The set-up of lectures and the learning platform in terms of classes, notes, resources were readily available. There were lots of illustrations and case studies which aligned the learning with real life. The lecturers were helpful and available to assist and i also enjoyed the linking/communications with other students in the course. The publishing of results was a nice touch as it also aligned the learner with the rest of the cohort and this provided motivation as well. Reminders and announcements and also importantly the dashboard made interfacing easy and also tracking of one's progress. 1. I am a working professional; a layperson/newbie to the domain of 'No Code AI'. Was looking for a credible online course that meets my needs of credible content, suitable pedagogy (am a slow learner!), schedule flexibility & a relatively smooth learning curve. In an era of too much info and a flood of learning material available everywhere esp online, the challenge for me was selecting the most useful, relevant & beneficial course.  Happy to have selected GL & MIT's NCAI in the March 2024 cohort!
2. I can perceive the great thought and effort that went into designing the curriculum, structuring the sessions & group projects, scheduling the weekly content & reasonably comfortable evaluations. My fears of a dense, too-technical course didn't come true. 
3. A critical part in making my GL journey a smooth and enjoyable learning experience is the diligent, professional, patient & empathetic handholding by the GL's Program Office. My designated PO was Ms. Mehak and I greatly appreciate all her efforts in helping me learn! I can fully understand & empathize how challenging and testing her logistics, coordination & follow-up tasks with a global classroom must have been. 
4. My biggest challenges from this experience were: (1) taking out the necessary time from my routine i.e. being really committed to the effort, and (2) being in the right (i.e. a truly learning) frame of mind, without distractions. Read less

So I have done my Masters and post that I am also working with Industry for past 10 years. 
The industry demands having theoretical knowledge but more than that application of that knowledge is needed , intuition and hands on is needed.
Great learning course helps us in gaining these traits.
How come? One is the course content designed in a manner which is industry relevant , the theory knowledge and handson lectures are also divided accordingly.
So with time due to concept and handson going hand in hand our ability to analyse the problem, analayse the data, transform the data and apply analytical model enhances.

Great Learning has exceptional learning programs. I have completed two of their programs: Cloud Computing, and Data Science and Machine Learning. The program managers are wonderful, accessible and helpful. The course platform is well-structured and easy to use. There is an abundance of learning material to include mandatory and optional content and lectures. This was a great mix for a working professional like myself. The instructors are professionals and are able to share in-depth knowledge regarding the learning material. Prior to the program commencing, Great Learning requests your learning goals so that the program is tailored to your personal learning outcomes. During the Cloud Computing Program there were multiple groups each with tailored learning material and hence project requirements to match. Moreover, the material is relevant and available after completion of the program. 
Great Learning provides post program completion support for assisting graduates with career opportunities through career preparation, career mentoring, and resume feedback. My goal was not new career opportunities. Rather, I wanted a program that could teach me hands-on, relevant material that I could immediately apply to my current non-managerial position. Great Learning excelled in meeting my goals.

I recently completed the MIT Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions class, and it exceeded all my expectations! The course covered a wide range of topics, including Predictive Analytics, Data Science fundamentals, Networking and Graphical Models, Recommendation Systems, Deep Learning, Classification and Hypothesis Testing, Regression and Prediction, Making Sense of Unstructured Data, and Python and Statistics.

One of the highlights of this class was the blend of online lectures and live sessions. The lectures were well-structured and easy to follow, providing a solid theoretical foundation. The live sessions were particularly engaging, allowing for real-time interaction and clarification of doubts.The use cases and examples provided throughout the course were incredibly interesting and practical. Each example came with complete code that you could run and modify, which made the learning experience very hands-on and interactive. This approach helped in understanding how to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios effectively.

The projects and quizzes were also a major plus. They reinforced the material covered in the lectures and provided a great way to test our understanding and skills. The projects, in particular, were very comprehensive and challenging, ensuring that we gained a deep and practical understanding of the topics.

This class was an excellent investment of time and effort. It provided a thorough education in Data Science and AI, with a perfect balance of theory and practice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and skills in this exciting field. 

The faculty were knowledgeable and supportive, and the mentorship and learning support were top-notch. I recently took an online course and I really liked it. One of the best things about this course is that you can manage your own time. You can study at your own pace, which is very convenient. The course includes both online materials and virtual meetings, which help you understand the topics better. If you have any problems, there are advisors available to help you out.One thing that could be improved is the project part. It would be nice to have a video explaining the projects. The course is excellent and informative. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to apply statistics in his work, especially if he is dealing with a large amount of data.  I used to work with Excel, SPSS, Stata, and R. Once, I handled a set of large data with millions of samples. I found out that the programs I was using were not enough to handle such data, and this course came out to help a lot. I would recommend knowing the basics of biostatistics before joining; the course explains that, but the course is full of info, and the pace is high. I couldn't keep up with the pace at some points, but the administration was very cooperative; they really care about your success and get the best out of the course.  Read less
