I recently completed the AI Ethics & Fairness program at Turing College, and it has been a genuinely meaningful and rewarding learning experience for me.

Before joining Turing College, I often felt that a lot of online material on AI Ethics was repetitive and not always clear in terms of how concepts apply in real-world systems. This program helped bridge that gap by providing a structured, end-to-end understanding of fairness in AI.

What I appreciated most was the strong focus on applied fairness, not just theory. The program covered the full lifecycle — from bias detection and fairness metrics to causal analysis, intervention strategies (pre-, in-, post-processing), and governance frameworks.

One of the most valuable parts of my journey was building a Fairness Implementation Playbook. It helped me move from just understanding concepts to actually thinking through how fairness decisions are made in real systems — including risk classification, validation, and audit-ready documentation. This really changed how I approach AI systems today.

The learning experience also felt very human and interactive. We had regular standups and reviews with JTLs and STLs, where we received feedback, guidance, and practical workarounds. Some sessions were about how we were progressing and coping, while others were open discussions based on questions (including anonymous ones).

I personally enjoyed asking a lot of “what if” questions — sometimes random, sometimes very specific — and I was pleasantly surprised that many of them were actually discussed. It created a space where curiosity was encouraged, not dismissed. The mentors were patient, supportive, and very accommodating, which made it easier to explore complex ideas without hesitation.

There was also an optional implementation sprint. Initially, I was hesitant, but the STL encouraged me to give it a try and explore the coding side. That push made a big difference, and I’m glad I took that step — it added a practical dimension to everything I was learning.

The sprint-based structure kept me accountable, and the continuous feedback helped me grow both technically and analytically. I also appreciated how the curriculum connects fairness concepts to governance and regulatory contexts, which is especially important for high-risk AI systems.

Overall, I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to go beyond surface-level AI ethics and build a deeper, more practical understanding of fairness in real-world applications.

Product school was a great resource in helping me with my industry transfer into product management. My instructor, Toby Martin Hughes, was very informative and is definitely a very talented product management instructor. I am pleased to have attended this class, and look forward towards my career as a PM.

Learnbay is the best coaching institute for both students who are from non programming background and programming experience. The teacher's here are highly experienced, qualified and patient with the students. The course provides us with enormous knowledge resources. Also, classes are conducted in a great way providing enough of doubt clearing sessions and assignments are given to check progress of students.

This 20-week Machine Learning Specialization was an opportunity I’ll never regret. It equipped me with strong foundations in Python, essential data science libraries, and advanced ML concepts. Through hands-on labs, live instructor-led sessions, and team projects, I learned how to design and deploy real-world AI solutions. My capstone—an AI-powered website generator—was both challenging and rewarding, helping me refine my problem-solving, teamwork, and deployment skills. This program not only deepened my technical expertise but also boosted my confidence to innovate and contribute in the AI industry.

My experience with NextLeap has been very positive over the past 4 months. The mentorship and support provided throughout the program were extremely helpful.

The placement support team played a key role in helping me secure interview opportunities by guiding me on preparation and next steps. I would especially like to highlight Yunus Kidwai, who supported me at a personal level during my placement journey and helped me in getting interview opportunities.

The course mentorship was also strong Harshit Bajpai was always available to help with my doubts and ensured that my questions were clearly resolved.

One thing I really appreciated was how the team actively listens to student concerns. They discuss issues internally and take action to improve the experience, which shows they genuinely care about students' progress.

Overall, this program helped me learn a lot in a short time and improved both my technical and practical understanding. I would recommend it to anyone looking for structured guidance and strong mentorship in their learning journey.

As someone who wanted to make a 180 degree career change and quickly develop marketable coding skills without breaking the bank, Parsity was the perfect bootcamp for me. From a top level perspective, it checked off a lot of the boxes I was looking for: fully remote learning environment with the flexibility to work at my own pace (and either full-time or part-time), continual mentorship and support from the staff both during and after the program, and insanely good value when comparing their price to the average cost of a coding bootcamp.

The curriculum was very well structured with a natural progression of concepts. The first half focused on the Front End - We started with a review of JavaScript fundamentals and CSS/HTML before moving on to DOM manipulation, working with APIs, and then diving into the React framework. In the second half of the course, we transitioned to the Back End, learning how to build our own web servers and databases with Node, Express and MongoDB before putting everything together and developing Full Stack applications. At the end of each week, we were assigned a mini-project that covered what we had just learned. These were very challenging, but always engaging and I really felt like I was building something practical while working on them.

Despite the bootcamp being fully remote, I still had great opportunities to collaborate with other students. In the middle of the course, we had a week-long paired programming hackathon, and towards the end, the entire cohort worked together on a group project simulating an Agile-style sprint in which we were tasked to develop a functioning Full Stack application in 2 weeks. I'd say this experience along with our independent final project was probably where I learned and grew the most. Everything really came together here: putting all the coding skills I'd been honing to use, working/communicating in a group setting (and dealing with the unique challenges this can present), planning out design and structure at a larger scale, using Git flow effectively, and presenting an app as if demoing to a client. These projects were easily my favorite part of the program.

On top of that, I received a ton of support from Parsity in the job search after graduating. First of all, we had dedicated time spent solely on career development, including refining our resumes and LinkedIn profiles, writing effective cover letters, networking, and preparing for the interview process. I also had access to a fantastic Career Services Coach that met with me frequently and was always available when I reached out. I got a ton of helpful advice that was tailored to my own particular job search, as well as mock interviews structured for the specific companies I was focused on. The assistance I received after graduating was invaluable, and ultimately played a huge role in me landing my first developer job.

All in all, if you're interested in programming and want to shift your career trajectory, I highly recommend Parsity. I never would have believed a year ago that I could learn so much in such a short timeframe and actually get hired as a programmer. But it's true - coding bootcamps are a totally viable pathway and Parsity is a great one with great value. Enrolling was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I had a very positive experience with Hyperskill’s AI Engineering Bootcamp. The program is well-structured, practical, and high quality overall. The pacing was clear (module timelines were defined), and the guidance/checklists made it easy to know exactly what to do next.

The most valuable part for me was the project-based approach. Completing real projects that I can publish and keep in my GitHub portfolio is by far the best outcome—tangible, motivating, and directly useful for career growth.

I completed about half of the program, mainly because I started during a very busy season at work (December) and didn’t consistently give it the time it deserved. That’s on me, not the bootcamp. The good news is that the curriculum gave me a solid roadmap, a lot of high-quality material to keep studying in depth, and several new ideas for my own projects/startup. It also reinforced that transitioning toward an AI Engineering profile is realistic and achievable.

The only downside I ran into is platform support for WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux). I’m a long-time Windows user, but my development workflow relies heavily on WSL because it’s closer to a Linux/Mac environment. Not having WSL support meant I had to work strictly in Windows, which was limiting for me. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

Who I’d recommend it to: anyone serious about moving into AI Engineering who wants structured, hands-on learning and portfolio-ready projects—just make sure you can commit consistent time and effort to get the most out of it.
