    exceeded my expectations

It all started with my dorm friend getting an internship with the Yandex office in Boston. By the time he recommended Practicum to me, I already had my Data Science AAS from Austin Community College and honestly didn't care about the theory at all. I also started working for one of the smaller supermarket chains here in Texas. So the main appeal of the training were hands-on projects of the course. I hoped they would enhance my portfolio. The fact that all the practical assignments w...

    Thanks to Yandex Practicum

Hello, and thanks to Yandex Practicum for showing me the world of limitless possibilities. I never was a computer geek, so limiting my experience to just playing video games was kind of a natural thing to do until I took my shot and signed up for your Web Development courses. First week was tough, but as I got a general understanding of HTML, started putting efforts into homework, tests and new projects - I got captivated. Practicum is a very user-friendly project, both in its interf...

    Very good so far

Yandex Practicum has literally been a life-saver for me! I was scrambling, looking for solutions - my job interview was coming up in two months, and I was walking through the wilderness, just getting started with Data Analysis. Since then I have passed the introductory course and scored 89/100 on my job interview test, all kudos to Practicum for a very well organized course. I knew I could count on it to at least help me get a perspective on this subject pretty fast.

    definitely recommend

I think this is the best source for Data/Business Analysts who would like to learn how to use SQL for analyzing data sets. They take you step-by-step through the learning process and engage you with practical assignments to review and test your understanding of what you've learned. This course takes up a lot of time, which is great because it means you are learning a lot!

The most outstanding thing is that you can chat with mentors, and they are very supportive when commen...

    shotout to Yandex !

The first time I tried web development, I took the old-school approach: a thick heavy book on HTML and CSS. I read everything thoroughly, doing every single exercise in the book, but by the time I finished it I still wasn’t capable of putting together a working website. My knowledge wasn’t practical or systematic, and Yandex Practicum gave me just that. I was skeptical at first, but I thought I’d give the online courses a try, and if I were to compare it to a book, it’s a much better...

I’m truly grateful that I decided to sign up for this platform, because it’s an experience like no other. I’ve tried multiple educational courses, but Yandex Practicum really brings something different to the table. Practical and systematic teaching approaches that keep you educated and entertained, with an ever-growing community of like-minded people engaging with you to further boost your learning and social skills necessary in a new working field.

    Best self-learning project

This is the best self-learning project I’ve ever come across. Practicum by Yandex is an opportunity for growth and learning, with practical knowledge pure and undiluted by the dry, sleep-inducing webinars you get with other platforms. It’s a mainstay for anyone beginning their journey toward work as a web developer. It can be a challenging road, one traveled with trepidation and in fear of making a false step, though now there’s the safety net that is Practicum by Yandex!

    Great program, great people

One of the best things about Practicum by Yandex (an online training program where great people can pick up new skills in programming, data analysis, and other modern professions) is the live community. Why is that so important to me? 1. The feeling of not being alone. Sure, they aren’t teaching you rocket science, at least not at the very beginning, although the topics can sometimes still be pretty challenging. Realizing that you aren’t the only person dealing with them helps you ke...

    Amazing courses!

I’m 26 years old, and I have degrees in physics, economics, and translation. I have also owned a bakery for six years in addition to being a confectioner and chocolatier. When I started this course, I knew absolutely nothing about programming or analysis. I didn’t even know that the second profession was an actual thing, but was able to master it quickly. This course is great for people who enjoy order, aren’t afraid of numbers, and who are prepared to spend a great deal of time thin...

Yandex Practicum is 100% worth it

Before the course on front-end development, I had never gone through any coding or online training. I checked out the free portion to see what it was like, wrote a few lines of code in the interactive platform, and was thrilled to see that it worked! The examples are fun, the explanations are easy to understand, the Practicum team is friendly and supportive, and it’s fascinating to study and at the same time watch the platform develop right under your feet. Helped propel a life shift to a career that matters to me

I truly was challenged at many points and learned new skills specifically, SQL and Python, that I was struggling on my own to learn and articulate. The tutors were super helpful through the course work as well. The career acceleration has been going through changes and that has been frustrating to navigate. I am grateful for many people I met in this program I would not have met otherwise, and for the enhanced skills I have come away with.

What I liked is that if I need an extension on assignments I can have one- there's always tutors available to give feedback and they let you practice a skill more than once. I was also attracted to this program initally because it said it would give me some work experience before I go and apply for jobs and in today's job market you need that. A Journey of Growth and Skill-Building

I've spent several years working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments like TV production and live news, but earlier this year, I decided to pivot, not because I was running from something, but because I was running toward something new: tech. Not helpful to find a job

A little over a month ago, I graduated from the Quality Assurance course at TripleTen. Since then, I’ve started my job search, but so far I haven’t had any luck. Hi,
This is Natasha from the TripleTen team. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being open about your experience. We understand how challenging the job search process can be, especially early on, and we’re sorry to hear that you’re feeling frustrated.
During regular meetings with our career team, students can not only work on their resume and job search strategies, but also review their application funnels to better understand why they might be facing rejections and how they can adjust their strategy to improve their chances of landing interviews. Additionally, we're testing a new service and introducing placement coordinators, who build relationships with employers to help connect graduates with companies. This makes it easier for graduates to gain direct access to hiring managers and secure interview invitations more quickly.
We’re also actively working on reducing externship wait times by engaging new companies and projects, and we expect to eliminate the waitlist in the near future — so that all our graduates can add a new project to their portfolio.
Our team is here to help you, and we'd love to connect directly to better understand your situation and explore how we can assist you further. Please reach out to me directly at natashak@tripleten.com, and we can discuss next steps.
    Thanks, Natasha.

    Work in Progress

The Software Engineering program is still evolving; while you'll encounter some valuable learning experiences, certain concepts may not be communicated clearly. The community is somewhat lacking, and the environment isn’t particularly welcoming. Some staff can be pushy and unprofessional, especially regarding referrals. This bootcamp is best suited for those who are independent learners and can handle a bit of pressure.
