Departing Turing College with a valuable network of dependable contacts, a set of practical skills and relevant knowledge, and increased self-assurance, I secured a data analyst role at an ad-tech company.

Turing College is the most useful, helpful, supportive, community oriented, motivating platform that I have come across in a long time. I am so grateful and thankful to be in this learning experience with them. The environment is modern, easy to navigate, reasonable deadlines, flexible extension options and most of all - sense of teamwork and community! They offer an immersive experience, nearly 24/7 support, they are quick to respond and help you with any issue you may face.

I was choosing between 2 bootcamps for Data Analytics course and I cannot be more happy that Turing College was my choice. It has so many advantages: projects in every sprint and 2 code reviews for each where peer and field professional dedicate their time to make sure you understood the topic and all related (and unrelated too) are answered so I feel so confident and grateful after each of reviews. Moreover self-paced learning gives you opportunity not to miss anything and to make sure you dedicate your time when you are free. Getting help at each step, no matter of the time (day or night, Tuesday or Sunday) is valuable support I didn't get in any bootcamps or schools. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to study here and I feel that I went from zero in data analytics to hero-to-be. 

There is so much support both from Turing College Staff and peers. I've been enrolled into a different course and there was only competition between participants and no cooperation. While at Turing College everyone is eager to help, I literally feel they want me to succeed.All the material is organized by sprints with recommended deadlines. And I can extend the deadlines in case I've stucked. At the end of every sprint I have to complete a project that is tailored to real-world problems. And each project is reviewed by an industry professional and a peer on a live session. I receive a lot of feedback and I understand all the strengths and weaknesses of my approach. And one thing I love the most is that I conduct a peer review as well! We share our thoughts and ideas about the sprint, we see different solutions for the same task and review the problem from a different angle.I used to be a teacher and I believed peer-to-peer learning model is the most efficient. Now I'm a student within such a model and I experience it's efficiency with joy.

 I'm just starting out but so far my experience was great. Having no prior coding experience whatsoever I was a little weary to start data analytics course. Luckily like a lot of reviewers already stated support system is robust and even if you get stuck in your studies folks are more than willing to help you out. Good stuff! 

The system provides a platform for self learning. But all your projects are reviewed (at first by peers, then by senior tech lead), and you also have to review projects of other peers. So it's a great opportunity to work on soft skills as well and to be able to evaluate yourself comparing to others, to see other approaches and solutions of the same task. Every day you can visit open sessions and ask all your questions — junior tech leads help with issues. The system is based on practise, all learning materials are provided. You have a road map with guiding.

 The bootcamp offers an exemplary program designed to equip participants with the skills needed for real-world job scenarios. Learners attend mandatory weekly stand-ups to discuss and give updates on their learning progress, encountered challenges, and the methodologies adopted to overcome them. These sessions also offer an opportunity to ask questions and foster collaborative learning. Moreover, Open-Sessions, facilitated by learners who have transitioned to the role of Junior Team Leaders, serve as a platform to seek clarifications and insights on various questions or challenges. 
The sense of community established at the bootcamp is commendable, characterized by friendliness, courtesy, and a readiness to assist. The guidance provided by the Senior Team Leaders is invaluable. They not only offer feedback on projects but also share nuanced insights about the data sector, insights which otherwise would take extended periods in a professional setting. The duration of each sprint is reasonable. 
However, some learning material needs updates. More additional & optional resources for a deeper understanding would be a welcomed addition. 

I had a fairly good understanding of what a Data Analyst job entails, but I lacked official/practical experience in the field. Additionally, I was lacking some technical knowledge, such as SQL and Python programming, as well as how to build statistical models. My initial plan was to gather the required technical knowledge through free online courses and then find a job on my own. However, I ultimately chose to enroll in Turing College.
Why did I choose Turing College?
What drew me to Turing College was the cheerful and positive education team and staff members. They had numerous Senior Team Leads (STL) from companies I aspired to work for. One particular aspect that intrigued me was their effective method cementing newly acquired knowledge through hands-on practical graded projects. These projects are presented to a senior student and an STL (industry professional who typically works as a data scientist or data analyst in well-known companies).
And that's not all. To progress in the course, you need to earn points by reviewing and correcting other students' projects. This approach encourages interactions among students, fosters new friendships, and helps you realize that the same graded task can be accomplished in various ways. I completed the main Data Analyst course in five months and am currently working through some optional modules.
Up to this point, my experience has been nothing but positive. I greatly appreciate the weekly standup video calls where we engage with an STL and fellow students from our group.Also there are plenty of experienced JTLs (junior team leads) who have regular open-sessions which students can join if they feel they need some additional help. Turing College has also provided me with additional assistance on preparing my LinkedIn and GitHub profiles. Thanks to Turing College, I've already established a few connections in companies I aspire to work for, as I've had one-on-one interactions while they evaluated my Turing College data projects. When interacting with Turing College staff, I genuinely feel their desire to assist me in achieving my learning and employment goals. 

I have now completed ~80% of the Data Analytics course and I am extremely satisfied not only with the content, but also with the learning and social environment of TC.The projects at the end of each sprint are real challenges, not just quizzes. This method encourages you to finalize a real product, rather than just answering questions.The peer-correction system (i.e. when you finish a sprint, you can act as a peer reviewer for somebody else who is going to submit the project for that sprint) is also great to revise and stabilize knowledge acquired in the previously completed sections of the programme.Interactions between fellow students are actively encouraged, and naturally lead to create a network of interaction and friendships that I would have not imagined to be possible from an online-only experience.

I think it is the best online course available on the market for data analytics. First of all you get the real community experience and for sure you are always going to receive help in case you get stuck while understanding some topics or writing code. Moreover, the provided content is relevant and up to date. Turing College also prepares you for job interviews very well. After I finished this course I landed a job with above market salary.

Peer-to-peer sessions, self-paced learning, and daily standups with industry experts are decisive factors of Turing College. I started this course with zero programming experience and today I am full-time data analyst. Thus, I recommend Turing College for anyone who wishes to jump start their data career!                                   

It is concentrated, really deep and useful course. One on One code reviews makes your studying more effective and helps you ensure you get all this valuable information from industry experts. After the course you have the main idea about databases, SQL, the main data analysis types and how you can handle the huge amounts of data. I was able to start working as data analyst right after the course and did have any big challenges. Turing staff is doing a wonderful job and the community there is so welcoming it just makes studying there one of the best things which would ever happen to you.  If you are looking for the data analyst course, stop right here, because Turing is THE place where you should do it.

Turing College has its own philosophy & approach how to prepare students that they could become Data specialists. Structured approach, curriculum with many different sources, relevant topics and projects - these all are reinforced by 1-to-1 corrections after each studied theme where you have an opportunity to present your work to peers and senior team leads who are experts in data field. This means you can grow, follow you progress and compare yourself with previous you. Fast support, worldspread community and positive vibes are motivators as well. After you graduate, you can feel how you're proud of yourself, all community is proud of you as well.
