Vendition is an online sales training provider that offers a self-paced Sales Bootcamp and a 12-week Apprenticeship. In the Sales Bootcamp, students receive sales training accompanied by sales assignments and assessments to help them learn exactly what they will need to land their first job as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Program participants of the Apprenticeship program receive training on everything from ICP and buyer personas to cold calling, social selling, time management, and tech stack. Apprenticeship students also have a sales coach there every step of the way.
Applicants to Vendition's Apprenticeship program will be interviewed to see if they are a match for the program based on personality, traits and soft skills— not just what is on an applicant’s resume. Vendition encourages individuals who are currently living in and authorized to work within the continental United States to apply.
Apprenticeship students will receive job interview training, LinkedIn and resume support, and be connected to Vendition’s 600+ hiring partners to land a job.
Vendition’s Apprenticeship program is free, and Vendition pays program participants $9,000 over the course of the program so they can earn while they learn.

I was pretty impressed that about a week after signing up I was already having some interviews with companies. Most were a pretty good fit, and I was able to choose interviews and companies that I wanted to move forward with. Ultimately Vendition provided me with 3 interviews, and 1 of them is now my current position and hopefully a long career at a great and fast growing start up. I do wish that I had a little more 1:1 time with people from Vendition, mainly through the mentorship part of the program. I believe they were spread a bit thin at that point as my mentor was constantly booked and lost contact with me. I have attended many boot camps in the past few years at my university, but this boot camp honestly helped me restructure my elevator pitch, which was something I had down perfectly. Mike brought up a lot of good points and covered not only finding a great fit, but making sure you know how to avoid any surprises when accepting a job. He is very honest about everything and won't just tell you what you want to hear. I can't see anyone regretting attending a boot camp and I would highly recommend.
