Poor Decision with $600 Tuition Refund

Unfortunately for me before the class started I had made a payment of $600 towards the class that was meant to start at a particular date, However fast forward to the period the class was to start I had an impromptu emergency that require funds and will not allow me continue the course and reached out to the finance/operations department ...

As it is out of policy, the first installment payment of $600 cannot be refunded. However, If you do not wish to continue with us, you do not have to pay the remaining installments. A slew of cancelled classes right in the beginning
The program has just begun a couple of weeks ago. I have opted for the weekend classes as I am a working professional and don't have the weekdays free. Due to being weekend only, the program is anyway long. However, right in the beginning two consecutive classes have gotten cancelled. This is a very bad sign given that Simplilearn is a large organisation - as they themselves claim. This is unprofessional and shows a lack of care in organising the program and making sure that the schedule...The program has just begun a couple of weeks ago. From the very beginning, I was very excited to attend every class and participate vigorously and learn all that was possible. However, this sort of service from simplilearn was quite unexpected. Obviously, emergencies strike all sorts of organisations - its nothing new. Its been a good experience overall, new subjects, new topics but still everything is made easier to understand and the faculty is ready to help at every step.
The study material, practical homeworks help us to revise and practice what has been covered, also we get ample of examples that can we can use in different scenarios.

He provided all the details regarding certifications and tips and tricks to clear the Cybersecurity certifications.
Content - The course content for cybersecurity was quite good and covered everything. Along with live classes there are self-study pdfs as well. Also , there are projects to be completed and online tests as well.
Support Team - I must say that the support team was quite professional in their attitude and always ready to help the students. Advanced Executive Program In Cybersecurity
Overall, the classes were great, but would have loved if there were more sessions and moreover some more technical things to learn. But keeping in mind as this was a basic starting session it was great. Would have loved to learn more things. The course content is similar in self-learning part and live classes, there should be some more additional and descriptive content should be available in self learning part. Also very limited and basic content is covered in terms of python programming. The timeline for project submission is also very restricted so if it can be a bit flexible as per the level of projects we've been assigned then it would have been great.
