It's been 2 months since I started learning at Turing College and so far it has exceeded my expectations.What's great about it?

Self-paced learning: you are in charge on when to study and how much time to dedicate, so you are in control of your progress

Study material: the material is well-structured and easy to follow, even if you are a complete beginner. The course is made out of Modules which are split into Sprints which are further split into Parts. So step-by-step, part-by-part, sprint-by-sprint you build the skillset necessary for a Data Analyst. This way it doesn't feel overwhelming for a beginner to tackle a completely new topic/software

Peer-to-peer reviews: this was one thing that I was anxious about when deciding if I'd like to join Turing - how could I as a student review and rate others' work? Turns out, there was nothing to worry about and in fact, it's a great learning tool:
You refresh your own knowledge on the subject you have already passed
You learn new tricks from others that you haven't known yourself
You truly see that there is no one correct answer and appreciate numerous different approaches to the same project
You meet many enthusiastic learners and share your experiences
You get to share tips and tricks which help others to improve
You get to be part of the success story of the other learner, feeling proud when you see the system notification saying that they passed the project successfully

Online support: I have tried self-paced online courses before, but none provided the sufficient support, while at Turing College you can get it in multiple ways:
Stand-ups: in weekly stand-ups you meet other learners and each get to ask a question and then discuss with the group
Open sessions: multiple sessions are available throughout a day where you can log on, ask a dedicated person a question, get help, and then jump back to studying. Those who prefer to study over the weekends are not left alone - there are open sessions on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
Discord: I have never seen an online community which supports its peers so much - all you need to do is drop a message in Discord asking for help and you'll get it, usually you won't even need to wait for 5 minutes, learners come to each other's aid without hesitation. Couple of times I saw a pop-up about a new message, went immediately to respond, but while I was typing someone else beat me - it's that fast. 

Project reviews: it's a great way to ensure that you are making good progress and get feedback:
Peer reviews: it's great to get a second pair of eyes on your project from a fellow learner who has already passed the same project. They notice things you might have missed and share the knowledge they gained while working on the project. They also help ensure that your project is ready to take to the Senior Team Lead review.
Senior Team Lead reviews: having a 1-2-1 review with STL has been really valuable so far. Not only do they have a vast knowledge on the subject, they can also share best practices that happen in 'real world' as opposed to textbooks. 

Deadlines: while having a pressure of deadlines is not my favourite thing in life, so far it's helped me stay motivated and ensure I progress at a good pace, something I haven't experienced in any other self-paced learning places

Overall, I'm very happy to be studying at Turing College and would definitely recommend it to others.

Turing College is great way to learn about the world of data. The way the course is structured by learning, applying what you have learned by doing a project and then correcting peer's project is really an amazing way to learn and to fix the information in your brain. If you are someone that prefer to learn by yourself you'll feel at ease with learning path at Turing ! 

My decision to enroll in Turing College's data analytics course stemmed from a strong drive to enhance my skills in the field, and choosing Turing College has been immensely rewarding for several reasons. The self-paced structure allows me the flexibility to progress according to my own schedule, aligning my learning with my professional commitments. Turing College's continuous enhancements to the learning ecosystem and responsiveness to learner feedback are highly commendable. Data Analytics course exceeded my expectations for an online course. It has merged the best aspects of both online and traditional on-site learning by offering the flexibility and convenience of an self-paced online format and fostering the community spirit of on-site education.Each topic was organized into three comprehensive sections: theory, practice, and a project, ensuring a well-rounded understanding. The project evaluations were particularly insightful, involving reviews from both advanced peers who had previously completed the tasks and senior professionals. This dual-perspective feedback facilitated valuable knowledge sharing and diverse insights.
Additionally, the opportunity to be a reviewer added an extra dimension to my learning experience. It's one thing to learn from your work, but evaluating others' projects offered new perspectives and a deeper understanding of the subject matter. I often found myself learning from my peers' approaches and helping others gain new insights.

I completed a six-month program at Turing College, and my overall experience was highly positive. I joined the Data Analytics course at Turing College having a goal to switch my carrier and find a job in a data analytics field. The course structure is very well laid out, the difficulty of the course progresses rapidly, and you get a lot of practice because in order to finish every topic, you need to complete the project where you need to do some sort of analysis. During this course you will lear not only the technical skills of Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Google Looker Studio, but also various analysis methods used by data analyst.One of the best things about this course is that it is self-paced. There are deadlines to finish each topic, but if you finish it earlier the time you save is added to the deadline of the next topic. Also there is a very supportive community of other learners, Junior Team Leads and Senior Team Leads who are professional data analysts or data scientists and who can help you if you are struggling with a certain topic or have any questions.

Turing College is the best IT learning platform that I've seen! The learning process is well-structured, theoretical information for learning is not just books or manuals, it looks like the professionals in this field looked thoroughly through all the possible sources and gave you only the most valuable and important ones for you to get the best understanding of topics possible. The amount of support in the community and during your project reviews is incredible.

 When I decided to change careers, after some consideration, I chose Turing College. And it was a great decision.  This is an excellent bootcamp for people seeking real-world skills and eager to learn. Aside from giving access to all of the skills required to get started in the data sector, Turing College also provides quick community assistance and valuable real-world insights from professionals in the field. From what I saw up close, they genuinely care about the course's and learning quality. And are continuously striving to enhance it even more.  They offer plenty of support in preparing for job interviews and getting them in the first place. The path may not be easy, but you will get all the support you need.  I landed my first job as a Data Analyst a year ago and successfully continue working there.

Applying to Turing College was one of my greatest lifetime decisions! 🙌 The knowledge gained, new, exciting people met through-out and encouraging, friendly Turing College staff - all combined make up a really pleasant learning experience! The course itself, although being online, is really modern-style and of really high-end quality. It is well structured, has a lot of informative and interesting material (online books, videos, podcasts and etc.) and is well planned in terms of the timeline you have to complete it in, which, if/when needed, is also flexible 🙂 Not having the standard lecturer and student relationship, but rather peer-to-peer learning experience enables everyone to work at their own pace and time. This learning structure is also really beneficial to you, because being reviewed by other learners (and also senior team leads), you are able to get a lot of great advices on your work, which helps you improve yourself and excel your skills at all times (sometimes even helpful to the correctors themselves 😉)! Overall, if you want to start your studies at Turing College, I would no doubt recommend it for everyone! 😊

The Data Analytics course at Turing College is truly exceptional. I participated in many different online courses and finished multiple studies, none of which was even close to what Turing College offers.The program combines all the best practices about how we learn and boosts it even further with unprecedented support from other learners and a dedicated team of Junior and Senior Team Leads. Imagine that you learn your material in thoughtfully divided sprints and have access to open sessions and weekly stand-ups with experts where you can discuss challenges and deepen your understanding. After each sprint, you work on real-life projects. I couldn't imagine a better way to acquire knowledge and, more importantly, actual skills that I can later easily translate into my new role. And above that, Turing prepares you for your Data Analyst role and helps you land your first job in this new field. I strongly recommend this course to anyone determined to make a career change and looking to move into a data analyst role.

My journey there wasn't easy; I faced many challenges. However, my determination kept me going. Despite the obstacles, I finished the program, and now I'm thriving in my role as a successful data analyst, thanks to the quality education I received at Turing College.

For an online school you can expect to go on your own pace or have a flexible schedule. Obviously, Turing College serves you that but it is much much more than that. I have only completed 1,5/5 modules, but I am already fully enjoying this experience. The most important thing for me is that Turing College is building a community of peers, Junior Team Leads, Senior Team Leads and their stuff where everyone is treated with respect, shares experience all around and finally will endorse on your way while you are still learning. For traditional school you would be getting your knowledge from only a few field experts. Here you can have dozen and dozen of them. So I believe you learn from a bigger variety of experts here than in traditional school.Not only that! You can review others as well. Which in the end empowers you to look at your tasks from the different angles as you are coming back to the same material and looking and the same problems. Thus you can analyze how those problems were tackled by your peers. Learning by teaching is really great here!I assume after I finish the course I could still add more over here, but this time from me last but not least is that Turing College have a super active community. Most of the time it is even faster and more accurate to ask for a help from anyone out there than to do some googling, youtubing or asking AI for a solution. I really really recommend Turing College. 

I'm currently studying DA at Turing College, it's been 7 months and I'm loving the experience. The curriculum is great for the job market, especially since the projects are similar to real-life cases so right now I definitely feel more confident about applying for DA roles. Not only the curriculum but the community is also great. While doing the projects we have a lot of chances to get great feedback about our work also whenever need help there's an open session where we can easily ask our questions. I like how everything is online but we're never alone during the learning process. Also, the TC stuff is always there whenever we have issues it's great to get an answer 7/24! I'm already very excited about the future opportunities after graduation and of course, it's great to get help with the application process. Honestly, I would recommend Turing College to those who are interested in a career in Data.

I had a negative experience with them. I applied for a job and they requested a certificate or letter to confirm my enrollment at Turing College. I reached out to Turing College staff on August 23rd, and they assured me they could provide the letter, requesting some information. However, despite my daily follow-ups since that day, all I received were responses telling me to wait for more information. Unfortunately, this led to me losing the position I had applied for. I cannot recommend them.

It is the most helpful and supportive learning platform. The content and format of the learning material are easy to understand.
