It was a great program. They brought our minds a new level of thinking. Thank to ds4a course I have enhanced my skill in statistics and I have implemented several of the learning techniques in my day job as develop engineer, i I am glad to have been part of this family.

This is a great Data Science course, professionally produced and where the instructors' explanations were clear and concise.It was an incredible experience and time investment. Buenas tardes,Quiero contarles un poco acerca de mi experiencia en DS4A. Soy un estadístico recién graduado de la Universidad del Valle,  los conocimientos adquiridos fueron muy buenos, sin embargo, en lo laboral hace se necesita un poco mas, un poco mas de lo nuevo (ML). Lastimosamente, en la universidad enseñaron muy poco de esto, por lo cual me toco buscar por cuenta propia sobre todas estas cosas. Meses después me entere de este curso, me sorprendió cuando me admitieron, ya que mis conocimientos no eran muchos pero me defendía. Este curso me ayudo a reforzar y aprender demasiadas cosas que hoy en día aplico en mi trabajo. Si alguien llega a leer esto, les recomiendo que se inscriban, vale mucho la pena.

THE COURSE OF "DATA SCIENCE FOR ALL COLOMBIA - CORRELATION ONE" WAS VERY IMPORTANT IN MY FORMATION BECAUSE I GAVE METHE SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF THE TECHNIQUES AND HOW TO MANAGE THE RESOURCES FOR SOLVE A REAL CHALLENGE WITH HELP OF THE DATA.  THE ABOVE WAS ACHIEVED BY THE QUALITY OF THE COACHES AND USE CASES IN THE FINAL CHALLENGE OF THE COURSE.

Hello there!I want to tell you a little bit about my experience on the DS4A program offered by Correlation One.During the last months of 2020, the opportunity of participating in the DS4A program that was carried out in Colombia was presented to me in an unexpected manner. I entered the program after approving an interesting test with a mixture of feelings between nervousness and uncertainty since I didn't know what to expect. I had background working with data science related topics due to the work I had developed during my PhD and was uncertain if the course would be either too basic or too advanced.Well, after completing the course I can say that it was fantastic. The program's content is aimed to everybody. It doesn't matter if you have data science or software development experience. It will take you from the fundamentals to some advanced concepts leaving you with all the skills needed to continue the adventure on your own if you find it appealing. If I had to list the positive things I found on the program I would say:

The practical lessons were original and really useful. The program will teach you the concepts through practical scenarios were you can review the concepts as well as testing them with software development.
In my case, we had access to an amazing team of instructors from all around the globe as well as Colombia (so the language was not an issue if you don't have confidence in your English). All of them with the best attitude and willing to solve your doubts and support you.
The final project. In order to graduate you have to present a data science project that can be developed either from your own ideas or with companies that need to solve an issue. Working with a company and having to coordinate with your team to obtain the best results is as close to reality as it can be.
The material the course shares with you. Even now as I am working as a data analyst on a company, the books, the lessons, the forums and everything that the program shared with me has been useful to fulfill my responsibilities on the company.
The people you meet and networking you obtain from the experience. I never imagined that in Colombia there was such amount of amazing people that worked around data science and machine learning. The program left me with really good friends and with several contacts that I know can be useful at any moment I might need it.

On the other hand, in my personal opinion, the things that can be improved are the following:

The amount of time required for the program was quite demanding. One of the things that took me off guard was that I entered the program thinking that dedicating the weekends to it would be enough. Trust me, it was not. If I wanted to get the best from the program I had to dedicate at least a couple of hours of each day to study the lessons and complete the assignments. Looking back now, I can say that this effort is what made the experience so rich and really useful for me but I think this can be improved in the future since I had teammates that could not handle it with their work responsibilities and ended up having a stressful time.
Among many other things topics that the program introduces, the topics related with machine learning were centered around regression only. I understand now that it is more common to find regression problems in the industry and that it is impossible to cover every single topic around data science and machine learning in such short amount of time. However, I believe that some practical cases around classification problems and its differences against regression can be really useful for anyone.

To sum up, I recommend the program to whoever wants to start his/her journey on data science or wants to solidify the fundamentals (if you have background, trust me there are things you have not realized that the program clarifies). You will meet a group of amazing people, have an amazing time with Natesh a great DJ and even more amazing professor and end up with a set of skills that will make you look at the world with another perspective. Enjoy the experience, make a lot of friends and of course learn as much as you can. At the end of the program you will feel proud of what you have accomplished if you made the honest effort.

Excellent course, very complete, very well guided by both the main speaker and the attending speakers. Very attentive to the needs of the students. I definitely recommend this course a lot, you learn too much and with the guidance of the teachers it is possible to consolidate in a great way all the topics covered

 It is a recommended experience, to increase your knowledge and skills in data science, using real and practical use cases. Teachers are excellent and prestigious. 

In a single word: "wonderful". It was a course perfectly structured, its content was amazing, relevant and practical. It's not only about reading concepts or theory but generating solutions to real cases, understanding the required concepts and fostering to go beyond the class itself. Teachers are the best, their knowledge and experience created a good atmosphere to learn easily and quickly. I recommend the course to everyone interested in the data science world.

Excellent course!... it covers a lot of interesting topics related to data science and IA. 

Data Science for All / Colombia 3.0 (DS4A) was beyond any expectation. It's the result of mixing a solid curriculum of Data Science algorithms, approached with Python programming, uncovering patterns by means of exploratory analysis and data visualization and sophisticated machine learning methods. DS4A also teaches the right mindset for solving non-trivial problems while deeply understanding main ideas behind procedures. Last but not least, the bootcamps they provided in parallel the core course are an incredible opportunity to deepen into the branches of the Data Science world. Highly recommended. 

The best course I have ever had the good fortune to participate in. Very well structured, and with awesome and very well prepare teaching assistants 

The course is a great chance to gain self confidence, because you challenge yourself and move out from your comfort zone completely. You also get confortable using Python for data science exercices (keep practicing after the course ends please). Natesh, the main instructor, is such a goooood teacher, so you can see things in a very different, original, creative, amazing way.
