Yang saya suka dari dibimbing, kelas diatur oleh 2-3 Class Manager (CM) yang sangat sangat mengayomi dan menyenangkan. Gunanya apa?
1. Membantu kita selalu ingat tugas/project apa yang sedang berlangsung dan mendekati deadline pengumpulan
2. Membantu kita lebih memahami materi karena para CM selalu memastikan seluruh student memanfaatkan kesempatan bertanya semaksimal mungkin.
3. Belajar jadi lebih asik, bonding antar student jadi kuat sekali karena para CM selalu berusaha mengakrabkan
3. Selalu ada perbaikan kualitas CM dikarenakan adanya monthly feedback dari para student.

Selain itu, saya juga suka beberapa hal berikut:
1. Mentor yang berpengalaman, dan tetap membimbing kita selama beberpa minggu. Dari mulai kelas teori, praktik, hingga penilaian tugas dengan feedback yang sangat detail.
2. Tidak melulu belajar hehe. Setelah beberapa pertemuan, dibimbing kerapkali mengadakan Team Activity. Isinya acara asik-asikan aja, penghargaan lucu2 seperti student ternanya, termisterius, terambis, dll. Ice breaking juga kerapkali diadakan saat kelas.
3. Adanya serangkaian program penyaluran kerja, yang kegiatannya berupa update CV, LinkedIn, dan Portofolio serta latihan interview. Hal tersebut tentu sangat membantu.

I joined the Data Engineer bootcamp at Dibimbing to deepen my understanding of data processing and ETL. The materials are well-structured, covering data cleaning, data quality, and data modeling from basics to practical use. Selama belajar di dibimbing aku banyak belajar sama pengalaman kerja, melatih communication skill sampe belajar bagaimana aku harus manage waktu biar bisa mengerjakan tugas tugas dari mentor agar tetap optimal. Menurut aku pace belajarnya cukup cepat, jadi kalau punya basic skill itu sangat membantu agar bisa mengejar beberapa ketertinggalan. Selain student memiliki kewajiban untuk mengerjakan tugas, ada juga kewajiban untuk mengikuti latihan interview. Class manager sampe mentor juga semuanya ramah dan sangat terbuka dengan pertanyaan pertanyaan yang diajkuan oleh student, seru juga diskusinya. Secara keseluruhan  mentornya ngajarnya enak dan mudah di mengerti selain itu sangat sabar ngadepin siswa siswinya. Karena ini merupakan batch pertama offline, menurut saya masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan. Di luar tim operasional yang sudah sangat berusaha memberikan kenyamanan selama kelas, saya melihat bahwa pada batch 1 offline ini sistem yang digunakan masih  mengikuti pola dari kelas online.Menurut saya, akan lebih optimal jika ada penyesuaian khusus untuk sistem pembelajaran, penjadwalan, serta metode penilaian agar lebih sesuai dengan format offline. Namun demikian, dengan adanya feedback dari batch 1 ini, saya berharap ke depannya akan ada banyak perbaikan dan perkembangan yang lebih baik untuk batch selanjutnya. Read less
