Acquiring skills in SQL, Python, and other technical areas online is quite easy without external guidance. However, when it comes to creating projects from the ground up and presenting them to peers working in the data field, the dynamics change. During this process, you receive invaluable advice on real-world approaches and insights into how tasks and projects should be done.The course initially introduces fundamental concepts of data analytics and gradually delves into mastering essential technical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Visual Studio. Later, it goes in real-life applications like cohort analysis, customer lifetime value (CLV), marketing strategies, financial evaluations, risk analysis, and more.
Having personally self-taught programming previously, I definitely choose Turing College's course. Participating in it not only saves considerable time but also provides an opportunity to gain invaluable experience. The feedback and guidance offered by professionals during project reviews are immensely beneficial in refining your skills and understanding real-world applications.

I have studied in a lot of different online bootcamps and schools (datacamp, edx, coursera, etc). Turing College was the most useful for the following reasons:1. Projects reviewed by industry professionals. The way that learning works in Turing is as follows: curriculum is spilt into sprint, each sprint is a topic (A/B testing, Cohorts, etc). In each sprint after completing the theory, you have to do a practical projects. Then these practical projects are graded by an industry professional during an 1-on-1 meeting. A lot of other bootcamp miss this human touch, a professional that can tell you why you approach is ok, but may run into maintenance issues in the future and such.2. A flexible learning model. There are no classes so you can learn wherever and whenever you want. There are deadlines for each sprint of course and you have to meet with your batch in weekly standups. But even standups have 2-3 times to choose from each week, so it very very flexible.3. Community. Community is not a nice to have, but an essential part of the learning experience. You have to participate in weekly standups, you have to do project reviews for other learners or you won’t be able to progress with your own material, you have to help other people in discord (this one is not mandatory, but if you won’t help other, other won’t help you). You make friends and a lot of good connections this way.4. Help getting employed. One of the main selling points of Turing is that ~97% or something like that people get employed no longer than 6 months after graduation, so they are very interested to keeps this number up. They help to setup you linkedin and github, search for roles and get ready for interviews. They are partners with a lot of different companies that help create the curriculum, so Turing will make sure that you get employed. I got hired while still studying.I hope this review helps you make a decision!

As a mother of four, I cannot imagine a better place to transition into a career in Data Analytics than at Turing College. I have had excellent opportunities to learn at my own pace, balancing between my family life, part-time work, and Turing College. I received tremendous support from the peers I connected with, and the senior team leaders are rich in knowledge and experience.

The course I completed, which covered programming with Python, SQL, and the main concepts of data analytics, was an invaluable experience that has boosted my skills and confidence in the field.One of the standout features of this course was the emphasis on feedback from senior team leads and fellow students. The opportunity to receive constructive criticism and insights from seasoned professionals in the industry provided a real-world perspective that textbooks often lack. Moreover, the inclusion of feedback from student peers added a unique dimension to the learning experience. Collaborating with others who were on the same learning journey created a sense of community and camaraderie. Also, the staff was responsive and eager to listen, showing a commitment to continuous improvement.

Without going too deep into all the unnecessary details about how great the program is. I just want to say that Turing Collage does' not only teach you skills & tools to do data analysis (which they actually do). They push you to build a data driven mindset which is much more complex and needed for a data analyst in a long run. It pushes students to deal with real world problems which are similar to the issues you can get while working in the fields. This helps you to adapt quicker to new tools and brings your problem solving skill to the next level. 

Turing College has helped me to learn a lot of new things about data analytics. Highly recommend the program. Maybe one of the best things in Turing College is learning system - you are learning whenever and wherever you feel comfortable. Another great thing to mention - everybody in Turing College is very helpful and kind, so if you have any troubles, someone always will be able to help. 

There are a few topics I would like to share. The whole idea of studying online, at your own pace is fantastic. You can go to the topic as deep as you want since they are providing additional material and you always can ask team leads during weekly standups for additional information. You do not stay alone, there is always somebody eager to help you. I like the fact that students would check the works of other students who are on a lower stage of learning - because this is how I would learn and get different possible ways of finishing the work you are asked for. Amazing community to study with, Turing College gives possibility to everyone to grow and learn new things. Does not matter how old are you, or what is your background - they will help you reach your goal. This is not another one-month-course school, this is a place where you will learn how and why. Just go for it and you will not regret it ;)

So far, so good. I chose Turing College because it’s time-flexible. I can work and study while being able to effectively delegate my time. It’s less stressful because of the support of the staff, team leads, and ever-growing community that I am able to comprehensively dive into the curriculum. I enjoy the hands on approach and practical side to learning.

You are learning valuable knowledge and skills that become more and more important in the future - no matter the industry you are working in. Data is everywhere. In case you are dealing with FOBO (fear of becoming obsolete) then you should really consider joining. I very much appreciate the flexibility of the program which means that you are capable of going through it even with a busy life (full-time job and/or kids (or dogs ;-) ) - it means that you will be slower but who cares, one step at a time. I also very much like that the grading is done based on projects that you have to complete and not solely through written tests or quizzes (which are part of the journey and a good addition but they are not graded which is amazing because in my opinion, the real learning is anyway happening when dealing with problems within a project). I also think that the price is fair and the biggest value-add probably is the community spirit of Turing College. You are not alone on this journey - there are many people happy to help you when facing challenges. 

I found Turing college by accident, via an advertisement, it catched my notice by promising quite substantial results in a quick time, which usually sounds like a scam. But my ego got the better of it and I applied to it. Fast forward 7 months, I have a job as a Junior Data analyst and a good knowledge about data analytics thanks to Turing college, they teached me the basics of data analysis and fundamentals of it, yes it was not easy but definitely worth if. Not only their course structure is brilliant, but the community, oh the community is beautiful and friendly and supportive in every way. I say a huge thanks to them for shaping my carreer.

For me this course was not really a career switch but more of an addition to my bachelor's studies of business management. I wanted to learn more technical analytical skills, as at that time they were not taught in my uni degree. I really liked the Data Analytics course and Turing College for the following reasons:- Course was interesting and well made: Included extra material in addition to the compulsory for those that wanted to go more in depth- It's based on self-learning: Even though it's more difficult than listening to lectures since you have to do a lot of reading and many practical projects, but as a result you develop very solid skills. Also support is always available when you get stuck- You get tips from professionals in the field: It's very useful to get different opinions about your projects from experienced people who work in the field, also to learn how things are done in their workplace- Students first: even though you learn remotely, but I felt that the human contact is still there and that Turing College team genuinely cares about their students and wants the best for them. The team tries to foster a sense of community, organizes many guest lectures with companies and professionals, supports you in finding a job. Btw found my job through Turing College as well!- Excellence striving team: I learned in the first batch of Data Analytics and I was very impressed by the team's interest in feedback and improvement, as well as flexibility and professionalism. I got the impression that they're always on top of the industry's trends and best educational practices.- You learn time management and discipline:D I worked full time when doing the course and it's not a short course you can do in a few months, where you can just go all in. You are forced to wisely plan your time, set your priorities straight and devote regular time for the studies.Learning at Turing College is not easy, but really worth it. Overall, recommend!

I was a student of a first batch of data analytics course at Turing College. This was nothing compared to other courses I've tried and I can only give the highest recommendations. I was working part-time at that time so I was able to spend good amount of my time studying. Peer to peer reviews and 1 on 1 reviews with senior team leads were the best way to learn and improve my practical skills. After ~6 months studying I was able to land my first job as a junior data analyst without even finishing the course. I would recommend Turing College to anyone who is eager to improve their skills or change career to Data field.

In February 2023, I made the decision to change my career path to data analytics. Previously, I had been working in completely different fields, but here I am, 9 months later, beginning my career as a Business Intelligence Analyst. I am thrilled to share my experience. Early this year I've made a decision to change my career path to Data Analytics and was lucky enough to find Turing College. Their self-paced studies provide the flexibility to learn at your own time. The course is well structured and comprehensive, thought with its challenges. Fortunately, you have support every step of the way in a form of open sessions or simple discussions with fellow learners. Same goes for any data-related question - a like-minded community is there to help. Your projects are evaluated by diverse industry professionals eager to share their experiences, so you gain prospective.Initially sceptical about the peer-to-peer review system, I now consider it one of the key learning element that makes so much sense. You're constantly reminded of what you've learned so far and that did wonders for my SQL skills. The learning experience thus far has been excellent and I've been fortunate enough to get a job offer before completing the course.

When applying to Turing College, my main target goal was to learn SQL. Turing College has exceeded my expectations. Whilst the learning is self-based, the practical tasks, which are later evaluated by a senior data-industry professional, reflect actual real world situations. Practical tasks mean that you have to solve "problems" that occur in the real world on your own, whereas other courses I have tried presented information in a "follow-along" manner with minimal and surface-level practical tasks/applications. Additionally, I've learned about additional topics like RFM, A/B testing and got to deepen my understanding in some areas where I was already familiar (i.e. Regression). Overall, Turing College is a very solid starting step in the world of Data Analytics.

Before starting Turing College I came from a completely non-tech related background, the arts, and after Turing College I feel like "I'm in the tech industry now". Turing College really is such a uniquely different style of boot-camp that it feels as though it's in a bit of a category of it's own. I really could talk a lot about the many various ways that TC has created an amazing learning environment, but to keep it simple, let me list some of the main ideas here;

The curriculum progresses at a great pace, with a very gentle introduction, laying the foundations, up to final projects of epic proportions.
The curriculum evolves over time to stay relevant with industry trends.
You really do have so much contact time with working data analysts/data scientists that it really feels more like an apprenticeship than a boot-camp.
You have a lot of freedom and space for creativity in the projects but still are held to high expectations for accuracy and statistical relevance etc.
The platform is designed in a way that you are obliged to perform (at least some) peer reviews to continue learning. Often, these were the best moments, full of learning.
The curriculum asks you to create so many projects that you become so used to 'working as a data analyst' that you really feel ready by the end of the course.
The endorsement process (job finding assistance) follows the same trend of 1 to 1 contact with working 'hiring managers' to practice for job interviews.
The online community has grown to be a little world within itself, with a constant supply of people willing to help out those in need.

I can confidently say that I turned into a data analyst at Turing College. It's tough, and asks a lot from you. But it's valuable/current/future-proofed stuff that they're offering. So if you're contemplating, give it a shot!
