Machine Learning Specialization

I actually had alot in my mind about ML, but this program helped me organizing them and learning some ML stuffs from scratch. Since the program was interesting and organized for me, I was looking forward to learn more from it. Thanks to the program, I was able to work on the first project of mine and my teammates in ML which answers the question: "Does a sentiment analysis done on an ML generated summary reflects the real sentiment of the original text?" which is a combination of NLP (my favorite domain) and a classification task. The career fair was also a great experience communicating with different companies from different regions that work in ML and DS domains. It was a great online experience that I will always recommend it.

I decided to join this program, as it would be a great opportunity to go deeper in the world of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Statistics, I would understand the basics of it, and how they do work. The topics that I like the most, were the new topics to me, some deep diving into the world of deep learning. As a data science graduate, I got to go over the basics just working on ANN model, and some theory about the other Neural Networks. With Zaka, I was able to learn a lot more and practice these models. The project was kind of a challenge, due to time restrictions and working hours difference between my teammate and I, but we were able to get to a solution and do a good project overall. This program helped me with task prioritization, time management and most of all knowledge. Due to being a master student and working a part-time job as a tutor, I had a tight schedule, but I was able to achieve the program in a very good way and with a lot of knowledge. Everyone was awesome, understanding and very helpful from Zaka's team to the mates in the certification program. If only I had more time, I would have enjoyed interacting more with the amazing, funny people in the chat group.For the future, I hope that I will be able to go into research in the field of AI, especially computer vision in the medical field.

A well prepared and organised boot camp. Instructors are knowledgeable and more than great, always there to assist and help. The material  was up to date and was well prepared. The environment was very motivational and supportive. In addition, the boot camp didn’t only focus on building our technical skills , weekly sessions was done to enhance our social skills and building our own resume. A lot of hard work and love was put into this program . Highly recommend, and it is an opportunity that no one should miss. Never regretted being apart of this program. 

the Zaka Machine Learning Certification MLC program is one of my top of the top investments I have ever did for myself.Zaka is itself a game changing school. I have started by taking their 3 weeks boot camp and which was an eye opener for me into the world of AI. then I found that it is important for me to join the 16 weeks MLC program which takes you right from the start like the 3 weeks boot camp and then digs way deeper than any course I have taken for the last 3 years. the MLC's strength lays on the following : - the very detailed videos that explains every single detail needed by the newbie -  the live weekly office hours with the mentors and peers- the weekly workshops that contains even non  AI related topics that are important for the graduates- the weekly challenges- the Communitythe experience itself is like if it mimics a masters degree in through the work, time management and even the last project which in my case was to solve a problem for a real AI company . never forget to mention how the Zaka Management puts their graduate on the track of finding a real job in AI. they held a live virtual expo where students can interact with AI companies who are building current AI solutions for big names like BMW. also it's a chance for students to show up and show their projects and CVs for them. the companies already (most of them) want to hire fresh new blood into their crew with a good knowledge of AI. this knowledge is accessed by zaka's MLC program.if Zaka comes with another higher program in AI, i'll definitely sign up without a thought ,because understanding the importance of learning AI is crucial and essential to "EXIST" in future markets ... and the future is already NOW

I joined this program as a junior ML Engineer willing to build the core expertise required in this field.I'm impressed by the well-structured path followed to gradually build our skills required to design, develop, and deploy ML models through weekly projects supported by direct guidance from expert instructors in a friendly and exciting environment. Zaka also focused on building our non-technical skills and organized a career fair to meet other AI enthusiasts and recruiters.My graduation project combined segmentation and classification models with image processing to detect and qualify rooftops. It was a great project that showcased my skills and helped me kick off my journey and start applying AI to various fields.It's a great program that turned me from a newbie to an experienced market-ready ML Engineer!

The MLC program contains the best road map to start learning Artificial intelligent, Machine learning and Data science. The instructors are very helpful and responsive as they response immediately to all your questions and inquiries. 

It's Hisham I'm a data scientist, this certificate help me in my career and I got a better opportunity. The program was 16 insightful weeks we passed through all ML life cycles from collecting data to production. After every week a challenge covers all information and pushes you to go back if you miss something.It was a great experience with a supportive team, adding to the technical information, I learned ways of thinking, how to present myself, and upgrade my resume.I did my own project in the end and I continue updating it.A big thanks to all the team :).

"AI is the future", well I always thought so and always wanted to know more and more, and here is how I began my journey with Zaka. I'm a computer science student and at my university, I took an AI course where we took some algorithms but I was curious and took the AI BootCamp at Zaka, It was also an amazing experience but I was more curious. Also, another course that was available at the university is machine learning which was interesting, I liked it a lot and I was really interested in reinforcement learning since I was responsible to study and make a small project about it. I also got a lot curious and here I found the tech for inclusivity program which includes the machine learning certification, and that's how I dived deeper into everything related to machine learning in all details. What I liked the most is computer vision, well simply because we all like images and take pictures and those pictures are pixelized into the computer, so letting the computer understand features and extract them, generate captions, or even analyze facial expressions was really exciting to me! I liked this topic a lot to the point that now I want to be a professional in Computer Vision no matter what and I figured out how will this help me with my future goals: I want to work at NASA and analyze space pictures in order to make it easier for the scientists to understand space species and maybe discover new chemicals, this topic clarified and make my goal easier since now I can analyze images and I can extract features and I even can deploy my work!!! Another topic that I liked is reinforcement learning since it lets the AI understand like humans and learn from their mistakes, also I am interested in gaming and I like good boss fights😅 and I know that reinforcement learning is the best algorithm to apply when it comes to game bosses since they are robots with higher strength and capabilities. I was surprised when I studied Time Series Analysis, it was totally new to me and it got my attention, we were able to learn about how to predict an aspect or more based on previous data, so here we are not only analyzing data, but we are taking into consideration the sequence of actions that led to this specific prediction and that was all new to me! At the end of the program, I made a project called space geeks that matches captions with images, and all images are related to space, this project for me is a big first step toward my goal and I am going to always try and change, add or even do new algorithms to make this project better and the most advanced possible! As I said before, the program has helped me achieve a big step forward in my future goal, It also added a lot of value to me since I'm a fresh graduate so now I have 2 certificates at the same time rather than 1, I have now new approaches to solving problems and I can be faced to another kind of problems that I usually get faced to, I have a huge knowledge of new websites, new resources and I can understand how to get the info and search properly about the things I need in new projects, I also have enhanced my python programming skills which I got introduced to in uni for the image processing course, and lastly but not least I am now more independent than ever when it comes to many things: make new projects, design algorithms, deploy new models and also I'm more confident when it comes to write my CV, make interviews and work on my LinkedIn since we got many talks about that stuff. In the future, I'm planning to become a computer vision professional and with Zaka's help, I'm going to achieve this goal! 

Hello I am Zeina Fneish, Management Information Systems bachelor graduate, I come from a different background than AI/ML. I decided to begin my journey in Artificial Intelligence and to be honest I had tough searching for courses and learning by myself, until one day a friend recommended Zaka's course (MLC), and the story begins. It's really an amazing course that's full with all source of information, you don't just learn the algorithms and so on, NO! you get to work and hands-on exercise that allows to understand more how the code is done, and also weekly coding challenges that boosts your learning. The team at Zaka is supportive and helpful and the mentors are great, they help you, mentor you, and answer all sort of questions you have.

( Martin Luther King Jr.) I started with this quote because Zaka is definitely one of those who build bridges to the door of opportunity in the machine learning field. In 16 weeks program, you will see yourself equipped with all the necessary skills to kick off your career in AI. The environment is so friendly, and all the instructors are amazing. They are very experienced in the programs they are teaching. The flow of the program shows the hard work behind it (how it covers all the aspects in a simple yet effective way). I can't find the words to describe all the things inside the program (guidance, mentorships, chitchat, and live talks) they were amazing. The career fair week was great with all the partners of Zaka, an opportunity to increase your connections and to know more about the AI community. I highly recommend this program to all who want to kick off the way in AI. So now I will leverage and enhance my acquired skills in ML and AI by participating in challenges and workshops, also by applying to internships and entry-level roles to gain market experience.

Hello, I'm Kamar Chehimy, a Biomedical Engineer. I am participating in Zaka’s 16 week intensive Machine learning program. It's really hard to find a program that goes over your expectation and it was achieved in Zaka. Everything was well organized and planned from the weekly lessons, challenges, office hours, exams and even the capstone project. You can work for couple of hours without being bored or tired due to the way they deliver the lessons and the challenges they design. The team is very friendly and intelligent. You'll feel comfortable interacting and working with them. You'll absolutely enjoy your time spent on the program. 

I came from a petroleum engineering background, and chose to enter the MLC program for the sake of following the automation trend in oil and gas.The learnt topics are interesting and provide various approaches to design optimized models.I was surprised by the advancement that neural networks can provide to the improvement the accuracies, in addition to the various parameters tuning methodologies.After accumulated knowledge, I made with my partner a voice analysis project that uses deep learning to identify the speech emotions and language fluency.From now on, I am seeking combining my energy background with the unique ML knowledge I gain with Zaka, to support the energy solutions that rely on AI.

This 12-week program was one of the most powerful programs I have ever taken.it starts with basic knowledge about machine learning and then goes step by step into the deep aspects of how a machine acts and performers. through the 12 weeks, we had ongoing support through office hours, mentoring sessions and direct contact with the supervisors through slack.
