Interview Kickstart is a part-time, 12-15 week online career advancement platform that helps tech professionals nail technical interviews at FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google) and Tier-1 companies. I have taken boot camp training sessions with IK in 2021/2022. After being with the same company as EM for years, my tech skills started softening out, and I wasn't ready to face interview questions in management and tech areas. Though I went through the route of self prep, I lost a few interviews as I could not provide answers that interviewers were expecting.
With that experience, I researched a few companies who could provide me the training to update skills ...I have taken boot camp training sessions with IK in 2021/2022. The curriculum is spot on and it caters to all areas of IT. IK will definitely make a master out of you and makes you very confident. Interview Kickstart helped relieve me from all those issues and helped me finally snag a top offer for my level. I am really thankful to the Interview Kickstart team.
At first I was skeptical about IK because I thought that they would take my money and leave me in the dust, but I was wrong. Ever since signing up, I have felt like a valuable customer and that the team is out there cheering me on to succeed.
The staff includes various veterans from FAANG companies as coaches and instructors and some regular staff and interns who run the operation side of things.
The staff at IK make me feel very comfortable. They are very accommodating to my needs and gave great feedback both technical and non-technical. The staff is absolutely wonderful.
This camp will teach us 3 different skills: algorithms, system design, and behavioral/soft skills.
Algorithms: very typical Leetcode stuff. I think the benefits of this is to go through each topic and to understand deeply on how it works. They have a portal to do some handpicked hackerrank questions. After each class, with a bit of work, it is easy to start completing the medium Leetcode questions. After a bit more work, hard questions will be easy to come buy. They will assign homework problems that are pretty much leetcode questions.
System design: teaches you how to perform a system design interview. This is mainly for individuals with a bit of system design experience at least. I didn't have any experience designing systems so I fell a bit behind. I highly suggest looking at Grokking the Coding interview to supplement your studies along with the system design if you haven't done system design before.

I am a veteran Hands On Engineer with more than a decade of experience. Hands down Interview Kickstart program is the real Uplevel curated for all experiences to "actually" take a Software Engineer(or wanna be) and put him/her through a program to Uplevel the practical Software Engineering skills.
The skills no University/School teaches and most Software Engg. job experience does not necessarily builds those.

I would like to call out the video, especially by Omkar Deshpande that was very helpful in understanding the logic and laying the foundations. The course is well curated and is intense so personally I’ll recommend this course only and only if you are willing to put a considerable amount of efforts. Really worth joining
I recently joined IK program and it really boosted my confidence level. The course curricula looks like a lot but as long as we can stick to the program that is laid out it should be do-able. After every module we can feel the difference in our-self and it really adds good motivation. Interview Kickstart's (IK) Engineering Manager track is through and comprehensive. Both technical and behavioral tracks are exhaustive and covers the latest topics in details. I was rusty on algorithms in general and especially on the sorting/tree traversal methods. The technical track covers such concepts by illustrating the working of the algorithm and makes it easier to understand.

A very good investment for a career
I'd say its all-real-worth-it for a tech career. The clear roadmap, mocks by mentors from top tech companies, networking and a lot you would benefit out of this course. I took the EM specialization track. Interview Kickstart (IK) has all the right focus areas figured out. Their philosophy of developing the candidate into a great EM - and along the way, preparing them for the demanding interviews - resonated with me and I signed up. I was overwhelmed initially by the demanding schedule (prep material easily takes 10-15 hrs per week if you really want to soak in all of the technical content, and some weekly live sessions run for 5-6hrs). I was struggling without a proper content and a studying structure to prepare for the major companies in SDE fields. Just doing Leetcode didn't help me pass any of the FAANG onsites. The Interview Kickstart has a very well organized structure which could help you study in your own pace, and the content is best that you can find.
Mock Interviewers were amazing, and helped me with overcoming my nervousness. Not ...Interview Kickstart helped me get into my dream company Microsoft!
