Correlation One offers a part-time, live online Data Science For All bootcamp taught by instructors from universities, such as Harvard, Columbia, and MIT. Bootcamp classes are taught on Saturdays from 10 am to 8 pm. The total weekly time commitment, including out of class work, is approximately 15 hours. Data Science For All students will work in small teams on projects to solve real world data and AI challenges. Students will create a project to showcase their skills to potential employers.
Admission to the Data Science For All bootcamp is merit-based, competitive, and offered only to traditionally underrepresented students and working professionals. No prior technical knowledge is required. Accommodations are available for deaf and hard of hearing participants. Applicants will be asked to complete a technical assessment designed to measure problem solving skills. This will be followed by an interview.
Data Science For All bootcamp students will be connected to a network of professional mentors from partner organizations and will also receive career coaching and access to job opportunities from bootcamp partners.
Data Science for All bootcamp tuition is free for all accepted students. Data Science for All bootcamp graduates will receive a signed certificate from Correlation One that can be displayed on professional sites such as LinkedIn.

Inclusive and formative data science camp
I was a recent grad looking to transition from academia to industry data science roles and this bootcamp helped bridge my experience. Professor Natesh is, hands down, the most welcoming and engaging lecturer I have ever had, both in-person and online! He alone made this whole experience worth it. You are also paired with mentors and TAs who are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to network you into their companies/connections. Additionally, your project and its deliverables are super relevant to job postings giving you ample of material to discuss in your interviews.
I do have to say that I came in with lots of programming and data analysis experience which made the curriculum easier to follow. Fellows who did not have this background did struggle to follow along, however, DS4A worked on improving the pacing and provided as many additional resources as possible. I did find that companies struggled to share roles that were open to graduates with our experience level (e.g., not requiring applicants to have an MS or PhD). DS4A helped communicate this to their company sponsors and by the second career fair, it seemed like there were more entry-level roles shared with us.
Overall, I strongly recommended this bootcamp to my network and anybody willing to listen. While we were the guinea pigs, DS4A showed us time and time again that they are willing to listen to our feedback and make any necessary changes to make it more accommodating and inclusive to their cohort. DS4A Empowerment
The DS4A coursework is well thought out with real world examples and the mode and method of teaching is incomparable. It fosters an environment that encourages students to ask questions and removes the stigma from error, and helps them see mistakes as a growth experience. Beyond the coursework (Python, SQL, statistical analysis etc.) and the technical skills earned, the community that one gains is priceless. For the (super) newbies
Before I started this course, I had 0 knowledge of code, data science, analytics, etc. But after my experience with DS4A I can say my knowledge and understanding has increased so much.
The pace is perfect for beginners, there's additional bootcamps to help prepare you prior to official lessons. The other people in the cohort were supportive and helpful, the TA's and speakers were all amazing.

I started getting interview opportunities after a period where I wasn’t receiving any responses at all. Even though my background wasn't in cybersecurity I felt totally confident and fully equipped.

What a great experience at the Cyber Advance for Women in MENA program! The instructors are not only professional but also talented at explaining the Curriculum and making it easier for learners, even when the sessions have heavy content. The balance between theory and practice was very well balanced throughout the modules, which included quizzes and practical exercises. The learning environment had a very special vibe, which was super friendly, filled with open communication and motivat...What a great experience at the Cyber Advance for Women in MENA program! The career coaching was the cherry on top, providing support through resume preparation and mock interviews, and general advice for future job applications.
