistant in Correlation One, and in early 2021, I started working as a full time product designer with them. My main job is making sure we iterate in the right direction to make the course more accesible, fun and engaging. Our current programme contains a lot more stuff than when I was a student.
From DS4A as a student, my very first impression was positive because the case studies went from marketing, to genomics, to public transportation, to many other subjects. The curriculum covers basically the whole range of techniques used in modern data science. Some of the subjects you'll find here (notice this is not an exhaustive list):

EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis.) Stuff I liked: Missingness plots, grouped boxplots, strip plots.
Data cleaning.

NLP (Natural Language Processing.) This was my favourite subject and actually one of the most useful professionally so far.

Dashboarding. Tools: Dash (you'll like it if you're a programming buff) and Google Data Studio, which has a nice graphical interface.

Causality. I'm a causality nerd, so I found it really nice learning how to actually run a statistical matching algorithm. I loved this and Simpson's paradox.

Reinforcement learning, Neural Networks, classification, and Computer Vision. I'm not really into AI, but if you like that, you will definitely learn a good deal of useful stuff.

Hypothesis testing. 

Linear and logistic regression. I'd never heard of L1 or L2 regularisation, or the Bonferroni correction. This was pretty cool. 

K-means.

Geographical data. This was my second favourite subject. It was really exciting plotting interactive maps!

I'm a political scientist and social researcher, not a computer scientist or an engineer, so I'm less concerned about the latest tools or algorithms and more about the way I can interpret data correctly. Even despite that, I'd say the programme was very accesible and the way subjects were taught was pretty intuitive and just made sense. I had some previous coding experience, but there were certainly lots of things about programming that I learnt in this bootcamp as well. The language of choice was Python, in Jupyter, with heavy reliance on the Pandas library, but if you come from a different language, it will be easy to adapt —many of my classmates came from R and Java and they did fine. I can definitely say that I came out being a lot more conscious about how to not misinterpret data, which was the main thing I wanted to get from this programme.

Great instructors and very useful cases. The most complete data science courses I've had.

Data Science and Artificial Intelligence are topics that we learn and work on scientific research. There is a gap between academic projects and real world ones. That gap is reduced on this course by real world projects and real world experts that teach and mentor a selected group of students creating a community. 

Correlation One offers a practice-oriented world-class course in Data Science. It is a truly immersive experience, covering the whole range of skills that any data scientist needs to perform securely in any industry demanding machine learning, data analysis and data visualization abilities, while also bringing a complete introduction to deep learning. The instructors and teaching assistants have prepared a solid and and understandable curriculum that builds your practice without gaps, and I felt truly inspired by their skills and attitude. Of course, thirteen weeks are not enough for building a truly competitive skillset for an industry-specific data science job, but the course gives you enough material to know where and how to dig deeper for facing any context-specific project even if you don't have all the math foundations. I would only change one thing: more location-specific cases.

This is the course that I consider that is the most complete, I love it because I had the opportunity to learn all topics that are important in a pipeline of a data science project:  Python, Data Science, Cloud Services in AWS, Data base and the most important thing is make a final project using the tools learned during the course applied in a real needed of a company in the public or private sector, even in a personal project.  I recommended this course 100%.
