The class has been good, only down side is that if you don't have any foundation in DevOps or IT the learning curve is quite high and would require some extra personal time dedicated to building up that foundation. I don't think that was clearly explained in the beginning, so it came as a shock to me. Regardless, we need to invest personal time outside the weekly lessons; however, the amount of time we need to invest is beyond what I expected. Wonderful Enriching Experience
The course was wonderfully designed by Simplilearn which are aptly divided into measured session. Breaks were provided during session and continuity is maintained during sessions. However, off course support from simplilearn needs to be improved and learners may be allowed to get in touch with experts one to one, whenever required.

I want to share my frustrating experience with Simplilearn and warn others to stay away from this platform under any circumstances.
I enrolled in their Advanced Executive Program in Cybersecurity, a course that was supposed to last five months. While the course content was decent, everything after enrolling has been a complete disaster. It has been six months since completing the course, and I am still waiting for my certificate. Despite raising multiple tickets, sending countless emails, and making follow-up calls, I have received no concrete resolution—only empty promises.
This is not just a delay; it reflects the worst after-sales service I have ever encountered. While enrolling, they make big promises and paint a rosy picture, but once you're in, you realize it’s all a blunder. Their support is unresponsive, and their processes are unreliable.
This isn’t the first course I’ve taken with Simplilearn, but after this experience, it will certainly be the last. No learner should have to go through this ordeal, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid Simplilearn. There are far better alternatives out there with reliable support and professional service.
If Simplilearn cannot even issue certificates on time or respond adequately to learner concerns, they have no business calling themselves an edtech leader. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment—do not waste your money on this platform.
