Learn Node.js at These 284 Node.js Bootcamps

I have completed 2 certificate programs at Noble Desktop in NYC - a 90-hour front-end web design certificate that included classes in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery, HTML email, Photoshop for web and UI, and mobile and responsive web design. No more Dreamweaver and WYSIWYG, this is all coding! The second certificate built onto the first, and added a 30-hour back-end web development program which included PHP and MySQL and WordPress.org. I learned tons, and the teachers were excellent. The coursebooks are such a valuable tool to use with my projects, and being able to take additional classes live online makes it easy to keep learning. I was able to code a WordPress theme from scratch with what I learned form the WordPress.org class, and was even asked to speak at this past summer's Wordcamp NYC. The instructors know their stuff, and really make learning fun. Nothing is rushed, and they take time to answer all questions. And having the option to re-take a class is also great. These courses were a very worthwhile investment - would recommend to anyone.

I am a Data scientist at Umuzi and I must say my journey here has been amazing. the academy is amazing, I remember the first day I came here to write a test, I was praying to make it in because the environment is amazing. open plan working space, the people here are lovely and they dress good.

The data scence course is really good, we use a lot of online platforms to learn. you learn at your own pace and the material is short, very easy to go trough and understand. 

When I signed up for Inventive Academy about two months ago there were no reviews on Course Report because the bootcamp had only just been registered (under its new name: Inventive Academy rather than Inventive University) with the Texas Workforce Commission. I am currently part of the first cohort of 2019 and we just finished week 8, which is the first week of JavaScript.

I wanted to write a review specifically for anyone who is in the position I was in before I signed up--thinking that the bootcamp looked incredible on paper but a bit confused by the lack of reviews. I can assure you that the bootcamp is as incredible as it appears-- currently 5 hours in-class, 4 days a week, 26 weeks and really they are very generous about helping you during non-class hours, either answering questions promptly online or even allowing you to stop by their offices to hang out. Inventive is also a consulting company, so during the day they are there working as professional developers. This means that there is no risk of getting an inexperienced instructor for the course... Andy and Miguel know their stuff and are both very kind.

I suppose it's hard to know if you are fully satisfied with your bootcamp until you land your first job, but so far Inventive Academy has me feeling very confident and vindicated in my decision to attend. To put it in perspective, by the end of the first week you can reproduce the layout of an actual (albeit simple) website using HTML and CSS and by the end of week seven you feel pretty confident that you could replicate just about any web layout that you come across. And there are still nineteen weeks to go at that point!

Sometimes they can throw you pretty abruptly into some pretty complex problems, so you do have to learn how to teach yourself (being able to teach yourself is a necessary skill in the field of coding with its rapidly-changing technologies). But the teachers and TA's are always sitting right there next to you ready to answer any question. Classes are a lot of fun, and it's probably not a bad thing that they are sometimes very challenging.

I recommend Inventive Academy without reservation.

It is more than a regular Bootcamp, it's a tech community.

I have completed the whole program and I also got a place in a reputed startup with a good salary.
My overall experience was amazing mentors and mentees were very helpful and friendly, we had fun solving problems together and had amazing hackathons, played table tennis, football, trekking, parties like encore, it was more than what you can expect out of Bootcamp and I think the environment is very suitable for doing and learning web development I think the time spent there is worth more than what you will get as end result, believe me, it’s been only a few days and I already miss how much fun I had when I was learning there and maybe even in that time you will fall in love with the process and come out as really good developer.
 

The way we learn here is in a way that you can quickly cover up other languages, frameworks, and technologies within six months.
Even though the course has MERN stack, I currently work with a firm with Ruby on Rails in the backend.
