Les teachers sont excellents : pédagogues, disponibles et vraiment investis. On a des retours personnalisés, des code reviews régulières et beaucoup de pair programming, ce qui fait progresser très vite. Le programme alterne cours clairs et exercices concrets, avec un fil rouge qui nous fait toucher à tout : AWS (EC2/VPC/RDS), Terraform, Ansible, Docker & Docker Compose, GitLab CI/CD, tests (Cypress/Karma), monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), sécurité et déploiements cloud. On passe de la théorie à la pratique dès le premier jour, et chaque module est pensé pour construire des compétences solides et directement utilisables en entreprise.
Les locaux sont propres, bien entretenus et bien équipés (espaces calmes, matériel au top, très bon Wi-Fi) ; l’ambiance est bienveillante et motivante, on sent une vraie culture de l’entraide. Le rythme est intensif mais bien structuré, avec un suivi constant de l’équipe pédagogique. Côté accompagnement carrière, on est aussi très bien guidés : CV, LinkedIn, préparation d’entretiens, bonnes pratiques pro.
En bref, une expérience ultra-formatrice, exigeante mais pertinente, qui m’a donné confiance et des compétences concrètes. La Capsule, je recommande à fond !
