Learn Linux at These 133 Linux Bootcamps

I just recently graduated from Code Platoon's Immersive Full-Stack Software Engineering program this month and I can't say enough positive things about this program and the staff that work there. I was extremely worried starting the program because I had a previous bad experience with another SE Bootcamp called FlatIron because they didn't actually teach you any lessons in the bootcamp and only offered minimum support for learning the concepts, so I wasn't sure what to expect going into Code Platoon's program. However, I had absolutely no reason to worry because Code Platoon is far superior to the other bootcamp and the staff genuinely care about their students and will put the time in to make sure you understand the topics and concepts. The instructors presented the lectures in ways that made it easy to follow and ask questions and if you didn't understand they'd break the concept down a different way to help make it clear. They always encouraged questions and class participation and were always available to offer assistance to students if you are struggling. I felt as though they really cared about ensuring each one of us in our cohort was successful in the program. They also offer a robust curriculum that prepares you with the fundamentals as well as languages such as Django, PostgreSQL, Flask, React, etc. We also always had TAs available to help us during class hours and after hours to ensure we weren't getting stuck on problems or issues. During the program they also setup Beyond Tech Talks and brought in employers to prepare us for topics we needed to know going into a tech career. Finally, their Career Services and Job Assistance also goes above and beyond as they incorporate several topics like behavioral interviews, technical interviews, job search best practices, etc to make sure we are prepared for job searching as soon as we complete the program. We also got to talk to employers like Google and DFR to learn about interviewing process best practices and what to expect in your first role. During the program they also set you up with a mentor and a volunteer resume coach to offer you additional support and resources. Code Platoon truly goes above and beyond to make sure their students are setup for success. As I stated above, this bootcamp is top notch and by far the best bootcamp out there for active duty military members and their families, as well as veterans and their families. I'm so grateful I was given the opportunity to complete this bootcamp. They also offer a variety of ways to pay for the program so you have flexibility. You won't regret attending this bootcamp!

I found out about YellowTail Tech through a YouTube video and honestly, I just trusted the vibe. I’ve been interested in tech for a long time but never knew how to get into it without going back to college. So when I saw this opportunity, I jumped on it—and it ended up being way better than I expected. This 20-week Machine Learning Specialization was an opportunity I’ll never regret. It equipped me with strong foundations in Python, essential data science libraries, and advanced ML concepts. Through hands-on labs, live instructor-led sessions, and team projects, I learned how to design and deploy real-world AI solutions. My capstone—an AI-powered website generator—was both challenging and rewarding, helping me refine my problem-solving, teamwork, and deployment skills. This program not only deepened my technical expertise but also boosted my confidence to innovate and contribute in the AI industry.

This course was excellent and focused on everything you need to be able to successfully gain an internship or junior role. My journey with Scaler Academy has been truly transformative. Scaler is excellent in terms of learning and education in the fields of Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, and AI/ML. The DataScientest Bootcamp was very well designed — clear in structure, focused on real-world applications, and full of practical exercises. Each topic built naturally on the previous one, from Python to Machine Learning and deployment. The instructors were supportive and always ready to explain things in detail. The career service was also a great help, especially when it came to refining my CV and preparing for interviews. 

Anton, one of the teachers here was amazing. He really went out of his way to ensure we were getting all the information. He left room for questions and really helped explain anything not understood by any of the students, by examples and y showing us the code. Thank you so much for the great experience. 

Comprehensive content is covering tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. We are able to learn with essential skills for automation, continuous integration, and delivery easily.

They offer practical, hands-on exercises with concepts, making it ideal for us beginners as well as experienced professionals.

V school was absolutely amazing. The curriculum is structured in a way that allows you to really gradually understand more and more how all these concepts intertwine with one another. The Staff are all wonderful helpful people that were just nice to have a chat with every once in a while. The TA / Instructors all do a good job of pointing you in the right directions when you're stuck and all in all id say it was definitely worth it. 10/10 would recommend. 

I had multiple friends get hired before even finishing the curriculum so the Job assistance is also handled very well. 

I had a good experience with Skillians Academy overall. What I liked the most is that they focus more on practical session rather than just theory. The trainers actually explain things in a simple way and are approachable if you have doubts. You don’t feel ignored, which is something I’ve seen in many other institutes.

The environment is supportive and motivating. They guide you properly about career paths and are honest about what to expect, instead of making fake promises. The team is responsive, and whenever there was an issue, it was addressed without unnecessary delay.

I've taken the advanced DevOps course at Pragra, learned an awful lot about the CI/CD tools, and had extensive hands-on. I recommend it. 

During the pandemic I started learning some MATLAB so I could try building my own tools. It became a minor obsession. I was listening to podcasts about it, taking classes, watching videos, and staying up way too late. 

Last November I subbed for a guy at a theater who was leaving to take a coding bootcamp. I was like, wait, a what camp? You mean I can learn how to do this coding thing for real?

Last week I launched my app, built from the ground up in Java and Spring, with the things I learned from Coding Nomads. Feels great!

Coding Nomads has been great. I liked it so much that I started their Javascript course recently. Here's what the founder said about my capstone project: "Your capstone is among the best we've ever seen here at CodingNomads and we've worked with hundreds of students. So, job well done!"

My intention is not to leave pro audio, but I do see software development as my next career act. Ideally, I'd like to keep building Tracebook and SubAligner, while doing freelance development work for manufacturers, AV companies, and the live event industry.

I am very satisfied with the Tester course. The mentor conveys his knowledge very well and backs it up with examples from his years of professional experience. He was able to answer all my questions related to testing. Preparation for the exam was also at a high level. I do recommend it!
