Extremely well conducted. The pace is just right for working folks. Project work and engagement in online classes was very interesting. Great course support by Ruchika, who was helpful in encouraging everyone to submit on time and help with any queries.

The instructors, especially Saransh, was very good. He could communicate and engage with every one. This was a challenge when you have an extremely heterogeneous group of people.

I am about half way through this course but already wanted to share my experience. Overall, the course is great and pretty much what I was looking for. I have MS in Statistics and PhD in Finance, and work in finance, so what I was looking for was, first, a bit of a refresher, and, second, actual applications and ability to work with real data. Also, having studied statistical and machine learning concepts academically some time ago, I wanted to understand what the current state of play is. The course has provided ample opportunities for everything. The prior knowledge required was quite minimal. There was a review of probabilistic and  statistical concepts in the beginning, but it wasn't too academic or dry, quite minimal. Subsequent courses, around 9 of them, covered all major areas of modern AI. What is great of course, is that we build real models based on real data (you can actually see them in excel) using AI tools like RapidMiner, Dataiku, etc with our own hands. Each weekly course consists of video lectures, which one can watch whenever convenient, and then live hands on sessions on the weekend, where you can ask questions and try and execute the steps that the presenter is taking. Having done that, I feel confident that I can talk intelligently about the AI with any professional and understand what's going on and, of course, I can apply pretty sophisticated AI and ML tools to real data. I'm very impressed with this course and the overall setup and support provided.  I haven't looked at AI methods since college (over 20years ago) and I don't currently work in the data science field however the course did an amazing job of preparing me for what to expect in the weekly sessions through the course pre-work. Then each week there was excellent material and small quizzes throughout to ensure I was understanding the concepts well prior to progressing. The weekly live sessions with an expert really helped to gel the information together and provide time to ask questions and test my understanding. The content providers have been excellent.  I really like the hands on work as well. It immediately makes what Im' learning more applicable to my day to day job and with all the vast examples provided I've been able to easily find ways to relate to my actual work needs.  Last but not least, the course program manger has been an amazing add, ensuring I've had everything I needed along the way to achieve success.  I've been able to work with them on special requests when work/life balance is needed while still keeping up with my classmates.  I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to better understand how AI/ML can greatly impact their business.  Read less

I am very happy I took the courage to take this course. I learned a lot and it has been comprehensive. I believe it gives me the opportunity to absorb know how related to modeling around predictions, regressions, classification systems, neuronal networks by combining theoretical frame with practical hands on and give solutions related problems that businesses in my vicinity might face. It is all that I expected it to be and beyond. It has made my ideas about contributing as a data scientist in the future more concrete. This was a fantastic course that covered a wide range of topics.  The course was well-structured, taught the basics of AI and no-code tools.  There were plenty of hands on exercises and assessments to help you keep on track and to ensure you are learning.  The mentored sessions are key to the success of any student.  It provides a great opportunity for to interact live and ask questions to help reinforce or clarify many of the concepts thought in the course.   The instructors did an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts into simple, digestible lessons, complemented by hands-on exercises that helped solidify my understanding. I particularly appreciated the real-world case studies that showcased how these tools can be applied across different industries. Read less

When I wanted to update my AI skills, I looked at the many options that were posed to me online. I chose the MIT NCAIML as the content covered in it was very elaborate and highly relevant to the current times. I was also particularly interested in the No code aspect as I thought it would help focus more on the AI/ML fundamentals rather than coding. This turned out to be the right choice and I am very pleased with the offering from MIT (administered by Great Learning), for the very rich and comprehensive course material. It focuses on fundamentals while providing the no codes tools to solidify the learning and quick use for all types of learners. 

From the very start the team from Great Learning was very supportive and encouraging. I first interacted with Ranjeeta Tiwari, who was super helpful in explaining all about the course, setting the right expectations and helping me navigate the application process. When I was accepted into the program, I was very excited and felt like I had won the lottery (as I applied very late)!

I also loved how every learner (in a small cohort) has a dedicated program manager who guides us and helps out with things small or big, throughout the learning process. I was very fortunate to have Saumya as our program manager. She is an amazing person and is very supportive of each and every learner. Our cohort had a variety of learners with diverse backgrounds and Saumya did a fantastic job of helping us based on our different needs. I personally had some challenges during a module where I couldn’t spend the needed time due to other priorities and I reached out to Saumya for help. She was extremely understanding and did everything in her capacity and beyond to help me navigate the timelines. I am very thankful for her support. I also know of others who really appreciated the program manager role and support.

The course material is very comprehensive, and the lectures are very engaging. There were also a lot of references and other learning material provided, which made the learning rich.  There are some topics that some learners may find heavy (i.e., statistics, math), if they don't have the background. I would very highly recommend learners to go through all of the additional material provided as it incredibly helps and solidifies the learning.

This course had mentored learning sessions which are very useful for learners to go to and clarify concepts and engage with their cohort more like in a classroom setting. Loved the mentors especially our primary mentor Aditya Modak. He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and resourceful. He would go beyond the course material to provide additional reference which was really appreciated. Again, we were very fortunate to have had him as our mentor.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and didn’t want the course to end! I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to take AI/ML and Data science.
