I spent a long time choosing a bootcamp, and two things mattered most to me: in-person, full-time learning and a modern, relevant tech stack taught in depth. Le Wagon delivered strongly on both. The program is intense. You move very quickly from learning fundamentals to actually building real products, and that shift is where the real value is. It pushes you out of your comfort zone, and while that can feel overwhelming at times, it’s also what drives the progress. What stood out most was the people. From the beginning, it feels less like a course and more like a support system. The teachers are genuinely invested, approachable, and bring a real enthusiasm for teaching that makes a difference. There is structure and discipline around attendance and expectations, but also understanding that people have lives outside the bootcamp.Another strong point is the alumni support. There are clear paths depending on what you want to do next, whether that’s finding a job, freelancing, or building something of your own. The job seeker track in particular is well thought through and creates real opportunities once completed. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the pace. The content is quite packed, and extending the program slightly could allow for deeper absorption and more practice.Overall, it was an amazing experience. For me, it has been a meaningful step toward returning to product, now with a much stronger technical foundation.

The overall atmosphere of the team during the first six weeks of the course—changing Buddies, understanding the code, and pushing ourselves to grasp things despite the challenges—was one of the best professional/training experiences I’ve ever had.The staff is kind yet firm in enforcing the shared rules, and I think it’s a real success on their part to keep things engaging, make the spaces welcoming, and organize all the support networks we need. A huge thank you to both of them, and bravo for how well they complement each other!

Staff and students were all super helpful and generous with their time. All around an amazing atmosphere for learning and growing. I picked this bootcamp because it was the only in-person bootcamp in my city and it was definitely the right choice for me. The hardest part was the last module where the instructor was online.

My experience at Le Wagon was incredible. The bootcamp is intense but extremely rewarding — I learned not only technical skills in web development, but also how to collaborate, solve problems, and build real projects from scratch. Many great things could be said about the Le Wagon Web Dev and AI bootcamps, but two stood out for me:
The overall design of the bootcamp - the curriculum, buddy system, daily exercises, and project weeks. Experiencing all of this in an intense 9-week sprint is both challenging and thrilling. It’s purposeful, yet fun at the same time.
The community - Le Wagon is also an incredible community of people who genuinely support one another. Alumni stay engaged, share insights, and even post job opportunities from their companies. During the program, the directors, marketing leads, teachers, and TAs all join students for lunch, which creates a welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere. You never feel out of place.

Lekker learning materials and resources make this an easy 9.9/10 experience—just leaving a little room for improvement. The friendly atmosphere, free coffee, and welcoming vibe make it even better. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality learning and a great environment.

The team create a warm, fun, and collaborative atmosphere that boosts a strong tech community, making the experience uplifting and motivating. The workspace is thoughtfully designed: comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming with a cozy kitchen and inspiring co-working areas that encourage creativity and connection every day.If anyone is starting their own tech company, they should look to how Le Wagon operates: with a people-first culture, a supportive environment, and a workspace built to bring out the best in everyone. The London staff, in particular, go above and beyond with kindness and professionalism, making the whole experience truly special ❤️

I really loved how fun and young-hearted the environment was, and the teachers made it even better. Every lecture and challenge had a positive, lighthearted vibe nothing ever felt too serious, but I still learned a lot. It was the perfect mix of informative and enjoyable.I came out of the bootcamp feeling really confident and proud of the work that I had done, the curriculum is setup perfect and the environment was fun! Super friendly, super sweet, everyone had smiles on all day. No complaints from me. :)

Summary:Absolutely great! Brilliant teacher to help along the way, with very well organised course structure. If you want to learn web development, Le Wagon is definitely a great place to learn it.Background:My only experience in coding was briefly touching python for basic game development like Othello and battleship. I finished a bachelors in biomedicine, but wasn't having any luck finding a job in the field, so wanted to up-skill in data or tech as they played a big role during my academic research. Reflecting on both good and bad experience using various websites, I went into the bootcamp wanting to learn more about UI/UX, particularly about website interface, style and features as they really affected how easy it was to navigate through databases and find information for the research projects. The bootcamp at Le Wagon covered both front-end (HTML, CSS, Javascript), backend (Ruby, SQL, API) coding languages, web-development framework (Ruby-on-Rails) to connect the two together and project management (Github, Git version control). For my reason to join the bootcamp, Le Wagon definitely delivered to help develop skills, knowledge and experience to deploy a fully functional website. Speaking to this, I was able to create a foreign job searching website within a team.Structure:I joined the London Online Web-Development Bootcamp (government funded), and I really appreciated the flexibility the online format gave. Although the attendance requirement is strict (only 3 days of absence allowed), the online aspect meant that even when problems arose in my personal life (like my phone breaking, computer crashing, needing to see a doctor, or catching a sinus infection), I was able to minimize their effect on the course and keep my attendance in the green. Overall the attendance requirement wasn't ever an issue speaking from my experience on the online bootcamp. The syllabus structure was also very well organised, with the day-to-day schedule following: [9:00-11:00 || Lecture], [11:00-13:00 || Morning Challenge], [13:00-14:00 || Lunch Break], [14:00-17:00 || Afternoon Challenge], and [17:00-18:00 || Live Code (teacher going through a challenge example]. At the beginning, I was trying to apply my academic habits to the bootcamp, which wasn't working leading to a bit of stress as I wasn't able to take enough notes. But gradually I learnt to follow the lecture instead of taking notes, take periodic breaks, and just ask a TA or find documentations as and when I ran into errors.Although this schedule can be a bit stressful at the beginning, I do feel that once you become more accustomed to it, its paced quite nicely to learn all the technical knowledge and build the relevant web-development skills within the day.Briefly, the overall syllabus structure followed [Week1 || Setup], [Week2-5 || Back-end], [Week6 || Front-end], [Week7 || Ruby-on-Rails], [Week8 || Revision], [Week9 || AirBnB Project], [Week10-11 || Group Projects], [Week12 || Careers Week]. At the beginning, I felt the bootcamp was pacing itself too quickly, as I wasn't able to find enough time to go back over the learning for the week, especially when I was still learning how to adapt to the bootcamps 9:00-18:00 day-to-day structure.Understandable as its a accelerate learning program, but the revision week and group project surprisingly acted as really good revision opportunities, maybe even better as it was applying the skills to a more practical product. Teacher were also really helpful, having great technical knowledge and problem solving skills which definitely helped me get through the course.Teachers:For the lectures, different teachers gave lectures covering the different topics, and different sets of teaching assistants (TA) were available each day to help through the bootcamp's ticket system (you can choose a specific TA for help, or ask for any available TA). As I mentioned before, all the teachers had great technical knowledge and problem solving skills, so lectures were easy to follow, and support provided by the TA during the challenges were really helpful in learning to use debugging tool, help understand code functionality, and reinforcing correct syntax. Of the lecturers, I found ----- and ----'s format to fit my learning preference, likely due to the engagement they tried to encourage and the workflow they demonstrated not only from technical knowledge, but showing code testing and debugging. Projects:Group projects were great experience working with other people, managing collective code, and actually using everything learnt in front-end and back-end languages on a real website (not challenges). Although not necessarily technical knowledge taught directly in the lectures, I found the projects as a great way to build experience in testing code and using debugging tool to validate/verify code functionality. In the group teams, there can be an individual that doesn't contribute much to the project, which can be frustrating. But considering that in real life environments you'll likely never have the 'perfect' team, I also saw it as good experience on how to handle those situation.Overall, focusing on how to make the most of the group project is probably the best way to enjoy it. For me, that was making sure I contributed to prototyping in figma, integrating a search-filter into the website, and making sure I worked on both front-end and back-end coding. I imagined these features would be highly translatable to websites I'm interested in developing, which also helped motivate me through the projects.Finishing:Le Wagon is definitely a great place to learn web-development. Like any form of learning though, a large aspect to how fruitful the experience would be depends on having a clear motivation or goal. If you are able to find a reason to learn web-development then the bootcamp will probably be great to give a go, if not, then even if you attend the bootcamp, its probably not going to be as useful.

Just finished my 9 weeks at Le Wagon London, studying Web Development and had a fantastic time. All of the teachers were so helpful and engaging and the course has made the daunting world of coding so much more manageable. Be ready to work hard from the start and make sure your comfortable on concepts as you're working on them, as it goes at quite a pace, but if you are ready to work hard you'll learn so much.

My experience at Le Wagon Web Development Bootcamp was truly transformative. From day one, the program was fast paced and incredibly rewarding. The structure of the curriculum ensured that we built a strong foundation in web development, gradually increasing in complexity while providing ample opportunities to apply our skills through real-world projects. What stood out most was the supportive and collaborative learning environment. The instructors consistently encouraged questions, participation, and problem-solving. They had a talent for explaining complex topics in clear, relatable ways and offered valuable feedback that helped deepen our understanding. I appreciated the diversity in teaching styles, which allowed me to see different approaches to coding and debugging, enhancing my adaptability and confidence. The bootcamp emphasized teamwork, especially during project weeks, where we learned to navigate group dynamics and apply agile workflows. I developed not only technical skills like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, SQL, APIs, and Git, but also essential soft skills like communication, time management, and resilience under pressure.Social activities and peer connections made the experience even more meaningful. I felt supported throughout and walked away with a renewed sense of motivation and purpose. Joining Le Wagon was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my personal and professional growth.

Le Wagon has been one of the most intense, rewarding, and transformative learning experiences I’ve ever had. The curriculum is fast-paced and hands-on, which forces you out of your comfort zone but also gives you the practical skills and mindset to solve real-world problems. The teaching staff were supportive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, and the community was one of the biggest highlights—full of driven, kind, and collaborative people who made every day better. From not knowing how to structure a line of code to building a full-stack app in just weeks, the progress was unbelievable. I walked away not just with technical skills, but also with confidence, resilience, and friendships that will stick with me for a long time.Highly recommend it to anyone ready to work hard and change their career or mindset. It's not easy, but it's absolutely worth it.
