I signed up for Vendition through Linkedin in a time of need: during COVID, without work, and getting no responses from hundreds of applications. I was pretty impressed that about a week after signing up I was already having some interviews with companies. Most were a pretty good fit, and I was able to choose interviews and companies that I wanted to move forward with. Ultimately Vendition provided me with 3 interviews, and 1 of them is now my current position and hopefully a long career at a great and fast growing start up. I do wish that I had a little more 1:1 time with people from Vendition, mainly through the mentorship part of the program. I believe they were spread a bit thin at that point as my mentor was constantly booked and lost contact with me. I was able to succeed in the role on my own though.
