Scaler is an intensive online career accelerator program offering beginner (44 weeks), intermediate (37 weeks), and advanced (30 weeks) engineer bootcamps where students can specialize in back end (15 weeks) or full stack (15 weeks) development. Students can also pursue optional, advanced electives in Advanced DSA, Concurrent Programming, and Product Management. With an industry-vetted curriculum and professional, personalized guidance, Scaler Academy is a community of dedicated instructors, teaching assistants, industry mentors & career coaches who are devoted to creating a growth ecosystem to help software professionals unlock talent and opportunities at every stage of their career. Scaler Academy’s mission is to to help professionals take their careers to the next level without any educational, geographical, or financial constraint. Scaler Academy is a product by InterviewBit, which offers live and interactive classes along with Practice sessions with teaching assistants, peers & 1:1 mentorship with industry experts throughout.
No prior experience is necessary for the beginner-level bootcamp. To apply to Scaler Academy, all students will be asked to take a 30-minute MCQ test to determine placement in beginner, intermediate, or advanced bootcamps.
Scaler Academy offers career services, such as mock interviews, and resume and LinkedIn optimization. Students have access to over 1,000 working professionals from top software companies including Amazon, Google, Facebook, Netflix, and Twitter among others who act as instructors, mentors, and career coaches.

helped me upskill and get a job
Life had its ups and downs, coming from a farmer's family. Waited for B.tech admission, tried for UPSC exam, but had no luck. I moved on trying to look for work... Instructors are good
I am working at Amazon currently but my initial journey too was filled with the service sector experiences. This change was what scaler did for me. They also brought me into the habit of learning everyday. Whether on weekends or even on holidays, no day went by without learning and solving problems. Good program
It was my senior colleague at work who suggested Scaler during the second wave of covid…back then I was stuck in a dead end role with no interest or prospects in my field so I decided to take it up and give it a shot.
What immediately attracted me was the feeling of belongingness and learning together with hundreds of like minded people..it almost reminded me of my school days. Gave me a fresh start
In 2019, I founded my own company. But then COVID struck and forced us to shut down before we even started. I couldn’t sit idle at home and decided to transition into a developer role by enrolling at Scaler. Then reality hit hard… my skills were outdated. Starting again from scratch wasn’t easy but my instructors weren’t just teachers; they were my guiding compass, pointing me towards data structures and algorithms through a maze...Each day I sat down with my laptop, determined to master...In 2019, I founded my own company. Hectic schedule
I was working at a company when I found Scaler. I was told that they are helping people build their skills to reach the product based companies so I went all in. I ended up joining Amazon so I was glad to have given it a chance in improving my skills.
