The mentors at FES are so patient and explain things you're having trouble with so well. I started this journey as a complete beginner, so I had many questions and got frustrated with myself quickly. I love the way coding is taught in this course! The teaching style is practical and easy to understand for the average person. The mentors are always quick to respond and very helpful if you have a question.  I’m still early in the Frontend Simplified bootcamp (crash course phase), but the quality of instruction has been impressive. The curriculum is clearly designed with a strong understanding of how people actually learn to code — concepts build logically, examples are practical, and the pacing is solid. The HTML, CSS, and Java lessons are easy to follow, yet they encourage you to think like a developer rather than just copy code. I recently began learning at Frontend Simplify and so far it's been great. The project building is so much fun, even at just the basic levels, taking each step and seeing each line of code come together to make a clean website just feels awesome. I think the best part is simply being able to connect easily with mentors and other students. Having come from a writing background with limited academic experience in tech; I mean, some Microsoft applications, Windows NT and a few custom-made applications that I have worked with in previous roles, Frontend Simplified (FES) opened my eyes to coding, giving me the opportunity to develop many valuable skills with ease. For examples, I have learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and now, Java Script. I have also gained practical hands-on experience applying these important skills to the projects that have completed in FES's Bootcamp. HTML has helped me develop the structures and layouts of project websites, CSS has helped me style websites with colors, clickable buttons, links and different shapes, using coding classes, identities, and many more, and Java Script is empowering me to use different data types and variables, conditionals, functions, and loops to give animation to websites. This course has been an incredible experience and a truly great way to get through the door to coding. From the very beginning, it made learning to code feel approachable, motivating, and achievable. Frontend Simplified has been a game changer for me. I'm a 31 year old mom and have been working in the Tv industry for 10 years. Switching my career to frontend web development is going to give me a better work-life balance. Frontend Simplified has been wonderful with 24/7 mentor support. I love not feeling alone in this career change. They're there for any questions I have about the modules. My only complaint is that the course is very fast pace. I don't think it's actually realistic to get it done in 3 months, even taking it full time like myself. Read less
