SheCodes Basics

I finished the SheCodes Basic workshop. And it was amazing experience. My main profession is not relayed to IT at all. I thought I wouldn't be able to understand coding ever in my life. But Matt explaines everything so simply and easily so it motivates you to begin and move on. That's how step by step, being leaded by the courator, team and other students I've finished my first project! From the scratch, for only three weeks. It's so interesting and exciting and challenging at the same time. With SheCodes you'll never get stuck, because all team is so helpfull. And definitely you'll never get bored. Now I’m moving on the next workshop SheCodes Plus. And this is something unbelievable, so interesting and very informative. And at the end I’ll build my own project, can’t wait!

This course was a great introduction to coding, specifically Front-end Development. I enjoyed doing tests as I learnt new topics and the explanations were very clear and straightforward. I also liked how easy it was to get help if I got stuck even with the course being entirely online. I am so excited to be on this journey, to gain more skills and create better websites! 

Coding seemed like the perfect career for my nomadic lifestyle so I took a leap of faith and signed up for the SheCodes Basic workshop. The workshop was easy to follow and I feel confident starting a career in web development!

I had forgotten so much HTML. Learned a lot about CSS and excited to learn more about JavaScript in my upcoming SheCodes Plus module. I'm not sure about transitioning into a developer role as yet, but it's always good to keep an open mind. I'm hoping this course will make writing developer documentation easier. 

This introductory workshop really helps understand the basis of html, css and javascript. You learn at your own pace (love that you can speed up training video and pause when needed). I felt engaged owing to the online slack support as well as challenges and homeworks. Also, challenges and homework are great, practice is key in coding to understand how all these languages work together and is needed to actually retain the info (at least for me^^) I loved the format, not too easy not too hard, just challenging enough to want to dig into it more :)!

I really enjoyed learning the basics of coding. It is a lot of fun! The SheCodes team is very helpful when you get stuck, and Matt is a good teacher. They want their students to succeed, and I am looking forward to taking more classes.

I've finished SheCodes Basic last week and hurried up to take my SheCodes Plus and started it this week already. Because I can't stop learning and coding from the first lessons with SheCodes. The lessons are explained clearly, interesting homework. This course teaches you both - the main subject and the ability to find an answer by yourself (googling). Great course for beginners. I recommend.

This has been an amazing experience to get a better understanding of JS, CSS and HTML! If you want to try your hand at learning about coding this course is for you! The Basics workshop is run at a good pace, allowing for quick learning, and you are provided with lots of support through the online chat channels. 

It was an amazing journey! The course is very organized and it's easy to learn while working. I loved everything and I'm very thankful to Matt and everyone that made SheCodes possible.

I chose SheCodes Bootcamp to further my education because the instructor is very passionate about teaching women to learn how to embrace programming technology and explore opportunities in the tech industry. Matt and his team are very knowledgeable and always available to assist the students with any questions and troubleshoot any issues. I enjoyed the course tremendously and highly recommend it.
