The Learning Success Manager are least helpful. It's hard to get hold of one to get help and support. Generally you will be told to use the "Help" option on the learning portal, which is a chatbot with limited options. Please note there is not direct option to raise ticket, which you will be asked to do often for help/support. After passing through and exhausting all chatbot options, at last you will be provided with Raise a Ticket option. The AWS labs have lots of permission issues, the exercise pdfs are old, unorganized and poor quality.
The Sales guy sells you the brochure but is not answerable to any discrepancy, he would tell you to raise ticket. Be through and get written communication from Sales person, because when he later asks you to raise tickets you have written communication to share.
Trainer was generally good, but I did not like the one way audio communication from his side and the other way was 99% chat from students side. The sessions can be much more organized and interactive. He is good with filtering irrelevant questions to avoid distractions. Communication style wise Mr. Raj is too rough and I personally disliked him a lot for that. Many students may find the style normal because they have not seen anything better than that. But professional trainers are much more polished and respectful with their communications.
I also had to remind the management that a lot of AWS services sold in the brochure were not covered at the 2nd last day. I appreciate they addressed it on the last day but of course it had to be rushed through.
Overall, I rate them 3.5/5.0 stars. They are much better than competitors in the market who have much worse problems.
