I recently completed the AI Ethics & Fairness program at Turing College, and it has been a genuinely meaningful and rewarding learning experience for me.Before joining Turing College, I often felt that a lot of online material on AI Ethics was repetitive and not always clear in terms of how concepts apply in real-world systems. This program helped bridge that gap by providing a structured, end-to-end understanding of fairness in AI.What I appreciated most was the strong focus on applied fairness, not just theory. The program covered the full lifecycle — from bias detection and fairness metrics to causal analysis, intervention strategies (pre-, in-, post-processing), and governance frameworks.One of the most valuable parts of my journey was building a Fairness Implementation Playbook. It helped me move from just understanding concepts to actually thinking through how fairness decisions are made in real systems — including risk classification, validation, and audit-ready documentation. This really changed how I approach AI systems today.The learning experience also felt very human and interactive. We had regular standups and reviews with JTLs and STLs, where we received feedback, guidance, and practical workarounds. Some sessions were about how we were progressing and coping, while others were open discussions based on questions (including anonymous ones).I personally enjoyed asking a lot of “what if” questions — sometimes random, sometimes very specific — and I was pleasantly surprised that many of them were actually discussed. It created a space where curiosity was encouraged, not dismissed. The mentors were patient, supportive, and very accommodating, which made it easier to explore complex ideas without hesitation.There was also an optional implementation sprint. Initially, I was hesitant, but the STL encouraged me to give it a try and explore the coding side. That push made a big difference, and I’m glad I took that step — it added a practical dimension to everything I was learning.The sprint-based structure kept me accountable, and the continuous feedback helped me grow both technically and analytically. I also appreciated how the curriculum connects fairness concepts to governance and regulatory contexts, which is especially important for high-risk AI systems.Overall, I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to go beyond surface-level AI ethics and build a deeper, more practical understanding of fairness in real-world applications.Thank you to the Turing College team for the support and learning experience — I’m truly grateful for it.(P.S. • Standup meetings went well beyond sprint topics. We discussed app deployment, various AI platforms, best practices for coding agents, image generation, and other industry-relevant subjects.
• Technical support was very responsive and helpful. Every request or issue was resolved quickly, sometimes even before we had to ask.
• Project review feedback was detailed and constructive, with many recommendations that went well beyond the sprint scope.

• Depth of content: if you want to go further into a topic, the resources are there.
• Extra material at the end of the capstone project: students who finish early have additional content to work through, so you're never left without something meaningful to do.

 I took part in the AI Engineering course at Turing College, and it was genuinely a fantastic learning experience. The course covers LLMs in great depth, and the quality of the material is excellent,you really walk away feeling like you've gained knowledge that's both practical and meaningful.
One of the highlights for me was how approachable and responsive the instructors were. Whenever I had a question, I always got a clear and helpful answer, which made a big difference in keeping up with the content. The weekly discussion sessions were also very interesting, sharing insights and discussing topics with our group and picking up different perspectives made the whole experience feel collaborative and enriching.
If you're curious about how AI can genuinely improve your everyday life and how to use these tools responsibly and effectively, this course is absolutely worth your time.
One suggestion for the course team for future batches: the lab exercises could be even more impactful with a bit more interactivity. Rather than simply running cells and observing the output, it would be great to have guided explanations of what the code is actually doing at each step or a weekly optional session focused on working through the labs together, for those who want to go deeper into the code, could be a wonderful addition to an already strong program.  Read less

It has been a great experience. Being taken from close to 0 to close to 1. STLs are leaders in their segment, so they were able to provide ongoing feedback and support with the most up-to-date tips. The skills learned are very practical, and I was able to monetize them through some side projects while still being part of the course.
So, if you are willing to learn something really useful - courses in TC are the way to go!

All looks good overall. Material is relevant and up to date. Learning is related to theory+practice principles, which was very good for me as experienced web developerer. One think was missing which lecturers which can push you more. All coirse is about your own pace which is good some times, but not allways. Recomend! Read less

The experience that I have had with Turing College has been extraordinary on all aspects. The learning material is meticulously curated by the trainers, the community on Discord has been outstanding, the live sessions I've had weekly with other learners and trainers have been very helpful to get myself unstuck on multiple occasions. When I signed up for the AI Ethics program, I expected (yet) another learning platform with stereotyped learning methodologies; but I was taken aback by the exceptionally practical and pragmatic approach to learning. To start with, the course collates MOST data related to AI Fairness in one single course, which itself is a bonus; And the content is relevant, contemporary, and the lessons are actionable. As a recent Data Science & AI graduate, after 16 months I can confidently say that joining this learning program was absolutely worth it — even considering the cost.While there are plenty of online learning resources available, the real challenge is choosing the right ones, organizing them from beginner to advanced level, focusing on what truly matters, and most importantly — staying motivated to finish. Turing College solves all of that by offering well-structured, logically organized learning materials divided into sprints.After each sprint, you’re required to complete two code reviews, which I found to be one of the best ways to grow and learn from your mistakes. The reviewers are both fellow learners and industry experts in senior roles.  The course consists of theory, hands-on exercises, and four workshops (one for each part of the course). It’s well structured and easy to follow. It helps to understand what AI actually is, what benefits and risks it brings, and how to use it responsibly. During the course, I tried various AI tools and explored their potential and capabilities, which was really fun and interesting. Some things I learned I started using right away - they now help me in my personal tasks and at work. I completed the Data Analytics course at Turing College, and it was a game-changer for me. The program is built around real-world projects instead of theoretical lectures, which meant I could actually apply SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools on tasks that felt close to what analysts do in real jobs.The mentorship structure was one of my favorite parts — having both senior and junior Team Leads plus peer feedback made me feel supported the whole way. I always knew what I was doing well and what needed improving. The community is very encouraging too, which helps a lot when you hit tougher assignments.It definitely can be intense and time-demanding (you need to stay consistent with your learning schedule), but the flexibility made it manageable. By the end of the course, I felt much more confident not only in technical skills but also in presenting my insights and communicating results — something that’s often overlooked in other programs.Overall, I’d recommend the Data Analytics course at Turing College to anyone serious about entering the field. I have been studying full-time in Turing College for 6 months already, and the remaining 6 months are on the way. The curriculum is well curated, open source materials such as articles, YouTube videos, and courses on the learnt topic. During the Data Analytics program, I have acquired skills in Advanced SQL, Tableau (some choose Power BI), and understanding the main types of calculations, such as LTV/CLV, ARPU, and time-based cohort analysis. Plus, you can learn Python for Data Analysis and Special Modules like Product/Marketing analytics.

The primary feature of this course, which is particularly helpful, is the inclusion of hands-on projects and reviews from peers and mentors (STLs). STLs are professionals with 2+ years of experience in the field and can look at your work with a professional eye. I have received excellent insights and advice. The possibility of reviewing the work of others yourself provides new perspectives on the topic and possible solutions to the given problem. The main communication is happening on Discord, where you can access help from peers, JTLs (Junior Team Leads, learners who have been selected to carry out the sessions, where you can ask your questions), and STLs. So, if you feel stuck with your project, you can always ask for help!

During the first 6 weeks, you will have the mandatory stand-up with STL and JTL (update meeting), which ensures the smooth entry to the program flow.
Deadlines are pretty smooth put and give you a lot of space to finalize the project. There are also 40 days of deadline extension available for the whole program duration. So, if something happened, you can have additional days to do the project.  

There is also job search assistance, but I have not yet made it to this stage. 

I enjoyed the process so far! It gives enough flexibility and at the same time keeps your learning on track.
