The lectures from MIT professores are ad-hoc, and the greatlearning team provides fast and well-explained post lecture summary to support a better understanding. In the hand-on projects, the mentors have provided clear explanation, and for any technical or conceptual question, after raising a ticket, greatlearning team will provide a fast and helpful solutions or advices. This is an intensive course, there are challenges, but after completing all the steps, I feel a big step ahead in data science, and it leverages my capacity dealing with different data-related topics and the know-how. The Machine Learning and Aritificial Intelligence program provided by GreatLearning in affiliation with UT Austin is an intense program that is focused on the practical ascpects of machine learning. The best part I have found about the program is that the examples provided by instructors help one intuitivel understand what would otherwise be an extermely mathematical subject. I had a fantastic experience while pursuing PGP in  Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I had a couple of other competitive options before keeping my hand on one while I was on a hunt for the best institute and I am so glad I chose Great Learning. It was a rigorous 10 months long program with multiple tests, assessments, projects, hackathons and what not but no where throughout this intense learning workout did I ever feel lost or disoriented. They are an AMAZING team of  instructors, tutors and an extraordinary Program Manager Sakshi. My cohort was a total of some 100ish learners and I am sure each one of them would agree on the way Sakshi coordinated and made sure all our queries were promptly addressed and resolved. The course is a good balance between theory and practical application of that theory. The mentored learning/coding sessions on the weekend were very useful to get to know the libraries and how to apply them to typical problems. I stumbled upon the program browsing courses related to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, etc. (they have successfully implemented SEO of course). After reviewing the content of the program, which includes lectures from the MIT and after having an online conversation with the admissions staff, I was convinced that it was worth making the investment.
So far I believe enrolling was a good decision. I was new to machine learning and AI (I only knew them from a conceptual point of view) and I have learnt a lot since the beginning of the program.
The content is relevant and it is a lot to process, they offer optional content that I haven't had enough time to study yet.
They also offer some career services after completion, which I have yet to use.
In general, it's been a very good experience for me. It is also interesting to participate with students from all over the world. Most of the students are working professionals and have experience in different disciplines, so it is indeed a multi-cultural experience.
I am taking another course simultaneously with Great Learning, but the Program Manager of the No Code AI and Machine Learning program has given me a superior experience in comparison.
I will definitively enroll in other courses with Great Learning in the future and I can recommend them to colleagues or friends.
