This was my 2nd bootcamp with Le Wagon London. I did full stack web dev earlier in 2023 and recently completed Data Science & AI.

The best part is every day 1 hour of lecture is followed with 7 hour of engineering/coding work to reinforce the concepts /techniques learnt during the lecture. Very much hands on course like real world.

I signed up for the 9-week in-person data science bootcamp with Le Wagon in London in winter 2023, and I loved every second of it. Coming from a background with no prior coding experience, I was apprehensive at first, but the excellent teachers are there every step of the way to help you. The course is intense and challenging (just as it should be!), and I learnt far more in the space of 9 weeks than I ever thought was possible! The breadth of topics covered is highly expansive given the short course timeframe, covering materials such as regression and classification models, statistical inference, machine learning, NLP, and an introduction to deep learning. The course is mainly taught through Python, though there is also some SQL involved. I would highly recommend this course for anybody looking to move into the world of data science! Read less

I liked the rythme of the bootcamp with the 1h30 course in the morning and coding the rest of the day till 5pm. Coding is all about doing and the formation at the Wagon really get that.
But after that the exceptionnel human adventure was really something great, helping each other, at the end we were a strong group. With the teachers I had overall a great experience, very competent web dev, good pedagogy, and in the mean time, persons easy going, easy to talk and laugh with them, which is really important in an intense bootcamp like The Wagon.
If I had to do it again I will and several times, it was scary hard to enter such an adventure and it was hard to leave such a family.

I love my experience with Le Wagon. At first I didn't believe that the training was going to work so well. But I was very motivated and even I wasn't in great shape, I think I learned the most for a beginner from scratch. It's funny, but the thing that I loved the most was the rhythm and the gradation of the studies. The logic is magnificent. Read less

I completed the Le Wagon Data Science & AI bootcamp as a scientist who wants to get into industry in the long run and this bootcamp has definitely been a real blast! It provides you with the necessary knowledge and skills to get an entry level position and is worth much more in terms of actual learning outcome than a Master's degree in Data Science, for example. Furthermore, what you get from the Le Wagon is actually worth more than what you pay, I think. Everything is very well organised and very well worked-out to the tiniest detail, and the schedule will always be adjusted according to the latest developments in the field (which are very fast paced, of course). The Data Science and AI bootcamp at Le Wagon was an amazing and challenging journey. The content was delivered by great instructors at a fast pace. Their very hands-on approach, working 5-6 hours on challenges is a very effective way of making the material your own. I've had the best experience of my life, it's been 10 days it is over and I already got a job interview with the career week assistence, and I already miss the bootcamp life. The subject material was excellent and the teaching covered each aspect well. I especially enjoyed the image analysis, and machine & deep learning.

I have just completed a 10 week data science bootcamp with Le Wagon and have gained so much knowledge and the ability now to change careers. It seems impossible to learn so many skills in such a short time when, like Jon Snow, you know nothing. Le Wagon makes it possible. The program's quality, the quality of teachers and the collaborative nature of the bootcamp make for an incredible experience. Beware, it is INTENSE but very much worth it if you want to learn Data Analytics from scratch. Highly recommended! Read less

Having actually completed the full time Web Dev course at Le Wagon London in March of 2023 (Jan-March), I can tell you for a fact that it’s not all it might appear from the outside and certainly a number of things are not right. Let’s start with the implications and stats - the reason I did this bootcamp was to aid in a career change. They strongly imply that once you’ve done the bootcamp there’s thousands of tech jobs and that you will be highly employable, unfortunately this is just not the case for the vast majority of people who will leave a Le Wagon bootcamp. They use a Stat of 93% employment rate, which as of today seems to have dropped to 90%, yet still I would be amazed if the inverse of this figure was true and that even 10% of students got a tech job because of the bootcamp. I am awaiting a FOI request about what data they use to come up with these stats. If these stats were true, surely most of the people I did the bootcamp would be employed. I would say less than 10% of them have a job that isn’t either with Le Wagon or that have nothing to do with competing a coding bootcamp! The content of what is taught and how it’s taught is not good, from focusing on Ruby/Rails, something that’s hardly at the forefront of the tech world in 2023 or at the top of an employers wish list. Then there is the inexperienced staff who have little or no teaching experience and the first time they’ve done anything like this is when they’re offered a job by Le Wagon straight from the bootcamp as what they call a TA (teaching assistant). This is how they’re able to keep their costs down, and how the whole thing is able to keep going, one cohort at a time. The lack of attention to any front end design coding or real emphasis on anything that wasn’t Ruby was astonishing. You question this as you’re there, as do other students and you’re all told the same, that it will all come together in the final week - you’re suspicious but tell yourself they’re a big company, it will be ok…. It won’t. Trust your gut! The ‘career week’ was like the icing on top of a really stale cake, and just an absolute farce. Not only did the 3 employers who were invited not have any jobs to offer, and were not actually recruiting, two of them didn’t seem to know why they were there. When their talks about the tech industry finished, we were instructed to talk to them, like some oddball fans, it was almost like we all gathered round to see what other pearls of wisdom they would offer. They didn’t. All in all, 9 weeks later and not much wiser, I would say they had well and truly done a number on me. 9 months later, I am a still not in a tech role, and my physical and mental health has suffered considerably, something which is particularly saddening, given that Le Wagon continues to pedal their bootcamps to anyone who is silly enough to believe their nonsense. The data analytics boot camp was super intense, but really worth to do it. The feeling of progress in the boot camp was one of the best feelings of all. 
The teachers and TAs here were very kind and patient.If becoming a data analyst is what you want, then Lewagon bootcamp would be a great choice. Read less
