AWS Cloud Architect - Master's Program

I had the most amazing experience from this online platform and it was as enriching program. Trainers are exceptionally talented an simple. I had used their support couple of times to get some help regarding my certificate unlocks and access which turned to be seamless and helpful. I would recommend this platform to anyone looking forward to upskill. Thanks and regards. Aswin. 

The AWS Solutions Architect course is well-organized and easy to follow. The labs are particularly helpful because you actually get to work inside AWS instead of just watching someone else. A bit more detail in certain sections would help beginners, but overall, it’s a strong course for anyone preparing for the certification exam.

The Learning Success Manager are least helpful. It's hard to get hold of one to get help and support. Generally you will be told to use the "Help" option on the learning portal, which is a chatbot with limited options. Please note there is not direct option to raise ticket, which you will be asked to do often for help/support. After passing through and exhausting all chatbot options, at last you will be provided with Raise a Ticket option.  I have to raise ticket for every little thing, reaching out to LSM/ cohort manager on Slack is almost useless, the concerns are unattended or responded several days later. The AWS labs have lots of permission issues, the exercise pdfs are old, unorganized and poor quality.The Sales guy sells you the brochure but is not answerable to any discrepancy, he would tell you to raise ticket. Be through and get written communication from Sales person, because when he later asks you to raise tickets you have written communication to share.Trainer was generally good,  but I did not like the one way audio communication from his side and the other way was 99% chat from students side. The sessions can be much more organized and interactive. He is good with filtering irrelevant questions to avoid distractions. Communication style wise Mr. Raj is too rough and I personally disliked him a lot for that. Many students may find the style normal because they have not seen anything better than that. But professional trainers are much more polished and respectful with their communications.I also had to remind the management that a lot of AWS services sold in the brochure were not covered at the 2nd last day. I appreciate they addressed it on the last day but of course it had to be rushed through. Overall, I rate them 3.5/5.0 stars. They are much better than competitors in the market who have much worse problems. They collect daily feedback which is great. And they show willingness to listen to the feedback. 

The AWS Solutions Architect course was well-structured and beginner-friendly. The trainer explained complex topics like EC2 and VPCs with clarity. The labs were hands-on and closely resembled real AWS environments. I passed my certification exam on the first attempt. Highly recommend it for those entering the cloud domain.

Too fast and not very considerate of everyone level in the class. The videos also not available the same day so make it difficult to watch it and be ready for the next class. The time difference is not the best. The instructors are India.

 Trainer Rangendra delivered an excellent session on IITK CCDO – AWS Solutions Architect, covering all key exam topics and AWS services in detail. The training was insightful, practical, and highly engaging, making complex concepts easy to understand

It's unfortunate that some individuals have spread false rumors about Simplilearn being a fraud or a scam. I've taken up a program with them, and can surely say I never had a negative experience. Their teams in general are very helpful and even if you bump into some issues or doubts, their trainers or even the customer support team will warmly help you out. I've already been able to see a positive impact on my career with the help of Simplilearn. It's a genuine platform for learners who want to scale up in their careers. Here's sharing a few highlights: - The trainers were knowledgeable - The learning design was innovative and engaging. - Customer support was also readily available whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I highly recommend Simplilearn to anyone looking to enhance their career through quality online education. Don't let false rumors fool you, Simplilearn is a legitimate and effective way to upskill and advance in your field.
